This site provides me with an opportunity to find decent doctors with a click of the finger. I can read reviews and check them out as well as make appointments very easily.
Great service scheduling appointments but I have experience twice from my schedule appoint the doctors not being in my network.
This is very helpful to me. It helps me to remember my appointments and to see what I have had done from which Doctor.
Everything is online now. Why shouldn't doctor appointments be? I wish all of my doctors used this method of making an appointment or cancelling it. I loathe making phone calls this day in age. And I'm not even a young person... I am almost 60 years old... but I keep up with technology and love it!

I spent about 20 minutes entering so much info (not my SSN... I wasn't comfortable doing that) and when I got to the Dr., they said that because I (probably) hadn't filled the form out completely, that there was NO info in 'the system' so I had to fill it out (again!) on paper! I responded to ZocDoc's request for feedback re: this glitch and got a voicemail from someone to follow up. I returned the call, but didn't know who to ask for and there was no record of anyone having called me, so the receptionist person informed me that 'the problem' had been fixed.

ZocDoc makes finding great doctors and scheduling appointments super easy and transparent.
Love the website - it is a yelp marries open table for doctors! The site is easy to navigate and offers reliable reviews that i trust. I selected all my doctors (physician, optometrist, podiatrist, dentist and etc) from the site and have not been disappointed. All of my friends use the service now also! It is PERFECT for someone who's new to the city!
Easy to make an appointment. Won't be quiet after. It feels like making a date with a crazy stalker. Before even going to the appointment, you get several notifications on top of several survey reminders after making an appointment. I probably spend more time filling out these stupid surveys than actually making the appointment. I'm sure this is helpful for people who have a hard time keeping appointments, but it is really overkill.
Used ZocDoc many times to get appointments with primary care and specialists. I like the ability to pre-fill documents ahead of time.
Only issue is I wish more doctors used the platform. It's much more convenient than calling, but most docs in my area aren't on it yet.
So nice to have everything all in one place! My medical, dental, and vision team are all in one place--along with my appointments and reminders. Additionally, any time I've had a problem I've gotten a person call from the ZocDoc team. I couldn't imagine anything easier than this.
ZocDoc takes all the pain, confusion and frustration out of finding the right doctor and making an appointment. It's simple to use and they make every step of the process easy. Find a doctor by location, specialty, insurance accepted or all of the above. They see you through to booking the appointment and send a reminder the day before. I can honestly say that after years of avoiding checkups and annuals and all those important things you need to do as an adult, I finally started going because ZocDoc made it so *******@mn easy.
I was able to find a good dermatologist through this website that also accepted my insurance. Also, on a day that I was in a pinch and needed to see a doctor ASAP, I found a doctor accepting same-day appointments using ZocDoc. I love this service. Will continue to use.
Simple to use and a time-saver for finding docs in a new area!
There is nothing better than to know that making a Dr.'s appointment is as simple as 1, 2, 3. The great part is that you no longer have to call a doctor's office, be put on hold, not being able to get the time you want and so forth. It's quick and easy - ZocDoc is where I make ALL my appointments. I love it!

Easy to navigate. Appointment was made and doctor's office calls a day in advance to confirm. The only suggestion that I would make is having a periodic update of participating insurances.
Twice now I have been mislead by this app into thinking I am getting quality doctors because of the profiles and reviews submitted through the app. Both obgyns were completely unprofessional and unclean staff completely unprofessional!
