I have placed quite a number of customized T-Shirt orders over the past few years. The quality of the shirts have been excellent. The quality of the customization of the T-Shirts, adding text and in some cases photos, was beyond what I expected. They have all held up very well during the laundry process. I will continue to use Zazzle for future customized T-Shirts! Thanks!
I had ordered 20 Thin Blue Line Police Mom keychains to use as small gifts for our group of police mothers at our Mothers Day celebration. Unfortunately, when they arrived I realized they did not look like the illustration on the website. The design did not fully cover the surface, leaving white edges in spots and making the keychains look cheap and unprofessional. I was very disappointed but did not have time to return them and order replacement gifts before our May celebration. I was embarrassed to give these out, but I had no choice. I shared my disappointment with Zazzle Customer Service, just so they would know this product was sub par, not expecting or asking for them to do anything about my order. But Thelma in Customer Service immediately responded - even on a weekend - and requested additional information to help locate my order and then offered me a full refund or credit for my purchase, even though I could not return the defective items. We had numerous email conversations regarding the keychains and my order and her quick and sure resolution has restored my faith in the company, if not that particular product. It's refreshing to find someone these days who understands what customer service is, and to find a company that empowers their employees to extend that service to their customers.
I placed an order on zazzle for a custom t-shirt. I used a custom design from a poster I had created for a short film that I wrote/directed/produced. Zazzle refused to create the shirt for me. When I inquired as to why, they said they could not verify ownership of the image and subject/content. I said that I owned the image and the subject/content because it was for a short film that I had made. They claimed they had attempted to validate the image via email. I had not received any inquiry about the origin of the content. When I told them this they just stated that my content was reviewed and it violated their content standards. They gave me a link which implied that they were refusing to make the shirt because my content is not original. I explained that the content was my own because it was for my film. They still refused to make the shirts for me.
Joe was a great help to me. I did not know how to get my picture to Zazzle to put on a stamp and he patiently walked me through the process Thank You!
Joe was very patient and helpful. I was having difficulty downloading pictures and creating cards. I was on a time crunch and he was able to help me edit my order exactly how I described. We had several phone calls, and emails all of which he was on point regarding the specifications of my photo cards.
I felt like Kathy was someone I had known all my life. Family... she totally coached me through everything, helped me cancel my order and do it right. She stayed on the phone and on line with me forever without any frustrations. So helpful, she was indeed my angel when I was in need. I am so thankful that she answered my call. SO THANKFUL.
I was frustrated in that I ordered two cards for a married couple and wanted them to be sent together but one was "declined" and the other was in process meaning that I couldn't cancel it. Thelma was helpful in resolving this to my satisfaction... very accommodating.
Ivan was so helpful. He went above and beyond to spend the time with me to give me a tutorial on invitations. His expertise and courtesy was greatly appreciated.
I have ordered several times from Zazzle and I am extremely 100% satisfied. The products I ordered came on a timely manner along with the product came as it was it described in the description. Will order again from Zazzle for all my other party needs.
Uncooperative with refunding an auto renewal I opted out for last year! This company is just scamming and it's ridiculous. Instead of refunding me they want to give me a credit for a future purchase as if I will EVER order from them again!

I had experienced two different order issues with purchases through Zazzle. I left a review that wasn't great siting my issues with the shipping of one of the orders. Nana at Zazzle replied quickly to my review, with a recap of the shipping and a discount code. It was nice to recieve acknowledgment for my issue and to see someone offer some help.
Joe was extremely helpful in assisting me with my order. Joe helped with the design and wording of the invitations I was customizing for my daughter's 21st birthday, which is a big deal! He was patient and kind. He repeated my requests back to me for confirmation, asked if he could help in any other way, and provided me with a discount code. His excellent customer service made this experience stress free and fun! I was quite pleased with the final product and will return as a satisfied customer!
Ordered a pillow it was late coming Zazzel was great about getting back to me right away. Totally fixed the issue.
I was having trouble making a shower invation. Site kept saying error. I called zazzle customer service line. Explained my problem to Joe who helped me and finished the invation for me. Plus gave me a 40% code! He was so nice and patient with me trying to explain my problem.
Wish all customer service ppl. Were like joe.

Zazzle is literally the best company to order wedding invitations and return address labels from! They are friendly, easy to work with, customization is on point, they have beautiful invitation options, and are a 100% satisfaction company. I was already very impressed with the quality of the shirts that I ordered. After going through all of the shirts I realized 1 was missing. I called and spoke with Oskar who was more than helpful. I had difficulty creating a custom designed invitation on my iPad. I called customer service, and a very knowledgeable and helpful representative walked me through the process, Aoife offered constructive suggestions to improve the look of the invitation. It was based on a rehearsal dinner invitation.
Aoife was just wonderful and patient. She helped me design the perfect invitation for a celebration to honor my son and daughter- in- laws marriage.

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
