Zazzle site is terrible,

I recently ordered a 3 ring cookbook binder. While the binder was very nice, it was not the normal 2 inch binder size that I expected. Although I thought I was ordering a standard 2 inch binder, it was actually almost 3 inches wide and therefore did not fit on my cookbook shelf.

I tried, but failed at finding someone to contact at Zazzle to rectify this. Apparently although Zazzle states that the customer has 100% guaranteed satisfaction, it is not geared to those of us that are not that online ordering astute. Disappointing.

Bridesmaid sticker

I ordered 8 stickers from zazzle tht said "will you be my bridesmaid?" To stick onto wine bottles to give my girlfriends. I ordered them at 2am on Friday morning and received it by 9am Tuesday morning! I live in Canada so I expected the shipping to take a few weeks. But I was so surprised with how quickly I received my personalized items. I'm so impressed with the quality of the stickers I ordered - they look amazing. 5 stars I will definitely be ordering again!

I ordered a trinket dish from zazzle and it came broken. They had a system for returning items where I just uploaded the pictures of the broken dish and they immediately (like within 10 mins) sent me an email that they will be issuing a replacement. No calls to customer service, no shipping
Back the broken dish. It was the easiest process ever. I was very impressed!

Ordered an 11x14 poster with frame, and poster arrived in a triangular box with many creases. It is now sitting under two books to flatten while I wait for the frame to arrive. I hope it's at least decent after I put it in the frame. At this point it's not worth even dealing with costumer service, given all the reviews of dissatisfaction; if only I would have read them to begin with. Don't make the same mistake I did by utilizing this company.

DO NOT USE Zazzle

I ordered a custom tee shirt-- price was exorbitant, and quality was abysmal. I paid for a pocket on the shirt, no pocket on the one they delivered, and the quality of the front patch they printed was so blurry as to be unreadable-- for this I paid over 40 dollars. Complaints to their so called customer service went unanswered. Lesson learned--never ever do business with these lowlifes.

These people are morons. They sent my invitations to Florida vice SC... they sent the person that got my invitations to somewhere in MO. They sent someone in OK invitations to me! These people should just go away...

So I ordered 2 different styles of business card (100 each)

The 2nd style came out perfect and the quality of the card was great!

The 1st style came out bad with the black colors being off,
I simple contacted Zazzle customer service (online through website) and uploaded a picture showing the issue and they gladly sent me a refund without any issues!

Great and fair service - would certainly recommend!

I chose an online design of address labels that I liked... BUT when they arrived, the printing was very pale... almost faded. I expected them to be dark/black. To make things worse, the size of the print/font was too small. Bottom line, the address labels are very challenging to read. I haven't used them yet... but let's hope the glue works!
I WOULD NOT order from this company.

I placed an order mid July for 50 engagement party invitations including envelopes with return address--well ahead of the date I would need to address the invitations. I received the order July 30 but didn't realize the envelopes they sent did not include the return address. I have been trying since then to get the correct size envelope with the return address but all I have received is two different deliveries of printed envelopes in the wrong size. Called customer service and they assured me they would rush me the correct envelopes. It's September 10 and I still don't have them and customer service says they are backed up and can't tell me when I will get them. They suggested I cancel my order since I have to get out the invitations now. Thanks alot! I am so disappointed with their service I would NEVER consider using them again. They should have at least offer to comp my whole order but of course did not.

Fraudulent product

I bought Silver Stars Moon Sky Metallic Purple Amethyst wrapping paper and Silver Gray Stars Moon Sky Metallic Greenly Teal Wrap. There is not one thing metallic about this paper The pictures make it appear so. It is a flat looking paper with no pizzazz at all. Just boring and not worth the price of the roll. I' sure it is not worth the price I have to pay to ship it back either.

Never again

Ordered 50 invitations and 100 raffle tickets for my daughters baby shower, so far
I have received 300 invitations and 600 raffle tickets all of which I have been charged for. After speaking with a customer service rep, I was told you placed 5 orders, which I know I didn't, I have an email from them confirming my original order, After speaking to a manager the rep said they will refund me as there was a gliche in the system. I received confirmation of my refund which will take several weeks. I just received another new email that my order is being shipped again, next time I will go to my local print rat for the rest of the items I need for the shower. What a waste of money and products for a company and my time trying to straighten out this mess,

These shirts are for black women to wear only. It is a proud to be black thing, and no one else should be in them. The women you have modeling them look stupid wearing them. The melanin and mascara shirt is worn by someone with no melonin. Repspect the message and exemplify correctly! Pull the current ad and repost it with black woman wearing the shirts! You should issue an apology statement also.

Zazzle is an open, user-generated content marketplace where designers and users can freely upload any design as long as it complies with the terms of our User Agreement: https://www.zazzle.com/mk/policy/user_agreement

Our designers and users are free to choose from several different t-shirt styles, each style with its own pre-posed selection of model, or in some instances a laydown option with no model at all. We can confirm we do have a range of models with diverse ethnic backgrounds that you can see here modeled on the blank t-shirt style templates: https://www.zazzle.com/custom/tshirts

In the case of the t-shirts in question, each designer is shown a series of pre-posed randomized model shots upon which their design is placed. It’s always possible that gender, race and other attributes of the model do not match up to the specifics of the design, given the ratio of our millions of designs to the 100 or so t-shirt styles we offer.

I love Zazzle. It is a little on the expensive side BUT I understand why, the product is worth it. I have bought 2 blankets from here (so far) and I will continue to buy from here for gifts. I named my children Allika (AL-ICK-UH) and Evalynn and it is just nice to be able to customize their names on QUALITY products. Thank you!

Zazzle refused to complete my order of two shirts with a close up of my son's face saying it was a conflict of content guidelines. The shirts were to be for my two sons since their old shirts are outgrown. So ridiculous.
