So I'm not normally the review-writing type but ok. I ordered a custom hat for my friends birthday back in July, which was supposed to arrive around early-mid August. My order says that it is still being fabricated. However, it is now October, and my friend's birthday has long passed. In fact, she doesn't even live in this country anymore. I myself have moved across the country. I contacted the customer support people a few weeks ago and they were very nice and said that they would get on it, even let me change my delivery address. However they also said that they could not provide an estimated delivery date. I would say that this website is a scam, but I mentioned this ordeal to a friend of mine who said she ordered a winter coat from this website and it arrived. In May. She had ordered it in November. The winter coat was very helpful in May as you can imagine. My advice: order from literally anywhere else. Marco Polo could have brought me back goods and spices from China faster than this hat is taking to arrive to me. I have now gotten two haircuts in the span of time in which this hat has still not yet been made. My own birthday has passed, and my friend who I bought the hat for said that her gift for me was still being made, so I have suspicions that this cycle has only begun to repeat itself. Please, dear god, save yourselves.

Can you please let me know when my order is arriving that I have been placed almost a month. My wife's birthday is is on next week. And I am going to miss out I guess. The maximum period for standard delivery is 12 business days only and it's already over. And I felt so disappointed. Please don't mess with people and don't give false promises. I suggest Zazzle keeps whatever promises that has been made during the order and should try to fulfill customers needs. If an order cannot be delivered on time, why not drop an email so that people can arrange something else. I believe this will be the first and last time I bought from you. This is not about money. This is about respect towards customers.

I ordered business cards for myself and my employees over a month ago and they have yet to arrive for finish "production." This is my second order from them. The first one took 2 weeks without any problems. THIS IS RIDICULOUS especially since my plan was to make Zazzle our main production company! We have called customer service 3 times and each time, we have been told that our cards will be sent out the next day! NOT TRUE! I am hoping the company will stand by their customer care and rectify this ASAP

I have ordered form them several times. They take awhile to get an order to you, but all postcards were fine. Imagine my surprise when this latest order came on Matte paper. When I called, and can get through, mostly impossible, they told me now they print on Matte and Semi-Gloss. Who ever heard of a postcard on Matte. They look terrible. The company agreed to gave me a credit. I went in and ordered the cards again on Semi-Gloss, and now the order is nowhere to be found and I can't get them on the phone and they email back and forth telling me my email on my account is not the same as what I am emailing form and it is; the 50% discount I got does not show available and I can't get anyone to help me; just 10 emails or more of nothing. Will never order form them again!

I have been purchasing items from Zazzle for years and always had a great experience but I have been waiting on on order of 5 hats (not a new design) since 7/7/17 and have inquired to customer service twice already. They offered expedited shipping but apparently the hats are still being made. The latest response was really sad:
"At this time, we unfortunately still do not have an update for an estimated delivery day and we are extremely sorry about this inconvenience. If you wish to cancel your order, you are of course eligible for a full refund for your order."
I was hoping to order some additional items but will have to look for another company now. I really want my hats!

I tried to send a gift to a friend in Canada from zazzle.ca. They would not send it because she has only a P. O. address. The small town she lives in, and I suspect many small towns, only have P. O. addresses! There is no delivery to home addresses. Thanks for nothing, Zazzle.

The invitations I ordered were very nice for the price! They were received very quickly as well! I would order from them again!
I ordered 30 customized postcards for my (travel theme) wedding centerpieces (two per table, back to back) and they were gorgeous! I was a little worried because I had ordered them really close to the wedding date but they came the first day of expected delivery and we had enough time to make stands. They looked perfect!
My grandmother passed away and had the heart-breaking pleasure of creating "Thank You" memorial cards. My grandmother's funeral is coming up and have to make sure I received these in time to give to guests. Although, it took me 1 hr waiting on the phone and another 30 mins to finally get someone on; the representative was very courteous! She made sure to contact production and had them deliver within next day delivery at no extra cost! I received the item ordered and they're just as I expected them to be! Thank you so much!
I ordered two posters from them. They said they would be delivered between September 25 and 29th. When they did not arrive as promised, I checked the order and now it says 4-7 days after they are "made". Could be months or years! I ordered other posters on the same day and they have been on my wall for two weeks! Shame on you Zazzle. No integrity. A real date please.

Ordered baby shower invitations. They came out perfect and just as I had ordered. The material was great quality, would recommend to anyone!
My customer service representative, Kathy, went above and beyond in helping me to create a custom postage stamp. I ran into a few issues and she was there every step of the way, even contacting the design department to make sure I wouldn't have any other problems.
I received my product today, and it is perfect. I could not imagine it being any better than what it is. A woman Kathy helped me with the design from Zazzle. She is truly creative, and knows what she is doing. Thank you Zazzle for having such great service, and great products.

As a customer service worker myself I can understand that customers have high expectations that agents often will struggle to meet. However I do expect a certain degree of honesty when ordering something. If you pay for bloody 3 day delivery it's not to have to chase someone up a week and a half later, especially given that the order number provided does not actually even exist. This site is a complete scam, I doubt my order will ever arrive but they'll damn sure hear about it if it doesn't.

I placed an order on 07/28/17 and was supposed to receive the product in 7-14 business days. I have contacted them numerous times through there site and I get,
" We have contacted our production team and we are working diligently with them to produce your order. Please know we will continue to monitor your order to ensure it ships out as quickly as possible." I seriously have gotten this email everytime. This does not make me feel unique or valued at all. Everytime I try to call in the hold time is 30+ minutes and never get anyone. I am beyond upset as my son picked out this book bag for school and he has been in school for 1.5 months already! So frustrating that no one can give me any answers. I would never refer any one to order from this company and I will never order from Zazzle again. Customer service is beyond words. I just want me product for my son that has his heart set on this item and be done with Zazzle, I should have them apologize to my son as he ask me everyday about his book bag! I wouldn't even give Zazzle a star if I had a choice.

Called Zazzle and spoke with Kathy in Customer Support. Really only had questions regarding my order, but she took it to the next level of satisfaction and wowed me right out of the park! Can't wait to receive my order!
Answer: Typically 24 hours. This is not counting weekends, unfortunately. Can you please message us if you need assistance on an inquiry?
Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
