Purchased the Larissa Bed in White Fabric. The delivery people were extremely dirty and got black stains all over the WHITE bed from their hands, damaged my walls, and got mud on my brand new floors. The delivery company said to refuse the bed because of the stains while they were attempting to get the headboard up my stairs. A month goes by and the escalation department said that the bed could not be cleaned and they would issue a full refund. Since I was without a bed for 4 months, I immediately ordered one from another company since I was getting refunded for the damaged, dirty bed. They 2 days later they send me an email stating they are sending another cleaning crew to wherever the bed is being stored and they are not refunding my money. Literally have it in writing that they were refunding and now they refuse. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I DO NOT KNOW HOW THEY ARE IN BUSINESS. Reported them to the Better Business Bureau as well.

I purchased a dining room table on line and it stated that delivery would be within 2-4 weeks. A few months later I was notified via e-mail that the table was in the warehouse. Thereafter, I contacted customer service to find out when my dining room table would be delivered. I was provided with the number for pivot, the third party delivery service. I contacted pivot and scheduled a delivery time and date. I worked from home that day to be available for the delivery; however pivot never arrived and did not deliver the table as scheduled. The following day I contacted pivot and was told the delivery was not input in their system, therefore I re-scheduled the delivery and Olga confirmed that it would be delivered. I had a business trip so I arranged for someone to be at my home to accept the delivery. Again, pivot did not show and did not deliver the table. I called the following day just like I did the first no-show and was again told that it was never input in the system. I then scheduled a third delivery date and again had to arrange for someone to be at my home to accept the delivery. On the scheduled date of delivery I contacted pivot first thing in the morning and confirmed delivery. It was finally delivered on the third delivery request date. I arrived home two days after delivery and opened the box only to discover that the table was damaged. I immediately contacted customer service to find out what the recourse would be and find out how long it would take to replace the table. Of course there are no timely solutions. The entire experience has been extremely unprofessional. I'm not sure how a company can stay in business with such bad customer service, delivery wait time, and third party delivery service failures.

Disaster

I paid for this couch in February that was supposed to arrive in May. Then delayed to June July & now I'm told August-September. This is completely unacceptable‼. I spoke to the store mananger in Millenia Orlando Florida & she said we will give you 15% off but only after you get the couch. Lol. BS. The couch is no paw on sale for $700 less as well. It's stated on their ads theyhave the couch in stock. Unbelievable‼.
The customer service was supposed to have someone call me back but never received a call. My credit card cimpamy had to get involved. Worse nightmare ever. I've always shopped at ZGallerie but will never return to their store again. I have. Purchased furniture at many places over the years & have never experienced such a mess.

On 5/27/23 afternoon my husband and our friends from out of town visited the Z Gallerie store at the Fountains in Roseville, CA. While the rest of the group was browsing, I went to the cash register to make a purchase but was told by the cashier that someone was already being helped. No customers were in front of me, but upon closer look I realized that a transaction had been started. So I stepped back. After waiting for about 5 minutes while the same worker did not even glance in my direction and no other customers approached, I asked him if there was another cashier. He then v irritated snapped at me and said "you're just gonna have to wait your turn like everyone else!". I was stunned! I've never encountered such rude and disrespectful behavior! I gave up on my purchase and left the store embarrassed, humiliated and a bit shaken! The way he flew off his handle so quickly I'm sure it's not a secret to management that he has an explosive behavior. Shame on your Z Galleries for tolerating this type of abusive behavior in your store!

My experience with Z Gallerie has been a real nightmare. As I posted previously in another post, I started my order with Z Gallerie back in early November 2022. No one acts as if they know whats going with my order, but they appear as if they want to really help, but nothing gets resolved. They constantly are pushing back my delivery date without giving me any reason why. Today I received another push back on my order last month they told me late August now they pushed it back to late September lol...lol...Sometimes you have to laugh to keep from crying...Just Say No to Z Gallerie.

My light fixture was missing the main ingredients, the wiring. Sonia handled everything for me and even offered to meet me at a neutral site (I live in Newnan) to get my exchange to me as soon as possible. I like the way she pleasantly handled this situation. The only reason that i did not give it 5 stars is because this situation is still on going. When it is complete... 5 stars.

Upon Ordering a mirrored dresser, I came across Several Concerns w/ the Ordering Process. Not only does Z Gallerie Over-Charge for their Products, they are Unable to Meet with Delivery Dates & Charge HEFTY FEES for a "white glove" service provided by a substandard delivery company which is NOT 5 Stars and REFUSE to DISCLOSE the Delivery Company they use in your area UNTIL the VERY LAST MINUTE. SALES: Marked Sales Prices are Bull $#*! as Random NEW FEES are added to your Order. ITS IMPOSSIBLE to RECEIVE ANY DEFINITE INFORMATION PRIOR TO AND AFTER ORDERS ARE PLACED- I GIVE UP!

Their ads are the most annoying that I have seen. You try to exit [X] and it goes to another screen. Then back and forth several times. Is everything as BAD? NO? Customer Service? Somebody has probably tried to complain about their ads. Maybe TOO BUSY with people trying to complain about their products, etc.?

I contacted Z Gallerie one day after their absurd 14 day return period had passed and they refused to take back drapery panels I had purchased. It's not as if these were on clearance and the company no longer sells them. They are in perfectly saleable condition. I was willing to take a merchandise credit but they refused even that. I will never buy anything from them again. My review is actually zero stars but apparently we're not allowed to give that rating.

