Ordering my new glasses was easy. Received my new glasses very quickly. The order processed and shipped faster then I expected. Received glasses in perfect shape. Frame temple is bent and I was given instructions to heat it up and straighten it. If you had an inspection process, it would have never left the factory like this, and now I need to work with it before I can even wear them.

I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. We were sorry to read that the two pairs of glasses you ordered on August 18,2021, in full-rim, rectangular, flexible-plastic, purple kids’ frame 2011317, with a frame width of 132 millimeters, did not fit the child for whom you purchased them, and that the other frame from this order, o3437606481, full-rim, rectangular, plastic, blue frame 263416, with a frame width of 123 mm, also did not fit the child well. You returned these glasses to us for a 100 percent refund of their price in the form of store credit to your Zenni account, and you used this store credit toward the purchase of two new pairs of glasses for the child, in full-rim, square, flexible-plastic, spring-hinged, sky-blue frame 2011916 and the same frame in plum, model 2011917, both with a frame width of 129 mm.
