I custom ordered an engagement ring which arrived today. It turned out exactly the way I imagined it, and couldn't be more happy about this big purchase. Zoara packaged it very nicely, and the box the ring comes in has a little led light which is a really nice touch. I highly recommend using their website if you are wanting to get an engagement ring. They also offer payment plans which is really nice as well.

The best priced diamonds in the UK
I've been researching engagement rings for years... even considered travelling abroad to get the best value for money. When he finally proposed, I didn't have to look any further than the internet. I chose a 1ct certified diamond for my engagement ring from Zoara and teamed it with one of their platinum 4 claw classic settings. When it arrived, it was even better than i'd imagined! The hearts and arrows diamond is a contemporary cut compared with many diamonds i've seen, making my solitaire look classic with a modern twist. Zoara represents EXCELLENT value for money even though the uk price displayed doesn't include taxes (added at checkout) or exchange rate differences (~£10 difference on my cc statement Nov'13). People have been commenting on my "huge rock" but I paid the same price as a white gold 1/2 carat cluster from the high street. Thank you so much for making my engagement the best time in my life,,,, so far;-)!

Problems with payment

Problems with payment. They declined my credit card payment without any reason and refused further payments using "any form of electronic payment from your location"

I have nothing but praise for Zoara. Because of a stuff up by the courier company my ordered item went missing. The communication between the customer support team and myself was very good. The bottom line... Zoara sent me a replacement for the lost/stolen item within a week. It arrived yesterday in time for Christmas. When you consider I live in Adelaide Australia I consider the service I got from them above and beyond. I would certainly order from them again. Well done Harrison and the team.

I came across Zoara after some significant research into different diamond brokers, when I decided I would be getting engaged. I worked with Dan Lax as my consultant. He was thorough, educational, and provided a definite value-added service in helping me find exactly the right stone. I gave him my stone criteria and pricing parameters thinking I'd be lucky if I came away with 75% of that met. Dan and Zoara quickly came back to me with a list of stones that matched every single ask of mine and on top of that, he helped me find a stone that was nearly 10% bigger than what I had originally asked. All that, and the pricing was more aggressive than both BlueNile and JamesAllen (relatively close but a noticeable difference in price). I ended up with a 3.00+CT cushion cut diamond that was cut absolutely perfectly.

My fiance was ecstatic and could not have loved the stone more.

I could not have been any happier with my experience with Zoara and Dan (and even the other support members as well). The entire process was laid back, simple, and easy. They never tried to "sell" me on anything; they simply took a consultative approach to help me find what I was looking for. I could not recommend this site enough.

I compared more than 15 online companies before deciding to purchase my 1-carat diamond ring from Zoara. I first researched exactly what to look for... not only the "4 C's" but details of the best diamond shape and cut... down to the precise angle and height of the table, pavilion, star facets etc. I was able to look up all this detailed info from the posted certifications on the site. My diamond is gorgeous, super-sparkley, and I couldn't be happier! Zoara's customer service is also excellent. I highly recommend this company.

I worked mostly with David who was extremely helpful. I wanted a 1ct. Or larger diamond that is 100% eye clean without haziness or color, within a budget. David patiently got me information on at least five diamonds, advising me on their clarity, color, cut, etc. as he got more information from the vendors or Zoara's gemologists. At the end, I was able to find a great diamond and a setting. It was a great experience.

I do agree with some other reviews regarding shipping time. 2-3 business days is not enough. However, I was not in a hurry, so it didn't matter. For those who are in a time crunch, expect more than 2-3 business days for shipping. But, also expect excellent customer service!:-)

I called Zoara about 4 weeks ago as I was looking for an engagement ring. I had shopped around and had contacted numerous other sites. What impressed me most about Zoara was the knowledge of the staff. I spoke to someone named David and he was truly the most helpful customer support rep I've ever spoken to. He took his time to walk me through what the grades on a diamond grading report indicated and was most helpful in making sure I found what I needed while staying within my budget. It was a relief after having had so many sales reps trying to push me over my budget. I felt no pressure when buying from Zoara and was equally impressed when I finally had the ring delivered to me. It was more stunning than I could have imagined.

I ordered a ring from Zoara and they promised that i will get it in 10 days. They couldn't delivery it on time because they screw up (they gave me excuses till the end that they will deliver it. I have to buy a new ring for my engagement on the spot). So i have to cancel it. And asked for refund. I did get my refund back but they took out $130 out of it. Saying they are US company and their is rate difference now. Really disappointed... really wouldn't recommend this to any one..

