I had trouble arranging the spacing on a bridal shower invitation and Marta was so helpful.
She was professional, warm, and very effective in helping me to get exactly what I needed on the invitation, and in helping me with its shipping. I will be back again.

I received my order today but it only contained envelopes. No invitations. I called and spoke with Jon who was very helpful and placed a reprint. He acknowledged that something went wrong and did not try to place the blame on me, the customer, as has happened in the past with errors made by other companies. So thank you. Hopefully the next printing will get to us. :)

My daughter and I finally agreed on a delightful wedding invitation that we found on Zazzle. After thinking about the exact wording and getting approval from the groom, we went back to the website and couldn't find our design. I called the Customer Support at Zazzle, and Joe helped me find the right card. So thankful!

I ordered business cards and was unhappy with the outcome. I called Zazzle and Robert was very helpful in attending to what I was looking for, taking the time to make sure that I would be happy if they they tried to re-print them for me. I appreciated his honesty in letting me know that a re-print would likely not produce the outcome I was looking for and offered to issue a refund. Even though I didn't end up with a product that I loved, their customer service was superb.

Received wonderful customer service from both Damian and Robert. I tried to create a rush order that unfortunately was too large to be made and shipped by the needed date so I canceled the order and received full refund with no isssues. Communication is very clear and emails are sent to confirm what was discussed on phone calls. Service is polite and knowledgeable.

I realized that I had made a mistake on my invitation order that I had made the day before. I contacted Zazzle through the chat, and Jon answered. He said they could not change my order as it had already been processed, but would be happy to cancel it at no charge, and I could then proceed to make my changes, and re-order at my convenience. As this was my first experience with Zazzle I called customer service with shipping questions as I needed my Wedding Invites ASAP & was nervous about timing. The Agent Joe explained both the standard options and Zazzle black and was very articulate and knowledgeable about the products. I decided to do go with Zazzle black. The Agent was kind enough to offer me a one time shipping upgrade. Joe has a great demeanor with customers. I am now a loyal customer! Thank you.

Arty? Creative? Need to express yourself? You can! With zazzle.com you may choose a product and put your personal design on it (using high pixel photographs) and buy them and/or sell them on the 'net! And zazzle.com offers a 100 per cent return if not satisfied! They ship anywhere in the World, as far as I know. I am a designer there and really have a great time as a work from home artist. Super Awesome!
