I purchased a 1.01 Carat Round Diamond and couldn't be any happier with my purchase. The product is beautiful, competitively prices, and was delivered on time. Zoara's customer service is excellent. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and courteous and patiently answered all my questions and provided much appreciated guidance. I think the website itself is amazing – it is shopper friendly and features a vast selection of wonderful, top quality, merchandise. I will definitely recommend Zoara to my family and friends, and I expect to buy from them again.

I had never heard of Zoara before, and came across them by accident while looking for an engagement ring design. I was initially hesitant about buying jewelry online, but after seeing the price difference between Zoara and other Jewelers (local jewelers, BlueNile and Diamond.com), I decided to give it a shot.

Over the course of a month I spoke to three different people in their customer service department (Ben, David and Shaun), and they were absolutely fantastic. They helped me find a custom ring they had previously made which was exactly what I wanted, and walked me through the whole process, including being amazingly patient as I constantly changed my mind about what I wanted. I ended up buying the setting in palladium with a sapphire center stone.

The ring arrived promptly and looked exactly as I had hoped. I will be recommending Zoara to all of my friends, their service and prices are unmatched.

Most pleasant online shopping experience to date!
I was worried about buying such an expensive item as an engagement ring online, mainly because I didn't know anything about jewelry or diamonds, being a guy and all. A buddy of mine recommended Zoara and I decided to check them out.
First, their website is really well designed, with all sorts of cool features like the 3D imaging. All their jewelry was easy to find, and I enjoyed tinkering around the website quite a bit. But I still had no idea what I was doing, so I picked up the phone and called them. They answered right away, and I was assigned a rep who took care of all of my questions, day or night. They must work like crazy over there!
To be honest I wasn't 100% comfortable laying down 10k on a rock that I couldn't see, so my rep, Ben, offered to have a professional photo taken of it, even though he said that the diamond was a great pick. In the photo it looked great, so we went for it.
I wanted it to be a surprise, so Zoara was very discreet and accommodated my unusual shipping requests (if Ben is reading this, he knows what I'm talking about). All in all the ring took a couple days to get to me, and once I got it, it looked great!
I was very pleased with Zoara, and have told my friends at work to only buy their jewelry there!

Do not buy from Zoara! I had a horrible experience with Zoara. I'd read several reviews and went into the experience with high hopes and was deeply disappointed. After finding a diamond for an engagement ring and ordering it, they pulled the classic BAIT AND SWITCH! First, they claimed they couldn't accept my credit card after I had checked with my credit card, e-mailed Zoara identification and a copy of the credit card. They asked me to send a Wire Transfer from my bank. Then, when they finally accepted the credit card 2 days later, the diamond was "no longer available." Very frustrating experience. They said they would provide a diamond of higher quality for the same price, but, when I researched the diamond I found it on their web-site for LESS than I paid and it was of poorer Polish, clarity and dimensions! Everything I had read about companies you SHOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH, THEY DID! Stay away from Zoara!

After being severely burnt by Blue Nile (written in a separate review) and fighting for 2 months to get the refund that I deserved, I needed an engagement ring and fast, as D day was approaching fast. Price was now less of an issue, and I preferred to find a company that could stand behind its word and show that it cared for my concerns.

After surfing around Google for a while I came across zoara. Their site is really well designed, and the 3d images were a great addition. I called their 24/7 chat service and spoke with Ben. I explained the situation and he suggested a preset ring with a diamond already in it. I was hesitant because I didn't know what the diamond's quality would be like. However, Ben told me that the preset would have a minimum of VG cut, I color and SI2 clarity, which was more or less what I was looking for anyway. To reassure me he showed me the GIA cert of the diamond that was in the ring, and it was actually an excellent cut. I would like to add that they didn't charge me extra for this.

Long story short, I asked him to confirm that I would get the ring in time (3 days) and he said yes. True to his word, the next day I got a shipping confirmation and one say later, there it was.

