I recently ordered some personalized napkins for my son's engagement. Although the idea was great the printing wasn't so clear. As soon as I showed them to the Zazzle Customer Service Representative Ivan he helped me to fix the font and get them redone so we could use them for the party! I would definitely use this company again!

On a whim, I punched in a favorite film phrase into my search engine, and, lo & behold, it came up on Zazzle, emblazoned on a tee-shirt in just the right typeface. Although the shipping duration said it would take a week, it was in my hands in three days (probably due to my relative proximity to the source.)
I ordered it as a gift for a friend who normally wears a small tee, but unfortunately, small, in this case, was a hair too small, so I reached out to customer support.
I heard back very quickly from Oskar, who was extremely helpful in taking care of the problem immediately.

I designed thank you cards for my husbands birthday party and paid lots to get them shipped overnight, when they arrived they were all wrong, either printed or designed, either way I couldn't use them at all, I was so upset and distressed by it. I contacted Zazzle customer service for help and in less than 15 minutes they made sure the design is correct, credited my account for the original order and helped me place new order with me on the phone to ensure everything goes well. I am so pleased. So happy. Customer service like that is so rare to find and as upset as I was I am now so confident that everything will work out and my guests will be getting their thank you notes with a beautiful design on it. Thank you Zazzle and Thank you Damian from Customer Service who patiently helped and solved the problem. The experience you have with any company depends on every single person you come in contact. I was lucky enough mine was with Damian!
Mario was very gracious and helpful to check on my pending order. He was kind enough to upgrade the shipment since it was delayed for a correction I was asked to make and the weekend further delayed it. Also it had to be shipped all the way to Connecticut. So thank you Zazzle and Mario.

I created a card announcement of one of Zazzle's designs for my daughter graduating from PA School and simply added a "worded only" Disney quote referencing Disney but they rejected my card and continued to say I was using a copyright graphic design then in turn referring me to their (Zazzle) Disney graphics page which had NOTHING to do with the medical card announcement I created. I went back and forth with their review department which you can only communicate by email and got no where. It was poor service attention to my order and was rejected for no reason at all. After calling customer service and finally getting through, they told me that they were not able to help me either. That the review department is the only dept. that can assist in that area. Terrible customer service all around... Edana was the person I emailed back and forth with from the "Content Management Team". It was irritating and frustrating that she did not understand that the card had nothing to do with a Disney graphic design. There is nothing wrong with adding a quote to a card... That is not copyright as long as it is referencing the author. Unfortunately, I had to go through with the order and remove the quote because my daughter wanted the card but that is the last time I will every purchase from Zazzle.
Thelma was very patient and went above and beyond in assisting me with the technicalities of my daughter's graduation invitation. I could not move forward with my order because the promo code was not being rejected. She stayed on the phone and talked and worked through the system until she found the solution... I used the wrong template and she transferred all of the information into the right template which was still quite a process for her. Best customer service ever!
I viewed my bank account and noticed an amount had been deducted from my account. I spoke with Joe via online chat and he was very kind and helpful. He resolved my issue in a timely and courteous manner.

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
