The customer support is incredible. They expedited my order free of charge so that I can have the ring while I was visiting my fiance in california. Because of their hard work I was able to get the ring and propose during my visit.
The ring is absolutely beautiful! The quality is staggering for the price compared to any other jeweler that I have seen.

Don't hesitate to purchase from Zoara. Their customer service is top notch and above all else, the products that they put out are incredible for the price!

Amazing and speedy customer service! They were so devoted to get my engagement ring on time during the holiday season! It came in the perfect timing and now I am so ready to propose. The diamond looks phenomenal as well as the setting. I could not find a ring this pretty in stores, as not to mention, the best prices I could find on GIA diamonds. I will be telling all my friends about this company! They truly are amazing and so helpful! I did my homework on them, and the hours paid off to make me the happiest guy in the world! I can't wait to order my wedding band through them!

What attracted me to Zoara's website was the huge selection and ability to pick exactly the perfect setting and diamond within your budget. The site is super user-friendly and very informative. But what blew me away was the customer service... at 4am on a Sunday morning they had someone on on-line to handle my questions, and worked very hard to contact the vendors they work with to answer specific questions I had about the diamonds I was interested in. Even after I had placed my order I found another diamond that could have been a contender, and they had no problem with holding my order and contacting that vendor to answer my questions about the eye-cleanness of an SI2 diamond. They were honest in their assessments of their diamonds, said one was eye-clean and one wasn't, so I selected the eye-clean diamond and couldn't be happier with the clarity and sparkle! I've also had a professional look at it and it is exactly what Zoara said it was. I ordered it on Monday, and it arrived on Thursday. It's hard to trust an on-line retailer and buy something sight-unseen for a large amount of money, but I'm so glad I did! You can trust Zoara!

Nowadays, we're so used to automated phone systems and apathetic, unhelpful service assistants that it's a wonderful refresher to come across a company that has wonderful customer service. Zoara was a gem (no pun intended) throughout the entire engagement process - when my fiance was traveling abroad and needed the ring Fedexed to a tricky location, when I needed my ring re-sized, and when I had a custom-designed wedding ring to match. I ALWAYS managed to reach someone when I called. I ALWAYS experienced courteous, professional, accessible customer service (emails returned within a day, all requests met). And best of all, the ring was absolutely breath-taking, inexpensive, and arrived in less than 2 days. If you are a bride-or-groom-to-be and need one less stressful event in your life, USE ZOARA. Do it. I realize I sound kind of like an infomercial right now, but I honestly cannot staring at my gorgeous rings right now. And as for Zoara, guess we'll see you again at the one-year anniversary! :)

Outstanding experience purchasing an engagement ring. I spent many late nights researching all styles and combinations. I relied heavily on the online chat assistance option. I highly recommend trying it. Your GF will not know what you are doing unlike spending time on a phone.

It was over a couple of weeks that I finally decided what I wanted to order. At each and every stage I needed advice about some of my options. Shawn was very patient as often I felt mesmerized by the choices and needed time to weigh up the differences etc. I must have chatted with Ben and Shawn for several hours over a number of weeks and they were just excellent with their product knowledge and assistance. I never felt the typical 'high pressure' that you can expect at the typical mall jewelry stores (that's one of the main reasons why I went looking online). Ben was very thorough with follow emails on my requests for details etc. I received a couple of calls to confirm details about my order and they were equally helpful.

When I placed my order, I specified to Zoara (Ben and Shawn) that I needed it delivered to me in Portland 1 week later. Again, the purchase arrived exactly as promised. It was delivered in a perfectly presented box. Then, the same night it arrived, I proposed and she said YES!

I have friends who clearly envy our ring and they comment on the quality because it is exceptional. Friends who spent over twice my purchase at the mall stores, now regret they did not purchase something like mine as the quality is just so noticeably better and the options are far superior.

Take my advice, you will be very happy making a purchase online with this company. It is in my opinion, the benchmark of the ideal online experience from beginning to end.

I ordered an engagement ring setting from Zoara. My initial experience with them was frustrating, I placed my order on May 30th- with information saying it would ship 5-8 business days. Contacted them several times after it had been 3 weeks since I placed my order. Finally got my item the last week of June! The item was exactly as described, beautiful! I am glad I purchased from them but next time I know not to expect my item as soon as they say!

