ZocDoc has been very helpful with appointment scheduling, reminders and giving me an opportunity to give feedback after doctor's appointments.
It doesn't have all of my doctors that I use in my network :(( ( It only has 1 out of 5
ZocDoc is great and really easy to use for scheduling appointments.
I ran into a major issue when I entered my insurance info, found a doctor that ZocDoc said was covered only to find out after the appointment that he was not. Now I owe a lot of money because ZocDoc presented incorrect information. I would recommend that you check with the doctor's office yourself first and check with your insurance before scheduling. Which kind of defeats the purpose of ZocDoc. So why would I use this site again?

ZocDoc is very easy to use - to schedule and to cancel/reschedule. I only wish there were more medical providers listed so I can use it for all my doctors.
It was helpful. The text reminder, the address with doctors name, was much needed.
I like these people. The wait time is near zero, the care of all the staff gives me a warm fuzzy. Never an issue with insurance either.
I like the ease of finding a doctor, and the desire of the doctors to ease pain, but, after three times of receiving injections for back and leg pain and needle and pin sharp pains in legs and back, the injections have not helped, and it hurts so bad that I can't get a good nights sleep.
Great! I have an appointment with a specialist in 4 hours! Usually you have to pray to all Gods when you need an appointment with a specialist and cry to see if they can see you!

I've had two referrals through ZocDoc and both were extremely positive.
This was the easiest way I have ever booked a doctors appointment. The problem was that I didn't like the doctor I went to, and none of my regular doctors use the service. Once more sign up this will be perfect
There have been a number of places that I have booked with ZocDoc that do not have the insurance info I entered, do not have the appointment I scheduled, or do not have the doctor with whom I scheduled it. A lot of doctors also complain about ZocDoc when I get there e.g. "I don't know why they do these things we don't take that insurance" of "we don't have any record of your appointment."
ZocDoc is a great idea but there are too many glitches for it to be reliable. I'm actually not using it anymore. Very disappointed because when I was first making my appointments I was like, this is great.

Looked for a doc and a time. Found it. Went to the appointment. Would have liked to know which offices are busiest, because the wait once I got to the doctors office was long.
My experience with ZocDoc is pretty good. A very convenient network wig a variety of doctors and specialist that can take my insurance. I basically don't have to wait for my PCP to refer me to a specific specialist I can check ZocDoc for one that fits me and then advise my PCP. If the experience with the doctors aren't up to par, ZocDoc actually calls to learn more about the experience and follows up with the specific office as they value their reputation. I like that cause it shows we as patients come first!
So quick, so easy, and I deal with really serious doctors.
It's awesome that I can use this to immediately book an appointment with my doctor, who is otherwise difficult to reach.
I've had a great experience with the zocdoc site but some bad experiences with some doctors on the site.