The packaging was very nice, and expensive looking. I opened it up to make sure that it was what I asked for and I have to admit that it was much better than I expected. Compared to the ring that I got from Blue Nile (which looked and felt really cheap) this ring was heavy duty and the sidestones were very bright.

This company has been great to me, keeping their word, exceeding my requests and expectations, and I have full confidence for any future purchase that I will make from them.

I got a wedding set from Zoara about a month ago. I cannot name a single fault with their service, which was much better than any other online jewelry seller that I visited. Their information was always on the spot, courteous and they never pushed me to get something that I didn't want to get.

In fact, the guy I spoke to at Zoara gave me some tips to save some money on the buy, and it ended up saving me $600! Not at all what I expected, especially since everywhere you go people try to upsell you.

And maybe most importantly, the quality and appearance of the wedding set was outstanding and really blew me away. Even though Zoara gave me a free appraisal, I had done locally and I was told that my ring was worth almost double than what I paid for it.

I highly recommend this company. They simply are the best!

I was looking for a sapphire engagement ring instead of a diamond, because my girlfriend really wanted something different. I went a bunch of jewelry stores and most of them weren't able to provide nice sapphires, and a couple places didn't even want to provide it outright, just saying that "we don't do that."

I contacted Zoara with my request and the rep was really helpful, and right away showed me some pictures of sapphires that they had and some rings that they made for other customers. Needless to say, they were stunning, and much more than I expected.

I ordered a half bezel setting and a sapphire that was about 6 mm across, and the price was much lower than quoted by other places, and when I gave it to my now fiance, she was overwhelmed. Now all her friends are jealous!

It was really great!
I did more research for this pair of martini diamond studs, than I think I did for my Thesis:)
I learned a lot about the ways in which diamonds are graded and what all of those letters and number mean.
I got exactly what I was looking for, in beautiful 18k white gold. They are the perfect gift to myself for finishing my masters!
I will without a doubt be back here at some point in the near future.

Got my mom a nice pair of pearl earrings for mother day this year
My brother ordered an engagement ring fro here - so he vouched for the site before I rodered which was nice.
CAme on time, everything I expected (which was unexpected) and they looked really nice, like they were totally packaged well so I could basically just give'em to mom.
She really loves them.
I'm not a jewelry kind of guy, but I guess if I needed something again, I would come back here.

I ordered a couple of pendants for my nieces who are going to be flower girls for our wedding. I wanted to find some kind of keepsake, but at a very reasonable price(wow - wedding are SOOOO expensive!). Anyway, found a nice heart pendant - ordered it, everyhing came on time and was great.
Can't wait to give the pendants to my nieces, they are going to love them! Or HEART them as they say :)

The website is designed very well- lots of features, and immediate chat help as they see you searching the site and looking through their products. It's a bit startling at first to know that someone is watching you search their site, but I guess, its the same as having a clerk at the store, watching you look through their products and asking you if you need any help. Anyway, i found it simple and easy to buy my wife a present for Christmas- I got it done early and I think I probably found the best prices for it! I got her a beautiful pair of diamond stud earrings at an amazing price and they came in a beautiful box with a nice note from the company too. I'll definitely be doing my Chrismas shopping with Zoara again next year.

I am very happy with my purchase from Zoara. When I started my search for an engagement ring for my girlfriend, I had a specific design in mind, but I didn't have the budget to custom make a ring completely. So I decided to look online and after looking through review sites, I found Zoara. One of their settings in their design your own ring gallery really jumped out at me as similar to what I had in mind, but it wasn't perfect. I was looking for a princess cut solitaire ring, but I wanted the band to be thicker than what was listed on the site. When I called Zoara and asked them if it would be possible for them to thicken the band to suit my needs, they told me that it would be no problem at all. I was amazed! They didn't even need to "check with the manager" and call me back. It was as easy as pie. Well, I went ahead and ordered the ring and the diamond right then over the phone. The ring arrived in less that two weeks just as I had ordered it. It looked amazing! My fiance totally adores the ring, and is really happy with the custom width. I still can't believe I found the ring I'd always wanted to give her at such a good price. Thanks zoara!
