Although I waited quite long (over 1 hour), it was worth the wait and I took the time to blow my hair dry as I waited. As usual, the representative I spoke with (Kathy) was great and took the necessary time to resolve my issue. I have dealt with Zazzle customer service many times in the past and they never disappoint. As a matter of fact, they always go over and above my expectations. If there has ever been any disappointment with something I have ordered, they have always gone out of there way to make it right, if possible, or return it if not. I will always recommend Zazzle to my friends. Thank you for the great support but the wait time today, which was a Monday and near the holidays which might account for the problem, was horrendous.
Customer service operated out of west coast and only on weekdays. So by the time they started servicing their business it was a 1.5 hour wait for me.
I've given Zazzle three chances - and will not order from them again.
First, I ordered a t-shirt that looked like something I could have done myself. The company remade the shirt quickly and it was okay.
Second, I ordered invitations and paid for expedited shipping. The invitations were received late - after emailing back and forth and getting credited for the shipping.
Third, invitations again. I ordered them based on the information that they would be received the first week of November. After emailing customer service, they expedited shipping and I was told I would have them on the 6th. I then received a message from OnTrac that they would be here by the end of the day on the 7th. I received them on the 8th - with no envelopes. I had to purchase envelopes so I could send them out (I couldn't wait for them to send envelopes).
While the product itself may be good, customer service begins when the ordered is placed - and Zazzle's customer service is lacking.

What a complete disaster! I order customized tote bags that arrived looking horrible. The picture was streaked and the smell coming from the bags were absolutely horrible. The wait time on phone is ludicrous -- 45 to 90 minutes every time that I called. Zazzle has horrible representatives -- even the "supervisors" are bad.

I ordered place cards for daughters wedding on 9/25/17, expecting to get them before daughters wedding 10/22/17. I tried to contact them via email, no response, by phone, phones down. Finally arrived when we returned home October 23rd. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company in my life. I don't know how they are even in business. Now I'm trying to get in touch with them for 2 weeks, no response. I call the *******953, and the wait time is 45 minutes. If any potential customer should read this, DO NOT ORDER anything from this company.

Beautiful invitations and they arrived within a week! Awesome service, quality... I'll be back.and unlike other places, they included envelopes!
Ordered some custom stamps and paid over $20 express shipping to receive them faster. The website stated we would receive our package on a Tuesday, after ordering the confirmation email stated either Tuesday or Wednesday. Fine. Wednesday evening rolls around and no package. Their online tracker said that it was delayed for an additional day. When calling customer support we were hung up on and then called back. The representative stated that our order was in Arizona... Over 900 miles away... There is no way we would have gotten our package by the next day. We asked why we would pay extra for shipping cost if they could not deliver on time? Our response was, "What do you want me to do about it?" explaining that they weren't responsible for shipping! What?! How would they not be responsible for shipping their products, especially considering the high extra cost we paid!? We asked that they refund us the express shipping cost and were placed on hold so that the Representative could personally process this for us... we were instead hung up on, AGAIN. We immediately called back, hung up on... Each time we call we are on hold roughly ten minutes so all of this time adds up. Called again... hung up on... Still have not been able to speak with someone again...

I ordered a custom-designed binder from them for my boss, who wanted me to make a memorial book for his son. It looked great, and we were really excited for it. When it came, I didn't even show my boss because it looked like garbage. The picture on front had streak-stains streaking down to the bottom of the binder, and then huge ones on the back as well (which was supposed to be blank). I reordered, and they were very apologetic. However, when I received the reorder, it was just as bad, if not worse, than the first one.

I cant begin to explain the problems Ive had with zazzle over the last two months when wanting to order new business cards. Horrible customer service, that is IF you can even get ahold of someone. Your wait time will be an hour or more EASY, IF their phones are even working and dont hang up on you automatically. Paid for expedited shipping, told the products were coming multiple times, they never arrived. After not receiving my products for over a month I got the first round of them today and they are HORRIBLE! The business card templates arent even lined up correctly or evenly and its almost like someone took scissors and just cut them in the wrong places. The text on the cards are blurry, and on some cards theres yellow ink when the business cards are supposed to be black and white colors ONLY! Ive ordered from this company for years but whatever is happening internally in that place is completely showing in their products and customer service. There also seems to be very little to no communication within the company. They take absolutely no responsibility for products sent WAY later then promised. I can see a few days, a week MAX, but a month!?! Thats insane, You have to be honest with your customers! I wouldnt recommend zazzle at all, not anymore.

I HAD USED THIS SITE ABOUT 2YRS AGO... DID NOT REMEMBER WHERE I GOT MY LABELS. KATHY WAS HELPING ME, AND WITH ONE WORD, SHE GAVE ME MY ITEM NUMBER. SHE ALSO HELPED DESIGN A LABEL BASED ON SOMETHING I NEEDED. SHE WAS SO PATIENT & HELPFUL... TRULY, AN AMAZING EMPLOYEE!

I'm a ND and created business cards on zazzle. I would not receive my doctor business cards but instead business cards of a makup artists... this is the second time I did not receive the correct business cards within a short time. It takes way too long to get the right order each single time. Very disappointed.

Be very careful to do simple math before you check out. On two separate occasions I use their promotional code to get 40 to 50% off and various purchases. Problem is once I reached the check out stage I realize that in most cases they were only giving me about 15% to 20% off. When I emailed the company about this, they emailed me back stating they were sorry I had an issue with my return! That wasn't even my issue and neither time did they address that proper discount had not been given. I even called to complain and was left on hold for over 20 minutes without anyone picking the phone up. This company is a sham and a joke! Don't waster your money!

This is not my first time shopping from Zazzle, and it sure won't be my last. Although it was a little mix up with my order this time around, the customer service and rapid response to fix the issue was beyond amazing! Thanks again for all your help Kathy!
The customer service is amazing & they do a great job on invitations. They respond quickly to questions & have fast delivery. The website is so easy to use as well. The customer rep went out of their way to give me a credit to re-order invitations when my wedding was cancelled due to hurricane damage at our hotel. I am so grateful as we already lost so much money. I have placed several orders with them & would highly recommend Zazzle as they have never let me down.
This is the second year that I have used Zazzle and I am very satisfied with all of the invitations I have created. Love this company!
I placed an order the 1st week of July and I got an email today 10/29 saying it shipped. I messaged them via email back in August and waited for a response and 2 days later I got a generic email stating that production was backed up/some BS. So, I stated that I wanted my money back since the item didn't go out at the time stated during purchase." Crickets" after that email. This was my 1st time using this company so I paid through PayPal and they gave me my money back. It will be interesting to see if the item shows up. But seriously, 4 months for one item (a hat!) to show up is absolutely ridiculous! Terrible company. I will never order a thing from them again.

Big Zazzle fan here! Zazzle makes it simple to use their templates to design and to order some of the most creative gifts I've ever been able to personalize. I've been ordering from Zazzle for several years and out of the dozens and dozens of times I've ordered from Zazzle, there was just one time I needed help with an order and their Customer Service Rep was excellent. Great company. Great products. Great prices, especially considering their merchandise is unique and easy to personalize.
Although the wait time was about 40 minutes, the representative was able to help me in about 10 minutes! She did not negatively question my claim about the problem I had and quickly worked to get it fixed.

Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
