I am glad I found zenni. I bought 2 pairs of glasses with progressive lenses. Both were frames I had never seen. One metal frame has little, tiny cat ears on the upper corners front. Subtle I like. The other metal frame had two front lens size holders on each side. They were offset from each other. Very unusual style. One set of lens holders has the actual lenses. The other is a color and it slightly askew.
No problem with either set of lenses. I have a tough prescription with high astigmatism and reading strength. No problem with either paid of glasses. I can see clearly -- nice and sharp. I use a separate pair of glasses for computer use (but NOT for reading). I got that pair from another company that specializes in computer glasses..
I discovered Zenni optical in 2015 before they were even running ads on TV or youtube! It was through word of mouth and I gave them a try and boy am I glad I did! These guys have been Lifesavers they have great frames and great service and I love it!

I placed my order for new glasses with a new prescription on March 22,2021 and received them April 3,2021. Super fast service! I am super pleased with my new glasses. Locally places wanted $335 for one pair and at Zenni I paid 1/3 of that. I highly recommend Zenni Optical for your glasses needs.

My frames were all exactly what I had imagined. I ordered one pair with the blue light lenses, but they looked the same as my other lenses, including when I flashed the blue light into the lenses, so I'm not sure it was applied.
Otherwise, the frames were good quality and fit my face well!

These lenses are virtually clear, so you may not always detect a difference in the color of the lenses when compared to lenses without blue light protection unless they are held in good lighting conditions and against a white background, but you should definitely see a difference in the amount of blue light that they block when you use the blue light laser pen to test them and then compare to lenses that do not have blue light protection. If you cannot detect a difference in the amount of blue light being blocked, and you believe that the lenses are not performing as they should, we invite you to contact us so that we will have an opportunity to work towards a solution. You may email us at [email protected] and please be sure to put your order number in the subject line of the email. Please give a brief description of the problem in the body of the email and attach a photo of the blue light laser passing through the lenses onto a light colored background. Oftentimes, a photo is sufficient, but if we are unable to see the issue in the photo, we may ask that you return the glasses to be inspected, and if we determine from either the photo or an in-house inspection that your lenses are defective, we will remake them for you. I have purchased glasses from Zenni for a few years now. I love the assortment of frames that is available, the terrific customer service and the quality. Every year I get a new pair of glasses and a new prescription from my eye doctor, and then I turn right around and order a pair - oftentimes two pair - from Zenni. I almost always get the clip-on sunglass lens, too. Pretty terrific!

A couple of my (adult) children have used Zenni Optical. I ordered progressive-lens sunglasses. Wow. The frame a top quality. The prescription is spot-on perfect. And the cost - well, that's the wow. Less than 1/3 what pretty much identical glasses would have cost if bought through my local "vision center."

My first order with Zenni and they nailed it. I love everything about my new glasses. It took longer than I anticipated but it was worth the wait.
I've ordered online through a different company before and all went good. So I decided to give Zenni a try. At the doctor's office, frames started at $300. Now I have not bought glasses in some time but after adding it all up with just normal single vision lenses, it was over $600! Nope.
I got my Rx and got online. Zenni has an incredible amount of frames, lenses and they can be mixed and matched (different lenses with different frames for example).
I placed my order for EXACTLY what I wanted, with lightweight frames, the Vision-Ease LifeRx changing tint and scratch and oil resistant lenses.
I received them 10 days after ordering which is outstanding as well as these came from California and I live in Florida.
I don't order glasses very often but if I have to do it again, this is definitely the way I'll go.
Also, if you have vision insurance as I do and they will cover up to 'X' amount, submit a claim form to your insurance company and there is a possibility of receiving your money back.
I saved my insurance company $280. They had no problem cutting me a check for $120 which was the total cost of my specs. Peace.

The glasses are cute, I can only see clearly through the right lens, the left lens is so very blurry. I double checked my prescription and now I'm out $75.00. We wont order from Zenni again.

They have the most reasonable prices out there. I have really bad eyes, and going to get my lens and frames from a dr costs at least $350 for only 1 pair. I can get so many more for that price thanks for Zenni!

My local optometrist wanted nearly $800 for the same prescription. Bought the best lenses and all for less then$150 for progressive lenses. Followed up with a purchase of cheaper progressive lenses for a little more then $50 for a spare. What a bargain. Thanks a ton!

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Despite the period of adaptation needed, we are happy to report that we do not receive a disproportionate number of complaints about our progressive lenses. However, we don't ever want to assume that needing time to adjust to the lenses is the only reason a customer could be having difficulty with their glasses; consequently, if you have recently purchased progressive lenses, and have problems seeing clearly through them, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-211-2105.