The customer service at zoara was, literally, par excellence. I'm an online shopper so am familiar with customer service. What I experienced with zoara was unreal – Dan was like a sort of diamond concierge for me. Was looking for a diamond for our engagement ring, knew not much about diamonds, but had a budget. Dan was SO incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, patient – you name it. A true PROFESSIONAL. I actually had several calls and chats throughout my decision-making. At one point dan wasn't in, an agent named Shawn knew exactly where to pick up with me, and per my request left a message for Dan to be in touch. Dan of course followed up to make sure all was well, and to close the final details. Besides the fact that my fiancé is obsessed with her ring, I am obsessed with hands-down the best online customer service I've ever experienced. We will DEFINITELY be back for our wedding bands, and hopefully much more for years to come.

I ordered an engagement ring from Zoara, even though I was initially hesitant about making such a big purchase online. I called and used the Zoara live chat to ask questions about the return policy and all the diamonds I was interested in, and then decided to buy with Zoara after doing a lot of online price comparison. Their prices and customer service are unmatched and my fiancée loves her ring! I will definitely be ordering our wedding rings with Zoara in the future.

I'll be honest, I knew nothing about diamonds when I started my search about a month ago. I first found Zoara's page when searching for information on what to look for in a diamond. I found their site's information pages helpful, but I still had a few questions. I decided to call them up and it was then I had my first contact with Zoara.
I spoke with Ben and he answered all of my questions I had about diamonds and what characteristics are more important than others. He even picked out some diamonds after I told him my specifications and budget. He really won me over when he suggested diamonds that fit my criteria without stretching my budget. Every other company I was speaking with was trying to get me to buy a diamond I couldn't afford. Over the course of a week, I spoke with Ben, Dan, and David about various diamonds that I either found of they had found based upon my specifications.
Eventually I settled on a diamond and made my purchase for the diamond and a solitaire setting I had picked out. The package arrived later that week and the ring was beautiful. It looks even better on my fiance's finger.

I purchased a diamond ring from Zoara when I was in New Zealand. I told Zoara that I would be in Hong Kong a month later and Zoara arranged a delivery to Hong Kong for me. It was unfortunate that I missed the opportunity to collect the ring in Hong Kong. Zoara kindly recalled and resent the ring to my friend in Hong Kong after 3 weeks. I have got the ring now. The dimaond looks very beautiful! Thank you very much for your precious stone and excellent service!

I bought a wedding band from Zoara and took it to my local jeweler for an evaluation. She claimed the workmanship was mediocre and needed some improvement. The price was okay. The quality of the diamonds were decent. This was a wedding band with 11 small diamonds so I guess it was more tougher to make than a solitaire diamond ring. The engraving was the worst she had seen in years. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product, but not fully satisfied. The customer service is top-notch and superb in every way. They operate on a 24-hour and in many languages (Eng, Span, Fren and Chi)

I recently purchased a diamond ring from Zoara, and the experience was so simple and satisfying! I had looked around on SO many websites, but all were much more expensive than Zoara, and many did not return my enquiries. I received return emails very promptly from Zoara, and when the ring I wanted was out of stock, they took the time to send me links to similar rings that I might like. I found the one that I loved, and the buying experience was very simple and easy. I received confirmation emails every step of the way - including one to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase once it had been marked as delivered.
I would absolutely recommend Zoara - they are affordable, and offer great customer service.

My fiancé and I just ordered our wedding rings from Zoara. He got himself a two-tone band with a comfort fit while I had Zoara design a custom ring to match the engagement ring that my grandmother gave me. I was a little hesitant to send my ring in, but after a little convincing, I decided to send it in. Zoara cared for it well and used it to create a perfect fitting diamond ring that fits the antique style of my ring. They even cleaned, polished, and resized my ring for free. Thank you Dan and Shawn for helping me put my worries aside and allowing me to get a ring that truly complements my grandmother's ring. She would be proud.

I was looking all over the Internet for a quality name necklace that would have my name (Naomi) in Hebrew. While I found several sites, few of them had any in 14k gold. I stumbled across Zoara and saw they not only had name necklaces in gold, but also offered Hebrew name necklaces. I placed my order and then called the company as I was nervous if they would be able to spell the name correctly in Hebrew. I called Shawn and was SHOCKED to find out that he knew how to spell Naomi in Hebrew. I bet that if I ordered from someone else they would've messed up the spelling, even with me calling. I think I'm going to call them back to get my name in Russian.
