I booked an online appt. With my doctor... very quick and simple... for whatever reason I decided to call my Dr. s office just to confirm the appt. I made on ZocDoc... good thing I did... turns out the date and time I selected was already booked.,... I am glad I called the office to doubl3 check... ZocDoc is a great idea if it's accurate. Linda

I had no issues scheduling my appointment. I then had to reschedule it but that was easy to do. Overall it was a good experience.

It's a win and lose. Some doctors claimed they accepted my insurance but they don't. Sometimes they lied about their schedule availability because I ended up waiting for an hour extra.

The MD was in the same room with me for maybe 5 minutes and did not do any kind of examination to determine the problem of strength in my leg. His office manager, however, said she would write up a report from his dictation and give it to me. After waiting 40 minutes I found out she left the office. No report given to me. No answer to my email to her. When I got her on the phone she apologized, said she never got my email and thought someone else was going to give me the report. I finally got it days after I was actually in the office.

I signed up for Zocdoc yesterday, searched for the specialty I needed, and selected one of the doctors listed. I made an appointment through Zocdoc and explicitly selected that the purpose of the visit was for a pap smear and gynecological check-up. Zocdoc confirmed the appointment with me several times and then, when I showed up to the doctor's office today, I discover she's not a gynecologist and doesn't deal with these matters at all. These idiots wasted my whole afternoon and I will never use them again, and recommend that you don't waste your time with them either.

I appreciate the great service of zocdoc. Not only provide the ease of finding the right doctor but also taking responsibility for not so successful appointments. I had 2 instances when MD canceled my appointment and one was last minute. Zocdoc contacted me to inquire what happened and awarded me with Amazon gift card. It wasn't even zocdoc fault and still they awarded me. Thank you!
When I wrote my first negative review, ZocDoc contacted me and gave me a bs reason for why they will not publish it. Naturally I unsubscribed from this kind of deceitful service.

Used ZocDoc twice and both times the appointment was made with the doctor but the time was incorrect. Luckily, I double checked with the doctor's office and found out about the time difference before going into the office.
