When I first found ZocDoc on a websearch, I wasn't overly optimistic, but I wasn't cynical either. I just figured it was another referral service.
Much to my surprise, ZocDoc referred me to a doctor I wish I could have found 40 years ago! Seriously! I hit the jackpot -- finally! And I hope this doctor stays in practice for many years to come. I've had many doctors in my life, and this one is head and shoulders above the rest -- professional, incredibly intelligent (yet able to communicate complex explanations with easily understood analogies) He takes his time with each patient and makes thorough notes. By my second appointment, he'd already completed a LOT of paperwork and research on my behalf. I have truly been astonished at what a tremendous doctor this guy is -- and the minute the subject of doctors comes up, I find myself saying ---" Oh my god -- you HAVE to switch to my doctor! He is phenomenal!"
It sounds like I'm a paid commercial or something, but this is a genuine, sincere appraisal of a great doctor that I found courtesy of ZOCDOC! Whodathunk?
From the second I filled out the online info, everything fell into place. My appointment was confirmed --- And on the day before my appointment, I received a reminder call, a reminder text AND a reminder email! How cool is that? My appointment the next day was timely and I knew in the first 20 minutes that I now have a health professional who is a doctor for all the RIGHT reasons! And he truly cares about individual patients! I have been brought into his practice as a patient, and I have received the best care I could have imagined.
I'm grateful to ZocDoc for their referral to my doctor --- and am 100% satisfied with every aspect of his service. And all of my billing, and follow-up care has been effortless. My follow-up appointment delivered the same degree of professional service. If this is the caliber of doctors and professionals that ZocDoc recommends to the public, they will become a leader in this area.
I've NEVER been able to find this level of medical care ANYWHERE ELSE!

Finding wellness services can be extremely stressful, especially when you want to go to a physician or a dentist with great reviews. ZocDoc eliminates the worry with their services and is able to deliver successfully every time I use it. It's easy to look at a review, as well as make an appointment. Also provides very clear details on what insurance can be accepted. Love it!

I am very happy with ZocDoc. In the past it was difficult to find a medical provider who was everything I was looking for. ZocDoc makes it very easy. I actually chose a new Dentist going strictly by reviews and found that he and his practice definitely live up to those reviews. I will be using this app every time I need to find a medical provider in the future.
DR. V, the nursing staff and front desk administration are simply great. They have been great from the initial visit to the last visit. They are very friend, knowledgeable, and very dedicated. I would like to give kudos to the Newnan office.

I'm pleased with this site. Being able to see what the doctor's availability is at the facility and bring able to book an appointment in under a couple of minutes is a great way to go in this day and age.
On the other side, it no doubt lightens the workload of the staff a bit as well.
Sometimes it is just hard to pick up a phone, find the receptionist, and make an appointment. Zocdoc makes it easy.
I had the worst experience with this DR. It seemed like she just wanted to get out of there. She did not at all address the problem that I was there for. She wrote a prescription for B/P meds. And wrote it wrong. I think that she is incompetent at the very most.

White Plains Medical Assoc. - Dr Barry Wenglin - was available and answered all my questions and the lab technician couldn't have been faster and more efficient.
I have enjoyed using Zoc Doc, other than one bad experience. I told my sister about it and she gave it a go and so far so good. Would and have recommended it to others that are looking for a easy, detailed fix. Now a days are time is limited and valueble.
ZocDoc is a great website to look for physicians around your area that goes along with your insurance. You can sign up for appointments online and you get a confirmation either online or by phone. Also, you can search for physicians and see their ratings. So far I found my gastroenterologist and dentist in minutes.
ZOCDOC SUPPRESSES REAL REVIEWS.
SCHEDULED AN APP. WITH A PEDIATRICIAN DR. RONALD KAHN TO SEE A HIM, A DOCTOR!. HIS OFFICE CALLED US FOR AN EARLIER TIME APPOINTMENT, WE RUSHED FOR IT, BUT ONLY A NURSE SAW US AND SAID SHE WILL BE THE ONE SEEING US. SHE SAID DR IS NOT HERE, COME BACK FOR THE DR TOMORROW.
THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR US USING ZOCDOC AND GETTING OUR TIME AND MORALE WASTED AT AN UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE WHILE WE WERE THERE FOR OUR 1 DAY OLD NEW BORN DAUGHTER IN OUR HANDS. WHICH SHE SHOULD BE SEEING A DR IN 48 HOURS!.
LEFT MY EXPERIENCE AS A COMMENT AS OUR REVIEW ON ZOCDOC SITE BUT ZOCDOC REPS CALLED ME NEXT DAY AND SAID MY COMMENT WILL NOT MAKE TO THE WEB!.
THEY JUST TRY TO HIDE THEIR HORRIBLE SYSTEM FAILURE AND SUPPRESS OUR COMMENTS. WILL NEVER USE ZOCDOC OR RECOMMENDATIONS RELATED TO THEM.
