I've booked a room with zenhotels in Antalya, it was the first time, so when we reached the hotel we find out that our room was a land view room, instead of a sea view one as we were led to believe. So we started a chat on the application and the person that spoke to us confirmed us that the room was a sea view room and that we should go to the reception and ask for a change. We did, but in the reception we were told that the voucher was emitted for a land view room. We've started a new support chat and we were told that the first person that attended us was new to the job and didn't knew all the ropes... and that the voucher didn't specified that our room was a sea view room. But the person who attended us was really rude and didn't care about our complaint. So we tried to make an official complaint to zenhotels, but the same person that attended us in the chat, was the person who got the complaint, which it seemed really unprofessional and continued to tell us that the voucher didn't specified the room orientation and that we can purchase a sea view room if we want, paying the difference. I wouldn't recommend zenhotels to anyone.
I booked a room with Zenhotels.com., and pre paid for the reservation.
I called the Hotel directly and was told that my confirmation code and name were not showing a reservation.
When I called Zenhotel, they assured me that they have a reservation and they would send it to their department that would take care of this and call me back.
No return call.
I called back 2 days later and they said it was resolved and gave me a new confirmation code.
When I arrived at the Hotel, no room under my name or confirmation code.
I called Zenhotel from the lobby.
They assured me that it was a mistake and they would call back within 1o minutes
NO CALL BACK.
I tried again and had the same experience.
After about 2 hours I gave up.
I had to get an Uber and find a hotel that had a room on graduation weekend.
Not an easy task and not the type of hotel that I had wanted to stay.

Desastroso, estafadores, lamentable o de ZenHotels, no contraten nunca con ellos, me estafaron. Hice una compra en zenhotels de un hotel en córdoba, argentina y me pasaron un precio de referencia, luego ese precio me lo convirtieron a a dolares al tipo de cambio oficial en la pagina, me mostraron un precio que yo estaba de acuerdo y ese consumo en usd me lo trasladan a la tarjeta visa como dólar internacional donde el tipo de cambio es de 200 pesos en adelante, entonces la tarifa queda mucho mas cara que el resto de la competencia siendo que Trivago me la ubica en el precio mas barato. A mi nunca se me aviso que el tipo de cambio del dólar que ellos me pasan IVA a ser al turista en argentina. Ya hice las denuncias correspondientes en visa, ahora voy hacer las denuncias que correspondan a defensa del consumidor. Yo hice una compa en mi país, soy argentino, con una tarjeta emitida en argentina por banco francés y visa, a un hotel argentino a tan solo 90 km de mi casa, y me cobran en dólares a precio de dólar turista internacional. Es una estafa, en un engaño, una publicad engañosa. No me Solucionaron el problema, me responden siempre lo mismo que tiene que hablar con su proveedor. A Mi no me importa quien es su proveedor, porque no contrate con ellos. Además aseguran haber hablado con el hotel, nunca lo hicieron. Son unos estafadores.

I GIVE ONE STAR BECAUSE GIVING LESS IS IMPOSSIBLE. I BOOKED AN APARTMENT THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE AND THE OWNER DISAPPEARED INTO THIN AIR WITHOUT GIVING US THE APARTMENT UPON OUR ARRIVAL. Could that be so the long arm of the law can't reach them?

After a long fight they offer me other hotel because the son I choose was full. I didn't like they new choice so I ask for my money back. They refund me after all
I book a resort in Cancun and as I contact the hotel they couldn't find my reservation.
It's been 1 month now and they still could find my booking reservation or return my money back.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
I will write a bad review everyday until I have what I pay for or my money back.

So, last minute, my husband and I were traveling through Atlanta, GA and needed to find a hotel. We'll, ZenHotels has a deal that was FIFTY PERCENT LESS than regular cost, so we booked through them whenever we were approximately an hour and a half from the hotel. We tried calling the hotel to confirm, but the reservation number wasn't valid. I reached out to ZenHotels customer service online and they said that typically, they need 24-48 hours advance for the booking to confirm with the hotel (Stress set in at that moment for my husband because our 2 year old was antsy... GOOD TO KNOW) BUT they reached out directly with the hotel to expedite the process. Whenever my husband walked through the doors of the hotel and was checking in, ZenHotels just happened to be on the phone with them. The process went seamlessly at that point, but my anxiety was definitely through the roof by then due to the circumstances. So, be warned, don't book last minute to avoid the stress. However, their customer service was super polite and efficient, and the hotel was very nice and accommodating!

In trying to make a reservation, I found that I had to change it. Zenhotels did not respond for a month and proceeded to not return my money even though I had to personally change/repay the dates with the hotel (due to the lack of response from Zenhotels). I will not be using this service again and would not recommend it to others due to their inflexibility.

I had a horrible experience with Zenhotels.com They are a SPAM. The customer service agents are unethical and nonapologetic even after causing problems. WORST customer service and FRAUD. I booked a villa for my family in Hawaii and immediately got a confirmation. The day before leaving for the trip, I called the number on the reservation to find the process for getting the keys. The number was unreachable. The number was wrong. I called ZenHotels for the confirmation and after spending 3-4 hrs on phone with them, They advised me to cancel the reservation as they did not have any room. They did not even bother to find me an alternative accommodation. I am traveling with two kids and a day before leaving, I am told that I do not have any accommodation even after paying for it.

