Ordered a loose diamond, and customized a setting for it. Very professional and great customer service. They were able to customize the ring to the way I wanted it, making it two-toned white and yellow gold. Also had it made in a ring size that wasn't available on the site, at no extra cost. Great quality diamonds, and workmanship. Finalized my order and paid for it over the phone. My ring arrived exactly when it was estimated to (over a week from putting through the order). I just had to make sure I tracked my package and gave proof of payment to FedEx, and paid customs fees on time to have it released quickly when it arrived in Australia. Definitely not disappointed, but exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend their jewellery.

I am extremely impressed by this company's customer service. I did some research prior to contacting Zoara by reading favourable reviews etc, and the benefits of purchasing a ring online from versus retail. The company's fast and professional customer service has lived up to its reputation. I was very comfortable with purchasing a ring from this company. My partner and I anticipate that we will be purchasing our wedding bands from Zoara as well and look forward to working with them again in the near future.

I was a bit hesitant at first to make such an expensive and important purchase "online", but Zoara put to rest any and all hesitations/reservations I had about online purchasing. I recently purchased an engagement ring for my fiancé from Zoara and the experience was first class all the way! The level of customer service provided by Ben & Sadie was top notch, they were so patient and knowledgeable when it came to helping me choose the perfect diamond. In regards to the ring, I already knew what I wanted and lucky enough Zoara had the exact ring I had in mind from the start! Suffice to say, when the special day comes I will definitely be purchasing my wedding bands from Zoara!

My husband and i ordered our wedding bands off Zoara and we had so much help from the team, it was so quick and easy. We would recommend this company to anyone. We saved so much money getting our bands from them, I worked out that we would have spent about $500 more if we had of gone to our local jeweler in town. I am so impressed with the amazing customer service team at Zoara and the quality of their jewelry. With the help of Ben, my husband and I were able to purchase the most stunning diamond ring. Ben was truly honest about the different diamond grading labs and he went above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied. We were very hesitant to make such a large purchase online but it turned out to be the best decision ever. Additionally, their prices were exceptional! We shopped around and the same diamond/ring setting was at least $5,000 more at other stores. Thank you for an exceptional buying experience!

I was looking for a great ring at a great price and thankfully I found Zoara.com. The websites layout is excellent and there was a great choice of rings in many different styles. I really liked the fact that you were able to select the band that you liked then pick a suitable diamond to compliment the band. There is a diamond to suit most budgets so you can go as small or large as you want. There is a helpful tool which educated me on the four C's and how to apply these to the diamond selection.
The online support is excellent, I had to use it twice to ask various questions about sizing and other things to do with the design.
My only criticism is the lack of a finger view to see how the ring would look on the average sized finger, without this it's very difficult to know whether a band is too thick or thin or whether the size diamond you're selecting will look too small/large.
The ring arrived in lovely packaging and looked amazing, my fiancé has not stopped smiling since she received it, which meant the world to me. So thank you Zoara!

I had an amazing experience with Zoara, Thank you Dan Lax, Ben Harris and all the Zoara team, I have learned so much from Diamonds and when I look the ring that I received, I was amazed but it took my girfriend´s breath away. I am buying from Mexico and for this kind of ring on my city it would have cost 3 or 4 times more. They even got the pictures for the 0.7 ct options I had in mind and helped me with the correct decision (actually they even recommended a slightly less expensive rock) based on better characteristics. Recommend it anytime!

I recently ordered an engagement ring from Zoara and found so many great points about Zoara's online experience. To start with, the jewellery is fantastic value for money but the main positive is the customisation options you are offered as a customer and ease of use of the website during the ordering process. This point is especially emphasised when being compared to other websites of a similar nature. The customer service is fantastic, online, and over the phone and the delivery is extremely quick. I will definitely be another return customer for this company

My experience with Zoara from start to finish was absolutely excellent. I had come across a plethora of diamond/engagement ring websites but Zoara stood out above them all. The look-and-feel of their website is far superior to any other I have come across and the ease with with which I was able to customise my fiancée's engagement ring was fantastic. In addition, the vast selection of diamonds, with detailed information behind them, was second to none.

What really impressed me, and what seems to be a recurring point in several reviews I have read, was the Customer Support I received throughout the process! As I was purchasing from Ireland, I was a bit hesitant about spending a substantial sum of money on an engagement ring I could not see "in the flesh". However, every single question/concern I had was answered thoroughly and put my mind at ease. Unlike other companies who would "force your hand" to make a purchase immediately in order to get your money, Zoara's staff were actually honest and genuine. There was no rushing whatsoever and they always had my best interests in mind! This was nice for a change:)

When I received the ring I was blown away (as was my fiancée); it was absolutely stunning and I was delighted I chose to purchase from Zoara! I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Zoara, no matter what country you are purchasing from, and I plan on revisiting them in order to purchase our wedding rings in the near future.

First things first – Prices - Zoara typically offer diamonds at a much more manageable wholesale price rather than the inflated retail prices you will have seen in your local jewellers and other sites on the internet.

Buying a diamond is a tricky process but the Zoara website has all the information it (as do other sites on the web) to educate you on what to look for and look out for when buying a diamond. Once you have decided on the type of diamond you are after and the budget you are working to the Zoara website makes narrowing your search from thousands to a handful of diamonds really simple. From the diamond search results you immediately see all the critical information pertaining to that diamond and can often view very critical photos of that particular diamond together with the various accredited reports such as GIA certificates which add a lot of confidence when making an eventual purchase. All the while you can discuss the diamonds (and ring settings) with the online customer services representatives such as Sadie, Ben and Dan who, I must say, have the patience of a saint and are very knowledgeable and honest with their descriptions and advice. In fact, if you tell them what you are trying to achieve together with your budget, they will suggest the diamonds and settings to suit.

I purchased a diamond that is exactly what I expected, if not more, and then married it to one of Zoara's platinum settings. I have to say Zoara's jewellers have done an excellent job and the platinum ring is of the highest quality. All received very promptly in a lovely presentation box along with the diamond's GIA certificate.

All in all, buying a diamond, creating an engagement ring, from Zoara has to be the best and most cost effective internet shopping experiences I have had, this despite it also being one of the most important purchases I have ever made.

Seriously, I do not have any qualms about recommending buying from Zoara – you will be pleasantly surprised, just as your partner, fiancée or wife will be when you present them with your gift.
