You can do better

I really wish that you guys would have done right by me. I was so looking forward to my Wedding invites, RSVP cards, and dinner rehearsal cards being done with you. I loved my save the dates, and I really wanted everything else to match. But with Edanapoor customer skills and ridiculousness, I was forced to move everything to a different company. And I got to say, I love them much more! Their fonts, their quality, the fantastic pearl gloss they offer! It was great! They didn't have an issue with any of my pictures like Edana did, and their prices were just as good if not better when using a coupon that they have to offer on a daily basis! I loved MIXBOOK! And anyone unhappy with Zazzle should try them! I would gladly go back to this company for everything! And I will NEVER use Zazzle again!

Made several orders of t-shirts with Canadian Arctic place names. I had previously ordered a couple of the same t-shirt designs from a competitor, but Zazzle had lower prices and better quality product, so subsequent orders went to them. Zazzle currently uses name brand Hanes t-shirts, while the competitor used generic t-shirts of lower quality. For example, a same size baseball shirt with design from Zazzle weighs 6.7 oz. (190 gm) while the competitor's thinner but more expensive product weighs 5.2 oz. (147 gm). Then customer service. One of the many t-shirts had a streak of ink on one side. Not too unsightly really, but not perfect. So I sent feedback. They quickly redid the one t-shirt and sent it overnight to my door. Great communication and no hassles. Zazzle has a wide variety of custom printed products, but these t-shirts have been just what I wanted, both in design and quality. Talk about product diversity - photo shows the Pangnirtung, Nunavut high Arctic t-shirt.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. I bought 2 cushions. They were very nice on the picture but in reality just horrible... such a bad quality!
To return them I need to send them back to Ireland as they don't have any office in UK. So at the end I need to pay for this over 10£.

I do not recommend buying anything from this website. Bad quality and high cost to return the product.

They dont honor price adjustments like all other companies. Its nonesense. You get some generic email back with some bogus explanation as to why. They promise you credit in your zazzle account that doesnt even come up when you try to find it. Will avoid!

Worst service ever
May 25, 2018

This company is THE WORST. They sent me my wedding invitations half bent because the envelope they mail things in is flimsy AND they all had huge cuts across the top. They were supposed to have rounded edges and half of the corners weren't even cut all the way, the corner was hanging off. I had also ordered RSVP cards that were double sided. They sent me the first set with the back printed upside down, then mailed an EMPTY ENVELOPE with no RSVPs, and then mailed them a third time with the back printed upside down AGAIN. Each time I needed a replacement, they seemed to have forgotten about my order because I had to contact them multiple times before each order would ship even though they 'expedited the process.' It took me a total of 5 weeks to finally get my order right, which delayed getting my invites out. The best refund they would offer me was 50% off my next order. This all ended about a month ago and today I just got an email saying my order is on it's way. It's another set of RSVP cards that I didn't request and don't need. Do yourself a favor and never use this company.

I will NEVER use Zazzle for any printing services again. They shipped me an EMPTY BOX minus the (expensive!) Bridal shower invitations I ordered. When I contacted customer service I was told the invitations would be produced in 1-2 business days and shipped Express. After 3 days the invitations HADN'T EVEN BEEN MADE and were then shipped via standard shipping. Lies. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Use Vistaprint or Shutterfly.

I p purchased a Groupon and when I tried to use it I found out that the invitation I chose was not available with the Groupon. I was so disappointed because it was the one I really wanted. The amazing lady I spoke with searched and searched for a way to make it work for me and still be able to use the Groupon. Once she found a template that would work she went in and made all of the customizing to make it just like the one I had already created. She listened and was so patient, I could not have had a better experience! I wish I had her name to give her a personal thank you shout out

I paid for express shipping, was promised my items on Friday or Saturday, didn't get them until Tuesday. If you are in a hurry don't trust the "express" shipping. When I called to tell them I didn't get my items on the promised date and that I would like the express part of the shipping refunded, they told me the promised dates are only a suggestion. Definitely won't order from this company again.

I have never had a bad experience with Zazzle. Jon helped me today (5/22/18) and was great in making sure I get my items on time. If you have an issue with delivery or anything, they will help. They just need to be told what happened and given the chance to correct the problem.

Aoife was so helpful in so many ways. I had just discovered Zazzle and was using it for the first time. I had trouble with the website and learning how it worked. Aoife kindly sorted all that out, helped me to design my card, and was incredibly patient helping me to navigate the website. I love the cards I got! Aoife is very talented herself- I am a designer/ artist, and she "got" what I was trying to explain and translated it into a great looking card. All with sense of humor, kindness, skill, intelligence, and respect. She is a gem! Thank you Aoife! Because of her help, and now knowing how to use the site, I would recommend Zazzle to others, and come back again.

I had a custom order placed for our business, with a scheduled photo shoot that we would be using the product for.

Ordered well ahead of time - May 8th & paid for upgraded premium shipping (May 15th - May 17th.)

Keep in mind with Zazzle your estimated Delivery date will be missed. I have received no communication from the company and my items still show as "Making"

After paying $70+ for 3 shirts with premium shipping, i find this unacceptable and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered a custom order on 29 apr, paid extra for tracking which never updated with any information on the location of my item, after 2 weeks i contacted customer support, apparently my item was "lost in transit" then i finally was able to get an answer on estimated delivery times, the estimated time would have put the item at nearly a month since initial order, 2 weeks past the birthday it was ordered for, i have since requested that the replacement order be ceased and a refund issued, still awaiting word on that. Would not recommend the service.

*update as of evening 18 may 18 zazzle has as per my request cancelled the replacement order, and i should see a refund... in 7-21 business days, as well i was offered i promo code for a discount... with an expiry date already past... Expires: 2/28/18* definitely do not recommend this business for anything.

I was on a tight timeline, 5 working days. Zazzle guaranteed delivery of 2 Tee Shirts within that time period. I even dropped the $26.49 for overnight shipping. Zazzle's tracking showed the shirts were completed, and ready to ship for 3 days. Yet UPS never picked them up from their biz. Zazzle customer service only reply is, "lost in transit." Which is impossible, since they were never picked up by UPS.

I'm not stupid. They never intended on fulfilling my order, in the time required. Don't buy Tee shirts from these fools. They may be able to pull off biz cards.

Too bad I can't give negative stars on this review.

Compared with few other online print sites, we found Zazzle to have the most variety of selections and options. There were couple hiccups in designing and printing our wedding invitations, but Thelma was so helpful at getting our problems resolved.

They stapled the feet of the people in the picture on to the backside of my canvas print.
I had used their guidelines and the feet were on the bottom of the half inch frame... which was fine because the picture was going to be hanging high on the wall.
