I have an established business in making graphics and custom apparel, and when I submitted the design that I personally created, it was rejected due in large part of it looking like a bullet with a face on it. Not that similar designs are elsewhere, and freely distributed on cards, stamps, etc. But for some reason I cannot put my own design on my own business cards or stamps because it "kind of" looks like a Bullet Bill.
It's also enormously expensive, 30$ for shipping at the slowest rate of roughly two weeks, and charging you an extra 5$ for a wooden handle for a 40$ wood and rubber stamp. I know the bottom line for materials, and this is just funny. Also, buying in bulk is just too expensive, with what they wanted for just 200-ish custom business cards was roughly 100$
I tried with Customer Service and they are seemingly busy Monday morning with 15 minutes of wait worth of callers. I'd simply say that if you have a bad experience, 1 Star them and move on to another business.
I'm a seller on Zazzle, I have quite a lot of shirts there, I sold a total of 73 shirts via Zazzle, the first sale I made was on 29.09.2017, I have not received any payment of my commissions from them, it's now been 6 months since I sold my first shirt on Zazzle...... 6 months...... no payment.

After reading specific sizing comments before ordering t-shirts for an upcoming event, I discovered that we shouldve ordered larger sizes for a more comfortable fit. I initiated an email exchange with Oskar in customer service to exchange the order, and was pleasantly surprised at the ease of obtaining the appropriate sized t-shirts due to his prompt handling of my order.
The site is very user friendly. I was easily able to design my desired T-shirts. And when I had a question I was able to call and speak with someone directly. The customer service agent, Joe, was very thorough, helpful, and friendly. I cant wait to receive my shirts!
Joe was VERY helpful with redesigning my magnet that I thought was a business card. He made the change over smooth and easy. Helped save me a lot of time and effort which I am grateful for.
I recently ordered a keychain from Zazzle and I loved the quality of the product. However, when the keychain arrived, the picture in it was so dark it could barely be made out. I have been communicating with Zazzle to try to resolve this and they could not have been more helpful. I just got off the phone with Joe who assured me that he would do everything possible to oversee getting the picture redone (hopefully) to a lighter print so that I don't have to change my choice of photo. He couldn't have been more helpful, and I love that I received a follow-up email of his assurance that he would do all he could because he knew how much I loved the picture. Great customer service is just as important as a great product. Thank you Joe, and that you Zazzle - can't wait to get the new one!
Jon was the representative I communicated with and he was extremely helpful. I love Zazzle product and he helped me with an issue I was having. I thought the service was excellent and fast.
My daughter and I have been using Zazzle from the day she started planning her wedding. Oh, my goodness, you've been wonderful! We've gotten so much from you and not one complaint! The first time I had to call customer service (due to my error), I was connected to Ivan and he was great! He answered my concern calmly and quickly put my mind at ease! Thank you!
Joe was wonderful and very patient while helping me with my order that arrived damaged. He is replacing the item at no additional cost to me.
I thought my order was supposed to be delivered by today. Because we have had several package thefts in the area, I was concerned. Ivan advised me that with the manufacture time included, my pillows would be delivered between 4/17 and 4/20. He was polite, professional and re-assuring.
Wost place ever just take you business elsewhere. I would try to pinpoint where they went wrong but it's everything the whole platform and the way that they do business is backwards. Save yourself the trouble go somewhere else.

My package never arrived after and it has been a few weeks. I reached out to customer service and Oskar was very helpful. I now have a new order being shipped with the fastest delivery possible!
At first my help was not very good at all and would rate it as a two. I then spoke with "Robert" and was very happy he new what to do. Robert was also very polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk with. Unfortunately the last person prior to speaking with Robert I spoke with said she had a better deal for me than my 20% off 1st purchase. No she did not. I think it is very important that the Zazzle Customer Service Reps. Understand and need to be knowledgeable on the different rules there are for Canadians. Robert was the one who new the shipping offer I signed up for (first month on us) is unfortunately not available to Canadians as I was first told. Anyways, it all should be sorted out and look forward to receiving the items. If asked "Will I purchase again from Zazzle?) the answer is yes, but I will be very cautious the next time.

Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
