Great place to find and book appointments at your convenience. Only drawback is at times insurance accepted isn't always accurate, but that can be cleared up with a phone call to the physician's office. Great customer service from ZocDoc as well.

I have been using Zocdoc to schedule doctors appointments for the past few years - I have always gotten great service and really easy to use information about different doctors. I love that I can see real reviews from real people who have gone to these doctors so I can choose the perfect physician for me!

I was most impressed how easy the site is to schedule my appt. S and then to remind me and then give me all the details on how to get there. Seriously it's very easy, very thorough and the people are very nice if you have questions etc. they write back immediately and with personable answers not just like a scripted robot customer service experience...! Thank you so much for everything!

I have used ZocDoc often and I have found my Dentist, ENT and foot Doc all based on reviews from ZocDoc!

Yes this is a great idea. Zoc Doc is quick, easy and helps you pick a good doctor. I highly recommend using it.

I've never been so happy with a website. The people at zocdoc are very helpful and seem to genuinely care about getting you into an appointment you need and making sure the doctor's office treats your appointment with respect. Awesome.

ZocDoc makes booking appointments during my busy work day a dream, especially when I work in an open plan office and can't take personal phone calls

It's cool but wish was integrated with Little Bird app so i wouldn't need to remember so many log-in.

With the urologist - its perfect. Make or change appts and keep medical history updated without human interaction or waiting.

Trying to find a doctor in network doesn't work as well yet. It appears that a lot of doctors are not signed up for it

Made an appointment for my son to see a dermatologist and it was so easy to do..

I find this app / website incredible bad designed and incapable to search in order to find my current doctor and make an appointment with. Instead I have to call the doctor directly.

I've been using Zoc Doc for a few years, however I am finding that some of the physicians listed either do not accept the insurance in question or do not exist at the address and phone number listed. This gets kind of aggravating. I've reported this to Zoc Doc on a couple of occasions. Other than this problem, it's a great tool to use in finding physicians, clinics and specialists.

Used this and kept getting listings for doctors who don't take my insurance. Then I got one who did. Front Desk verified over the phone they do take my insurance and then when I got there, they don't actually take it. There was also a guy leaving because he had been waiting two hours to see the doctor and was requesting a refund on his copay. The ratings seem scewed.

I've been using it the last 6 months or so, and it was quite convenient for finding a doctor, filling the papers before going, rescheduling and even managing when the doctor's office didn't do it well.
