I loved my glasses I got from y'all about a yr and a 1/2 ago, I intentionally wanted to just order a new pair of those. Unfortunately those had been retired when I looked them up so I scrolled down and several other pairs that were close to those or similar styled were recommended. I saw this pair and while the shape was more square than the cat eye glasses I had been wearing I really liked the pink and black design. So I decided to give them a try and when they came in I loved the way they looked, and I've received so many compliments on them.

Having said the title, the reason for the 3 stars is their return policy. Even though it is not the customer's fault, he can only get part of his money back. In the past, I ordered Progressive Lenses with this company. After multiple tries, they could not manufacture a good lens. They made sure I was familiar with how progressives work and ask that you revisit your prescription to make sure it's right. However, I have over 20 years wearing progressives with no problems so I already knew how they worked. My prescription was correct. This company didn't do well at manufacturing progressives. I went to another online optical and they got it right the first time. No problem. Final statement: DO NOT ORDER PROGRESSIVES FROM THIS COMPANY. They do have their good points though. They are great with single-vision lenses and have the best variety of frames for smaller faces.

I was a little skeptical you know? Because with my prescription and uv protection I usually spent like $400 to $500. But this glasses with the style I love and all the add-ons was only $70! I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. I followed the return instructions given and kept track via USPS and the transaction went smoothly without any glitches.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Despite the period of adaptation needed, we are happy to report that we do not receive a disproportionate number of complaints about our progressive lenses. However, we don't ever want to assume that needing time to adjust to the lenses is the only reason a customer could be having difficulty with their glasses; consequently, if you have recently purchased progressive lenses, and have problems seeing clearly through them, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-211-2105. Answer: I had the same experience. Very disappointing. When I called about the problem they questioned the accuracy of my prescription. I was able to return them for a Zenni credit, less shipping costs. Waiting to see if the second pair is better...

We were sorry to read that you could not see well through the lenses of the first pair of eyeglasses you placed with us, on February 21,2022, in order o4538333327.
Consequently, we apologize for any dissatisfaction you experienced as a result.
This order contained one pair of standard progressive eyeglasses in full-rim, cat-eye, stainless-steel, brown frame 326615, with a frame width of 125 millimeters; and one pair of bifocal glasses with the same pupillary distance (PD), but a different value on the Spheres – in full-rim, square, acetate, streaked, smoky topaz and blue frame 4430115, with a frame width of 130 mm.
Each prescription you used for each pair of glasses was on the copy of the eye doctor’s prescription you provided to us, confirming that you entered your prescriptions correctly.
You returned the standard progressive eyeglasses to us for an inspection, but we were sorry to advise that we were unable to inspect the glasses. Therefore, on April 22,2022, we remade the standard progressive eyeglasses in frame 326615 for you in order o4697216222, and we were sorry to learn that you were unable to see well with these eyeglasses in frame 326615.
You advised that you wanted to return one of the two pairs of single-vision eyeglasses with our Blokz® blue-light-blocking feat from your order o4661483986, placed on April 8,2022, an order that was paid for partially with the store credit we issued upon the return of the eyeglasses in order o4538333327.
We offered an inspection of these eyeglasses on May 15,2022, after you contacted us about this order, but we have not heard back from you regarding this matter.
However, we see that you placed your most recent order, o4952635815, on August 5,2022, for one pair of single-vision computer glasses, with Blokz®, in frame 4430115. This order was delivered to you on August 13,2022, and we hope that you are satisfied with these eyeglasses.
