I needed to have a yearly exam to look for skin cancer immediately. Normally you have to wait a half a year for the Dr. I usually see. But since then he hired nurse practitioners. I used ZocDoc and selected an appointment that was confirmed immediately.

ZocDoc could do much better with communicating with doctors offices. When I called the doctor's office to confirm or reschedule an appointment, I would get a somewhat threatening e-mail from ZocDoc stating that I was a no-show for the appointment I rescheduled and that I could be cut off from the site. I also scheduled an appointment that did not register with the Dr's office. When I arrived at the office, they had no idea I had scheduled an appointment. I would not recommend this service to friends and if I did, I would tell them to be cautious.

I recently moved to Miami and had to establish my network of doctors. Because I trusted positive reviews for ZocDoc and wanted to save time, I used this site to book my visits. However, with many bad doctor visits, I realized that ZocDoc does not pre-qualify doctors. My most recent visit to OBGYN through Zocdoc was the worst of them all. The doctor did not have a nurse, or secretary and had MALPractice in her office. She also broke all medical protocol, prescribed me wrong medecine and didn't notice the most obvious thing I was suffering from that could have killed me. Another internal medecin doctor I went to, was trying to sell cosmetics to me. I'm not even going to talk about how bad dentists were. It took me a while to write this review since I only believe in positive things, but when it came to me almost dying from doctor malpractice, I now feel obligated to let everyone know to be careful. My advise: do doctor referrals when you move from another state and DO NOT BOOK through Zocdoc because they put everyone on there, even people who have fake license.

I had cataract removed in my left eye on August 5th 2015 by Dr. Kang.
Dr Kang is the best surgeon! I had such anxiety before surgery not knowing which lens should be used, mono or multi.Dr. Kang spent more time than needed explaining everything to me and I decided to go with multi lens. I was still very anxious, worrying about halos associated with multi lens. Well, 2 days after surgery I could see long distance, read, no halos and felt excellent. In a week a will have operation on my right eye and I can't wait knowing that I am in the hands of the best surgeon, Dr. Kang.

According whit ZocDoc the message on my cellular phone from mon/july 20.2015 I suppost to have and appt whit Doctor Carbonell but doctor carbonell never show any interes in take me to his office insted I see the other appt whit
The same Doctor the same day at 5:30 pm so I wait till 5:30 pm the 07/2015 but
Was not good any way so after 6; 00 pm I left the reciving room and come back
Home. Tank you Zoc Doc for send me two different appt hours for the same day
Any way Doctor Carbonell never took me to his office and I promise myself never come back and I will never will used the service of Zoc Doc eider thank you Zoc Doc you deed good for Doctor Carbonell but not for myself.