DO NOT USE ZEN LURE YOU IN WITH CHEAP HOTEL RATES that hotel know nothing about/do not have your booking in their system. This company is not very helpful and do a lot of questionable things. They hold onto peoples money for unnecessarily long periods of time after booking is cancelled, 50 days or longer and charge in wrong currency so as can get extra money. I will never use again and have told friends/fellow travelers not to either.

Trying to get a refund from this company is a nightmare. I booked 2 non-refundable hotel reservations because they were so much cheaper than everyone else. Should've known there was a huge catch. Tested positive for covid a week before the trip and got confirmation from both properties that they were happy to cancel my reservations for free in this case. I called Zenhotels customer service, which is only reachable via internet call from their app or a buggy chat system, and they did file tickets and respond promptly the next day. However, despite obtaining approvals from both properties, they need to "obtain refund confirmation from the supplier" before they can return the money. Literally NEVER experienced this before with any other booking agency. Better stick with legitimate companies like Priceline, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, etc. in the future. I do appreciate customer service for responding lightening fast but it makes no sense that they cannot refund with provider approval due to a middle man supplier.

I booked a hotel and have an active confirmation- but when I called the hotel, they said they don't have any records for the reservation!
The ZEN call center told me I will get a new confirmation number but within the last 8 days nothing happened and my trip will start in 4 days.
It's my first booking with ZEN but this is not was I expect from a trustful provider!

I want to put awareness that ZenHotels are cheating with putting wrong pictures and presented that the Hotel Globales Acuario, Tenerife is a hotel worth paying for and when you are getting there in person you see that this is a awful place that is not even close to the pictures that were presented on ZenHotels website.
We booked Globales Acuario, Tenerife on ZenHotels because we wanted a Hotel and put in search hotel. They took our money in advance immediately (for 2 rooms for 4 people for 7 days), we got there and saw that this is not a hotel and what we wanted and they cheated us, we canceled our booking and they didn't want to give us all our money back!

Básicamente el problema fue que me cobraron en dólares el importe de un hotel argentino siendo yo argentino. Me comuniqué con uds para tratar de ver si se podía anular la operación, pero no tuve respuestas claras por lo que NO pudieron resolverme el inconveniente. Tuve que resignarme y desistir de la anulación. Encima cuando llegué al hotel también tuve que pagar IVA, esto tampoco estaba claro en el momento de la reserva del hotel. En fin, el hotel me salio muy caro comprándolo por su página y por eso no lo recomiendo para nada.
I used Zen Hotels to book 1 night at NY JFK Hilton. When I got there the receptionist told me there was not a booking under my name. After speaking to Zen Hotels the receptionist found that my booking was booked for the wrong date, even though I have confirmation in my email that I gave them the correct date. I had to find another place to stay that night. The worst part about Zen Hotel was not that they made a mistake on my booking, but getting my refund back from them. Their communication is terrible. I requested my refund beginning of January and it is now March and after numerous emails and phone calls I've been told I'll get my refund in 30 days. So best case scenario I get my money back after 3 months. Worse case scenario, they shut me up for 30 days until I go back to emailing and calling. Word of advice, save yourself the head - don't use Zen Hotels.

Used Zenhotels for the first time recently and was VERY skeptical, but all turned out just fine. Let me preface this review with I NEVER use 3rd party reservation websites for flights or hotels. I always book direct. I wanted to share my story because I know many of you will have the same skepticism and concerns. Here's the scoop. I wanted to book two rooms at Hardrock Universal in FL for April 27th through May 1st 2022, but for some odd reason, Hardrock Universal didn't have any rooms available to book with them directly on their website and the only options I was left with was with 3rd party booking sites if I wanted rooms at Hardrock on those dates, i. E. Zenhotels! Prior to booking, I quickly Googled them and read some reviews, most reviews were OK AND Zenhotels has a 100% refund policy as long as I cancel before a certain date so I decided to take a chance. Book two rooms at Hardrock Universal through Zenhotels with two separate reservations and prepaid in full $1,589 and $1,507 with my Amex Gold card. Reservation process was easy and straight forward, but immediately I freaked out because I learned that they are an out-of-United States company and was concerned that are my reservations real? Called Hardrock Universal directly the very next day, no records of my reservations from Zenhotels, call again 3 days later, still no records of my reservations. As you can imagine, I thought for sure that I was dooped. A week later, I called Hardrock Universal and they finally saw my Zenhotels reservation! Coincidentally, I checked Hardrock Universal's reservation website again and they had rooms that I could book with them directly, so I did. I booked a new reservation for my two rooms with Hardrock Universal directly and cancelled my reservations with Zenhotels on the same day. Two days later, full two refunds showed up on my Amex app. So if I had gone through with Zenhotels my reservations would've been there. I am impressed with their speedy refunds and I definitely would use Zenhotels again if I had to in the future. Just know that your Zenhotels reservation may take a while to show up at your destination hotel's system.
