I received the order in a timely manner but cannot see very well. I have to put the reading material farther away.
I had to replace a temple; they made me buy and entire frame with blank glass in it. Once I got the temple off, I couldn't get it back on because the holes don't line up. You can't even get a small wire through there!
Frames are engineered to be non-repairable.

Ordered sport goggles for my daughter. It distorted her vision. The return policy and process with customer service was a nightmare.
