The frames are very tight to my head and make it very uncomfortable to wear they work good for my eyes but they pinch the sides of my heads and leave a Groove when I wear them not sure how to fix the problem. Plus I have a credit balance there that I don't know how to get back into my regular bank account due to the first pair was not right.

My previous purchased glasses turned out to be too small for myself. So I returned and ordered another pair. Firstly, this pair measurements are very close but there's significant difference in size. Secondly, they did not apply refund to my last purchase which is a bummer because I could not wait for refund to be processed, need the glasses asap. Thirdly, why is glass anti reflection coating so expensive.

I was little disappointed with my order. The glasses are too big for my face and slide down frequently. The sunglasses seem cheaply done (although they were not) and i bought the upgraded version. However, the blue blocker addition to my glasses have made a HUGE difference in my workplace time. My eyes don't hurt so badly!

I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. I followed the return instructions given and kept track via USPS and the transaction went smoothly without any glitches.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Despite the period of adaptation needed, we are happy to report that we do not receive a disproportionate number of complaints about our progressive lenses.