I bought a sofa and a "ready to ship" ottoman from the website. Due to a glitch on their own website they charged me twice for the same order and only realized when this when two ottomans showed up. Called them and the first rep had zero clue. I was transfered to their "resolution department." he guy proceeded to tell me the ready to ship ottoman was a custom order and I cannot return. After much arguing he said I need to pay a 25% restocking fee on the second ottomam that was ordered to THEIR WEBSITES GLITCH! He also has told me he cannot reach their manufacturer to cancel the sofa that isnt even supposed to attive until July! They are 100% scammers in my opinion.
I am now guessing two sofas are going to show up on my doorstep. They do not even deserve one star. I have contacted an attorney at this point for customer fraud.

Two brand new chairs came stained after waiting 4 months to receive them. Could not get items delivered after many attempts with the company (NEVER had this issue with Rh, Pottery Barn, West Elm even during height of COVID), worst customer resolution. Stated that since after a MONTH of not being able to receive my delivery, I went out of my way to pick up my stuff, that I am responsible for the damage that the chairs came stained. Spend your thousands elsewhere. Will NEVER order from them again.

Do not buy from z gallerie

I spent a lot of money on a sofa chair and ottoman, I have had it less than a year and the fabric has bobbled and doesn't keep to shape the fabric absorbed clothing dies. Now the sofa springs are creaking when sat on, I am 115 pounds so there is no reason that my sofa should have broken springs. The sales man in the store said it was a durable fabric and easy to clean this is not the case. I purchased insurance for 3 year of cover and the company doesn't honor the cover and claims it's my fault. I am so upset and frustrated, I spent so much money on a sofa to be broken 8 months later. I will never purchase another thing from this store. I advise anyone wanting to buy a sofa to put your money in a company that cares about their customers and what they are selling. Take your money elsewhere.

Don't ever buy furniture from Zgallerie
February 28, 2023

I spent a lot of money buying a bedroom set from Zgallerie and the drawers of the night stand 6 drawer chest broke within a couple of months and bc their stupid warranty didn't cover anything past 30 days they refused to send a technician in to fix it. Save your self the headache and money and go with someone reputable. There is a reason they closed a lot of their stores.

Amazing service

I wanted to order two sofas during the 20 percent sale and I was not sure about the color. The sales manager Carolina was amazing! She sent me the swatches so fast and she honored the sale price even though the sale had ended before I would get my swatches. She followed up with me and made sure everything was taken care of properly. She was so professional and helpful! Love Z gallerie and how awesome their team is!

AVOID THIS PLACE!

I do not recommend shopping at Z Gallerie. Items take longer than estimated to arrive, they do not provide shipping updates, they send the wrong items and customer service personnel give incorrect information. I still have outstanding furniture to receive and with one order the customer service personnel assured me that there would not be any charges associated with an order cancellation and currently the company is insisting I pay a 25% restocking fee and incur delivery fees for items that were not delivered. I do not recommend Z Gallerie.

Ordered some Merchandise, actually order was in the many thousands. Turns out one of the items was out of stock though it stated "ready to ship". They held the entire order meaning they planned on shipping entire order together when the out of stock item was in stock in several months.

Ordered several other items which showed ready to ship. Never received confirmation or a receipt so I called and was informed again this was an outside vendor, would take more than 4 weeks to receive and no ship date could be confirmed.

This is basically a company that looks for anyway to take your money.

Whom ever the CEO should be fired immediately as well as the entire mid management. I would never recommend using this company to anyone and that is sad because they actually have decent merchandise, its just you cannot get it.

Buyer Beware, they sale lemons!

Sold a lemon. I purchased a couch in late 2020, which didn't arrive until summer 2021. I was sold a five year warranty from an employee with Z that provided Z Gallerie pamphlets, emails, and calls that stated that it had five coverage, and included that they would be responsible for covering lemons. With covid and life I noticed fibers coming out everywhere all over a dark blue couch. Fast forward less than 2 1/2 years. I reported the issue, neither the warranty I purchased from Direct Buy and the promise that Z Gallerie is being honored. Even after a tech was sent and reported that it was caused by a manufacturing defect. This was over 2,000 dollars, and I am not going to be given what was promised according to their paperwork. DO NOT trust this company or their expect quality. #ZGallerie #buyerbeware

They love making you pay for THEIR mistakes.

I ordered a quilt and shams on zgallerie.com. The price was VERY high, so I waited until they were on sale - and then in checkout found that they were charging me $50 for shipping, which is also VERY high compared to virtually any other retailer, 90% of whom would've given me "free" shipping (which I understand is still built into the cost) for spending as much as I did.

I got the merchandize and the color was completely different from what was shown on site, much lighter and much greyer. It didn't work at all with my room, so I had top return it. Of course they make you pay for the return shipping - which, again, other retailers do NOT, because they're actually interested in encouraging you to take chances on unseen merchandise. That was nearly $40 (as an individual doing a one-time transaction with a postal service) so now I'm out almost $100 with NOTHING to show for it.

I will never shop at zgallerie again, and I've already been VERY vocal on social media about this terrible experience. They're struggling as a company and I can see why. I hope they fail.
