ZocDoc works great! I love being able to find an appointment time and book it using the app instead of having to call the office. It's so convenient and saves time.
The service is super convenient when a doctor's office knows how to take advantage of the pre-population patient information.
I had an awful experience where I went to see a physician and the entire facility was hideous I reported the info to Zocdoc was told I 'd receive an amazon card and never did.
Good on the whole, but ZocDoc keeps getting my gender and city of residence wrong after I edit corrections.
Also the notifications could do with one or two fewer.

I found the Insurance company websites almost impossible to use when trying to find a doctor. Zoc Doc was just the opposite. It was easy, efficient and extremely helpful. I can quickly find doctors in a specialty that accept my insurance and then book the appointment at that moment. I have actually visited doctors rather than put it off because zoc Doc made it all so accessible! Thanks
The chiropractor I found here was too far from home... IN ANOTHER COUNTY, and was NOT worth all the traffic headaches of trying to get there (on time)! Also, the eye doctor I tried to make an appointment with... CANCELLED OUT ON ME FOR NO APPARENT REASON! So, I should be (just SLIGHTLY!) MORE CAREFUL when using this online service to find and make appointments with any health care provider who accepts my insurance... IN MY OWN COUNTY (I live in Broward Co., here in Florida.)!:-(

Easy to schedule an appointment and fill out first time patient forms before arriving for the exam.
The information I gave you in which you were to pass on to the doctors office never made it, even after discussing with you the problem and promise that it would be passed on... well it never was passed on and according to the doctors office this is a common problem with your service.

I love the ability to make appointments and get results and have choices for Doctors etc. I hate using the phone and this frees me up. I love my Doctors addressing results and new things via email.

I've used and loved ZocDoc, as it's helped me find new medical professionals when I know nothing about an area.
However, I recently had a terrible experience with a medical clinic, and when I expressed my view, ZocDoc did not publish it because it "didn't meet their guidelines." That's okay, they have their policies, I understand. Until said medical clinic calls me and leaves messages asking why I submitted a negative review. I checked on ZocDoc... my review was not published. So how does this medical clinic know details of my review if it wasn't published? Something's fishy here.
So, ZocDoc is a helpful service, but if they are going to have strict guidelines about reviews, I don't appreciate them giving the medical clinic where I had a terrible experience my review and contact information so they can call me at my home and ask me to explain myself. Very uncomfortable experience.

I booked an appointment online through this site. When I arrived at the doctor's office, there was no record of my appointment. In fact, when I arrived for my appointment I was told that the doctor I thought I was going to see was on vacation. This program booked me with a different doctor at a different location for a different time. I'll go back to making appointments over the phone in the future.

I consulted ZocDoc and it put me in touch with a family doctor who is a member
Of the Novant Health System. He has referred me to other doctors within and
Outside the system. It has gone very smoothly. I am quite pleased.
I love they layout of ZocDoc. So much information is provided on the same screen that you can make appointment reservations on: Doctor name, office hours, location, distance from your house, available appointments, etc. I LOVE that you can filter your search by your insurance company too. It saves so much time. I even had a $5 Amazon gift card sent to me just because the office I scheduled with had to reschedule. Thank you ZocDoc!
Super easy to use: select your specific insurance plan, select your area, and ZocDoc shows you all available doctors that accept you insurance and when they're available for an appointment. ZocDoc even has the paperwork needed so you can fill it out and bring it with you to the office and avoid the new paperwork. Best website out there to find a doctor!
I was told to use this app, by my son. Once I downloaded the app and began to search for a doctor I needed. It was easy to see their profiles and credentials, putting me at ease who I was expecting to see once I visited the office. They made it easy to set up my appointment by date and time. Without waiting on the phone for scheduling from a receptionist. It is a great tool to use when your not sure what doctor to use.
