The online ordering was extremely easy, the delivery was quick and the glasses seem well made. Unfortunately I don't like how the glasses look on me. The website image was pretty good, but I think I need to do the 'try-on' method.
I really enjoy my new reading glasses, I especially enjoy that they don't have nose pads that always seem to get bent or something that makes a dent on the side of my nose!
Overall it was good. My only advice is don't go for rimless frames they become loose. Rimless frame quality needs to improve. I also ordered with a frame and the quality is good.

I recently had cataract surgery where the natural lens is replaced with a manufactured lens. This of course necessitates a new eyeglass prescription. Having paid several hundred dollars previously for progressive lenses I decided to try Zenni. Not only did I find great frames but I also got photo chromatic progressive lenses all for just over $100! Less than most frames cost at typical optical stores. My new glasses fit and look great, and the progressive lense is very nice with a wide field of vision that doesn't create bothersome distortions as some of my previous more expensive lenses have done. I'll definitely come back to Zenni the next time I need to purchase new glasses.

You're never too old for something fun. I'm so glad my cousin directed me to Zenni. My most recent glasses are fantastic. While one accidentally matches my eyes, the other is glow in the dark and I love them so much!
I found the process pretty easy. With the exception that when I entered my prescription, I did not notice how to get to the (-) numbers. As a novice to eye prescriptions I didnt see the difference. It would have been helpful to default the dropdown at a negative # so it makes it obvious I need to scroll up I'm the dropdown menu.
Customer service was able to help me complete the return. I look forward to getting my correct lens and writing a review on the actual glasses

I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. I followed the return instructions given and kept track via USPS and the transaction went smoothly without any glitches.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Despite the period of adaptation needed, we are happy to report that we do not receive a disproportionate number of complaints about our progressive lenses.
