Theses glasses are great! I love them so much I have been thinking about getting a second pair for just sunglasses. I normally have a problem with glasses sliding down my face but these don't and they seem to fit my face well.
Only took 2 weeks! I also got 2 covers for it as well, the nightshades and sunglasses. They are a little awkward to put on especially while driving but once you get them on they work like a dream. The rub bracket part and get a little in your view so keep that in mind if it bothers you.
The glasses I chose were awesome quality! I will definitely recommend to others.

I have been a zenni customer for years without issue. My most recent pair arrived and right out of the box I knew they were wrong. Upon further inspection the right lens was the incorrect prescription. No big deal, mistakes happen. So I reached out to customer service and they refused to send a replacement or issue a refund until they "inspected" the glasses. And that inspection process meant waiting a minimum of 3 weeks for a refund or 5 weeks for a replacement! Totally unacceptable! I will definitely be returning these, but I certainly won't be ordering any more from zenni!

I ordered 2 progressive glasses, same style, different color. One pair fit more snug than other but the prescription was done correctly.
One the other hand I had to return the other pair as the left lense was blurry vision and the right arm on the frame was going to break off and creaking noise assuming (this was the arm that had my phone number engraved on it) damage done when engraving.
Returned Jan 2 2022 right after receiving and arrived in California office Jan 10th but told 14 business days after they received them they would inspect them. After no word from Zenni enquired as time was close for inspection to be done, I was then told 14 business days after they received them back in China lab not the California headquarters. Why the slow process and nobody notifies of what's going on. I am only here for the winter)snowbird and they said if send a new pair will be sent to RV park where original order was sent, not to my home address. What a hassle. Obviously if one pair was done correctly and the other one wasn't, why the long wait for an inspection and notify customer of progress. Needs to be an online tracking system for return progress so customer knows what's going on without repeatedly contacting customer service.

It's time for me to give this company a review. I (at different times) have ordered at least 4 pairs of glasses from Zenni and they have all been amazing. The quality is phenomenal! Ordering from the web site is easy, convenient and the prices are always affordable! I couldn't get this type of satisfaction from walking into my local optometry office. I purchased two sets of glasses, one with progressive lenses and one with single-vision lenses. They got the prism completely wrong on the single-vision and didn't add the prism at all to the progressives. When I called about it, the CS rep told me they were unable to add a prism to progressives. NOWHERE in the lens selection or prescription input was that stated. And now they're telling me they'll only refund 50%?
Avoid Zenni like the coronavirus. EyeBuy Direct has better quality, better customer service, and they'll refund 100% of your purchase if there's a problem with your glasses. I should have ordered from them in the first place.
