I ordered my glasses kind of last minute and got them within 2 weeks in time for my friends wedding! The prescription is perfect (and mine is a little wonky since I have a big astigmatism!)and the glasses fit well. The only thing I don't care for is that the lenses don't clean off as well as my other glasses did from my eye doctor. Not sure why. And I paid for non glare but I don't really see a difference. Otherwise, I highly recommend this company!

I recently bought a glass from one of the retail stores but the glass was coming down and they refused to change or refund. I got to know Zenni and wanted to give a try which cost me (without insurance) way less than the retail shop (with insurance). I followed the guidance mentioned in the website to measure with the help of my husband. The Glass was delivered a week before promised and it is just perfect as the best can be. I love the glass and also the blue laser light to test the blue light filter revealed that the retail store lenses were not blue light filtered though we were charged. The Zenni lenses are ultra blue light filtered and all day wear of it makes more comfortable. Definitely recommended and my family completely changed to Zenni Glasses.

I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. I followed the return instructions given and kept track via USPS and the transaction went smoothly without any glitches.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Despite the period of adaptation needed, we are happy to report that we do not receive a disproportionate number of complaints about our progressive lenses. However, we don't ever want to assume that needing time to adjust to the lenses is the only reason a customer could be having difficulty with their glasses; consequently, if you have recently purchased progressive lenses, and have problems seeing clearly through them, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-211-2105.
