I love my glasses and they came so quick! I normally use goggles4u and it takes 2+ weeks, which makes sense, since its custom made but this one came in 5 days! The only negative is I never got an email, no confirmation or shipping notice but whatever, getting it super quick makes up for that. Ill def use them again

I was someone who went to the optometrists and got them to make my glasses, with their lenses. It was an easy 700-900$ for basic frames and lenses at buy one get one half off! I was told about ZENNI optical and have not gone back to them other than a new prescription very happy with ZENNI
This is totally my fault, but as a warning you'd better read their refund policy before you buy. If you just need to exchange them due to poor fit or the prescription is wrong, you can process a return for 100% refund and get the new glasses you need. However if you have a prism in your prescription along with bifocals, Zenni cannot make them. I had no idea that Zenni cannot provide the same type of glasses that I can get in a brick-and-mortar store. This has ruined my taste for online glasses ordering. Will never use Zenni or any service again.

I ordered my first pair of glasses from Zenni and I am surprised at the quality of the product and the ease of the process. I accidently entered the wrong prescription the first time around, but I contacted Zenni and they gave me a full credit. As soon as my return was scanned in at the post office the credit hit my account and I was able to reorder fairly quickly. I do not have vision insurance so they were incredibly affordable which I love! They will be my "go-to" for glasses going forward
After making sure to get my updated RX and my PD, I was able to use the measurements from a previous pair of glasses to find the right size. The glasses I got fit well and look nice, especially for around $55 total! I'll keep coming back to Zenni and recommend them to anyone I speak with...especially as they notice my nice new specs.

We paid extra for transitions and even more extra for the transitions to work in the car, and it does not work at all. The glasses do not tint in the car at all - and this was a very expensive add on so that is very disappointing.

I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. I followed the return instructions given and kept track via USPS and the transaction went smoothly without any glitches.
