I received my order today but it only contained envelopes. No invitations. I called and spoke with Jon who was very helpful and placed a reprint. He acknowledged that something went wrong and did not try to place the blame on me, the customer, as has happened in the past with errors made by other companies. So thank you. Hopefully the next printing will get to us. :)

I called Zazzle and Robert was very helpful in attending to what I was looking for, taking the time to make sure that I would be happy if they they tried to re-print them for me. I appreciated his honesty in letting me know that a re-print would likely not produce the outcome I was looking for and offered to issue a refund. Even though I didn't end up with a product that I loved, their customer service was superb.

Received wonderful customer service from both Damian and Robert. I tried to create a rush order that unfortunately was too large to be made and shipped by the needed date so I canceled the order and received full refund with no isssues. Communication is very clear and emails are sent to confirm what was discussed on phone calls. Service is polite and knowledgeable.

I realized that I had made a mistake on my invitation order that I had made the day before. I contacted Zazzle through the chat, and Jon answered. He said they could not change my order as it had already been processed, but would be happy to cancel it at no charge, and I could then proceed to make my changes, and re-order at my convenience. As this was my first experience with Zazzle I called customer service with shipping questions as I needed my Wedding Invites ASAP & was nervous about timing. The Agent Joe explained both the standard options and Zazzle black and was very articulate and knowledgeable about the products. I decided to do go with Zazzle black. And zazzle.com offers a 100 per cent return if not satisfied! They ship anywhere in the World, as far as I know. I am a designer there and really have a great time as a work from home artist. Very cute things on their website, and their customer service is even better. They didn't give me any problems and solved my problem within 4 minutes on the phone with them. Very happy experience with them. Will shop with again soon.

Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
