Easy to use, helpful way to interface with multiple offices. Eliminates the need for frequent phone calls during business hours.

Seems to be a good way to go as saves time sitting on the phone waiting as can schedule appointments with this service. They also send you reminders of appointments & give you option of keeping or rescheduling so I think its a positive service to use.

This sites makes doctors and dentist visits so easy to make, keep or cancel.

Happy to find an easy way to find doctors and read reviews by patients. The ability to see appointment availability and schedule an appointment is an added bonus.

Great service. But you, the patient, MUST check with your doctor's office about whether they are an "in network provider" for your insurance. Sometimes, websites and ZocDoc may be outdated.

I love how easy it is to make appointment with doctors. I appreciate that I am able to leave feedback for the doctors I have visited. The very few times I've had issues with doctors canceling appointments, the ZocDoc staff has been very supportive.

Attempted to reschedule an appointment. Every appointment that showed as available when I clicked on it was suddenly not available. When I started over those appointments were showing as available. The one appointment that I was able to select I was told I wasn't eligible to book since it was reserved for new patients. Ultimately could not get the appointment scheduled. Frustrating.

When you need a doctor, check in with Zoc Doc. The Zoc Doc web site gives you all the tools to locate a doctor of choice and then book the apt online. The Doctors are knowledgeable and professional! Thank you!

Nothing attentive, he not guided me did not bother to know right what I had, very fast in attending and only had interest in applying tests done in the doctor's office! $$

Trying to match up with my doctors' times is grueling and anything. I know instantly their availability on Zocdoc. Online forms make sign in easy as well. Good recommendations and reviews in the doctors. I hate making phone calls and talking to people when I'm very busy (often happens with long work hours) so I'm all on board as far as zocdoc is concerned. Highly recommend.

Love that I can make and cancel an appointment without having to call the doctor but I would love the app but it needs to have a search feature so you don't have to scroll through all the doctors to find your doctor or not find your doctor which is the case.

THE SALES PERSON IS EXTREMELY RUDE, LIED TO OUR RECEPTIONIST THAT HE WAS FROM A DOCTORS OFFICE TO GET TO THE DOCTOR, DOCTOR TOLD HIM NOT INTERESTED, THEN A MIKE CALLS AND I TOLD HIM NOT INTERESTED AND HE BECAME VERY NASTY AS IF I AM NOT IMPORTANT IN THE OFFICE AS BEING THE MANAGER. EVEN IF IT WAS FREE I WOULD NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. HEY ZOCDOC, TRAIN YOUR SALES REP TO BE COURTESY AND MAYBE YOU WILL GET BUSINESS.

It is great to make an appointment on line, any time without waiting for office to open.

I was new to my area so i didn't know anything about finding a doctor, got on the computer and saw ZocDoc which made it so easy for me, i was able to do my paperwork right from home and the day of my appointment the office had it. If i had a problem with my visits, ZocDoc was there to straighten it out. They are the BEST, don't know how i would have found the doctors i needed without them.

The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is great

I like the idea of Zocdoc especially that you can see the available appointments online. They offer to do paperworks online but when I arrive at the doctor's office, they want me to fill more paperworks as well. I dont think the information are being processed centrally.

It is so great to be able to handle tedious medical check-ups and follow-ups so quickly and easily. I also like to be able to see my history of appointments. Overall, I can't be more satisfied.