I have been looking for an engagement ring for a long time, since the taste of my girlfriend is very specific. On zoara I found the perfect setting/ring combination but sadly with the wrong stone. I decided to ask about different stone combinations and the customer reps where absolutly fantastic in providing me with alternatives.
Every question I asked was anwsered quickly and extensivly. They send me pictures of different stones to choose from. Overall the help they gave me was perfect.
After I placed the order, I received the ring only about 8 days later which was suprisingly fast. The ring is excactly what I wanted and I am really happy how everything worked out.

I can definitly recommend Zoara.

PS: As I live in Switzerland I was concerned about customs fee, but everything was taken care of with the order.

I had a very good experience. Dealt mainly with Silver & Nyxa who were of so much help. Picked 2 wedding rings and an engagement ring not sure how they looked physically. I came to Zoara looking for a custom engagement ring with a round center and two pear side diamonds. I couldn't find what I was looking for on their site and was just about to give up but I decided to call them on their 24/7 chat and they answered right away.

I honestly couldn't believe how helpful David was in helping me right away with my request. He drew up a quote in 3 minutes and even had their designer make a 3D video of it for me ( they do take a $100 deposit for that but it's in the form of store credit so all's good).

The ring was beautifully designed despite my last minute requests for changes. I must commend the patience of the customer service team who happily took my changes in stride even though they were after the ring was done.

I would be glad to recommend anybody to Zoara at any time, I proposed on vacation in Europe now and the lady is more than thrilled (-:

I had an incredible engagement ring shopping experience with Zoara and am very happy with the product I received. I couldn't have asked for a better online diamond selection and guide and I'm glad I decided on Zoara over the other online retailers. I was a little nervous with buying a diamond ring online but it paid off. Similar rings were priced significantly more in store. In the end I spent less than I thought I would need to for the ring I wanted.

Customer service was fantastic and great at reassuring me if I had questions or concerns. I couldn't believe the fast turn around time. I even sent back the ring to have it resized and the diamond slightly re-positioned (no questions asked and FREE) and they had it back to me in 3days. The whole process was as easy as it could be. I'd strongly recommend Zoara to family and friends.

I spent the better part of 3 months shopping for an engagement ring. I visited just about every site, went to every mall chain store, and even went to independent jewelers that lines Chicago's Michigan Avenue. I kept finding either poor quality diamonds or if I were lucky to find a decent diamond, it would be out of my price range. After doing some research, I decided to give Zoara a call. I have to say, I'm glad that I did. The two reps I dealt were (they were named Sharon and David) both were fantastic. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Even after I told them my budget, they were respectful of it and never tried to get me to spend more money. They in fact helped me save money by directing me to eye clean SI1 stones rather than the more expensive VS1 stones I had been looking at. I've never had an experience before where a sales rep actually tried to save me money. Long story short, I received the ring I ordered and it surpassed all expectations. The service, craftsmanship, and overall experience were superior to any expectations I could've had.

It finally happened! I finally received my most beautiful Zoara diamond ring for our ten year anniversary and wanted to tell you how thrilled we are.

Thank you, Zoara, so much for making this a truly pleasant experience and working with me & Jon on selecting the diamond and ultimately our ring. I was hesitant at first committing to such a major purchase from the internet, but your guarantees, customer service phone calls and positive reviews made it the wisest decision for us financially and in all aspects.

It was especially nice of Zoara to ship my ring over night without us even asking. It got here just in time for my birthday weekend too!

Again, thank you so much to all of you. We will be customers for life.

We decided on this site when my original engagement ring could not be sized properly. One of the reason we went with them because all of the great reviews and their 2-3 days shipping. We ordered on a Friday so I expected to see it the following Wednesday or thursday at the latest. Being engaged newly with no ring to show is not so much a fun thing... here is my 10 minute story to everyone instead of just flashing the bling. Anyways, waiting... then some explanation about how their vendor required payment first (not out problem) and kinda wierd it was even mentioned. Then the diamond we selected was no longer available (shady and disappointing but believe the vendor did not update their stock) AGAIN not our problem. So a similar diamond was offered and then received almost 2 weeks after the 2-3 days that was advertised. If I had know this then we would have waited the 3 weeks at a retail store for correct sizing. The ring is gorgeous and very happy with what my fiance picked. I love it but the new diamond has a different type of inclusion that the other did not even though it was sold to fiance as better quality. No discount, good customer service but not really apologetic or worried about our experience. Just remember they can be returned and do answer emails for the most part so that is a plus.
