I am very happy with the sunglasses I got. I had to adjust the nose pads so my PD was correct but that was super easy to do. Will definitely get more in the future.
Great but made wrong and only got half the refund price
It was super easy to order the glasses. They arrived fast. The only thing they needed was the nose pads adjusted, but were a perfect fit otherwise. The price was great.

I've ordered Zenni glasses before and have been very impressed and happy with each pair I've received. I recently saw a new style on the website that I just had to have in my collection so I updated all my info and got my new glasses in a short amount of time. I have to say I continue to be impressed with the styles and quality Zenni offers at such good prices I can now own multiple pairs at a time!
I seem to always be that one person that never gets what she pays for. But this company was not like that, I found it to be very nice and easy, I just put all the information in each block. Around 3weeks later my glasses arrived. Now that I know about Zenón Optical I will never ever pay full price for a pair of glasses (I paid under $80 dollars.) I would have other wise paid $575. I have already told other family and friends.

I've ordered about 10 pairs over the last few years from Zenni, and they're always exactly what I expect to receive. Will continue to order from them.
First, my glasses arrived a week after the site specified they would be received. While I do like the blue light glasses, the lenses do not seem to be in the frame very well because they squeak when cleaning. The sunglass attachment appears to be more substantial in the pictures. It was basically a plastic cover.
Good quality glasses and they arrived quickly, no hassle. I get all my family's glasses from Zenni.
All was satisfactory except I was confident I had ordered transition lenses. They are not.

We want to advise that our generic photochromic lenses get about 50-60 percent dark under optimum conditions (cold, sunny days), while Transitions® photochromic lenses get about 60-70 percent dark under optimum conditions. We hope that when you take the glasses out in the bright sunlight the lenses turn dark, and that your concern is that the generic photochromic lenses are not getting as dark as you had hoped. However, if the lenses are not getting dark at all when you take the glasses outside and expose them to direct sunlight, insofar as this order is within its 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered, we invite you to telephone Zenni Customer Service, at 1-800-211-2105, provide the order number, o4562244384, to the customer service representative who answers, and ask for emailed instructions to return the eyeglasses to us for an inspection. Answer: I had no problem with returning my initial pair of glasses. I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. I followed the return instructions given and kept track via USPS and the transaction went smoothly without any glitches.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Despite the period of adaptation needed, we are happy to report that we do not receive a disproportionate number of complaints about our progressive lenses. However, we don't ever want to assume that needing time to adjust to the lenses is the only reason a customer could be having difficulty with their glasses; consequently, if you have recently purchased progressive lenses, and have problems seeing clearly through them, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-211-2105.
