Since writing my last review zazzle rep contacted me to rectify my order. They fixed the time and express shipped it to me so I can mail them out in time. Thank you for doing the right thing! I appreciate it!
If I can give them a minus I would! I asked them to modify an order and they wanted me to buy it again and charge my card twice I said no. Other companies don't do that! It'll take 7-10 business days to get my money back. Awful I didn't want my money back just to modify and order and they couldn't accommodate me any other way! I paid almost $30 to express my order and they couldn't even modify it without placing another order. Mind you the first order hasn't even shipped yet. They didn't even reach out to the seller-so now I have incorrect times on my invites what a waste of $60. I will never use this company again. What if I don't have the $60 to spend again that's inconvenient!
Set up a store on Cafepress, then decided to try Zazzle before deciding for sure which company to go with. Figuring out how to set up a store on Zazzle certainly seemed needlessly complicated compared with the ease of Cafepress, and I quickly discovered that, once translated into Canadian dollars, the prices of their products were prohibitively high... and that's with virtually no royalty for me. I simply could not charge those kinds of prices. But THEN came the insane part. How do you delete your account on Zazzle? You can't! There is no way to do it on their web site. If you search "Delete account" on the support page, the only option it offers you is "unsubscribe from emails." So I try calling... and I'm on hold for half an hour (Cafepress answered my calls right away). Finally, I sent a message through their support page. Honestly, if a company has so little trust in its own brand that it pretty much has to hold its customers captive, well, that pretty well tells you everything you need to know about it in my book.
I ordered an invitation off zazzle for my baby shower and I edited the way I wanted and everything and when it can in the mail it only had a portion of the words I had on it. I even paid 20 extra dollars for fast shipping and when I tried to call them back way before 5 they kept me on hold for two hours and no one answered I definitely would not recommend this website for anything custom

Creating the invitations was a fairly simple process. And I'm sure they'll turn out beautiful. But it is upsetting as a bride on a budget to just have placed a $140 order and receive a 60% coupon just hours later.

This company chooses to impose its own morality and censorship on customer orders and won't print items they don't like, even if those items are solely for the personal use of the person ordering. As a result they wasted my time and delayed an anniversary gift for my wife. I won't a company like this again when there are plenty of other custom printers online who don't feel the need to judge their customers' orders.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
The worst customer service you can imagine. Paid for 6-9 days delivery. After 10 days no invites. Contacted customer service. Was told an URGENT notice would be put on my order and they would arrive within the next week. A week later still no invites. Contacted Zazzle again. SAME ANSWER we will put an URGENT NOTICE on your order and give you STORE CREDIT! For the delivery cost but we still can't guarantee a delivery date... CANCELLED MY ORDER and now left with no invites for my wedding which is now 9 weeks away.

I ordered labels for a baby shower. The quality of the labels were amazing. I ordered the labels to attach to baby shower favors. The expecting couple was very pleased, and so was I. Zazzle is definitely the place to order for beautiful labels. Thanks Zazzle!

I ordered two items for my desk - total of $60+. I received a msg from Zazzle stating that my package had been delivered 3 days after I had ordered it. The estimated shipping time was 7-10 days. Obviously a mistake. I contacted customer service to let them know that I had not received any package. Customer service's response was that the email stated that it was delivered, so it was. PERIOD! I never received a notice from any carrier (as I always do with deliveries) and most certainly did NOT RECEIVE my items from Zazzle! The 'mistake' is on their end and they refuse to right it! I am out $60+ and there is nothing I can do about it!

Two years ago, I ordered two personalized T shirts from Zazzle to give as a Christmas gift. I ordered them on December 5 and the site said they would arrive by December 18. On December 18, they hadn't even shipped yet. Trying to make a long story short, the way that I got the shirts by Christmas was to complain online on a site similar to this one. At that point, Zazzle went above and beyond and got the shirts to me within a few days, on time for Christmas.
Three days after Christmas, I received a duplicate order. The same two personalized T shirts, delivered on December 28. That was the original order. If I hadn't complained online, I would not have received the order on time.
I was happy with the shirts, so I decided if I ever wanted a personalized shirt again, I would order from Zazzle but order well ahead of time, especially if it's for Christmas. This year I wanted another personalized T shirt as a Christmas gift, so I ordered it on October 22. I received it yesterday, October 26.
These two experiences have been like night and day. The shirt is great. I think this company does a fine job overall but that they can run into shipping issues at holiday time. So if you want to order anything as a Christmas gift, my advice is that if you are looking at the site in December, ignore what it says about how long the shipping will take. It's going to take longer and you most likely will not receive it on time. Order well ahead of time, by the middle of November at the latest.

Ordered a Customized Trodat Logo Ink Stamp. I was holding my breath until receiving it. When uploading, the Logo looked fuzzy but I needed it and needed it fast. I highly recommend this product. Zazzle cleaned up the sharpness and received it on time. Price was perfect for my new business. I will be purchasing other items in the future. Thank You.
I have ordered everything from wedding reception invitations, coasters, napkins, banners and labels. Everything has come in very fast and very good quality. I recently ordered personalized luggage tags and I am very pleased with the quality. I recommend the Zazzle Black membership if you are going to order multiple orders so you can get free shipping.
Beware. Stole $ from my bank account a month after I bought a shirt causing a $30 overdraft fee. They said I signed up for Zazzle Black but I DID NOT. After I complained they refunded the $9.95 they stole but I still owe the bank $30 for the overdraft. Ended up spending $75 on a crappy t-shirt.

The first T shirt they sent was the brand and color selected and the design placement was good but the print quality was terrible. Sent my request for replacement. They sent an email letting me know that they would contact me in one to three business days. Never heard a thing and contacted them again. Still no response. Then two weeks later from original request a replacement t shirt shows up. It was not the t shirt from the original order. The print quality was better but the design was too low. It falls under my breasts. Zazzle won't allow me to review this purchase online.

I am satisfied with the business cards I received from Zazzle. They assisted me with design and helped figure out all small details. The staff is very helpful and friendly, provide full expertise.
I had an image I wanted printed of my fan art. They refused saying I needed permission from the artists. I was very disappointed as this was something I created with my hands, my original art. Just drawings of rappers and most not even recognizable by them, yet they wouldn't allow it. There are way better printing companies to go with that can print it. Bye bye. The only thing going for them is their nice 3d preview when designing.

I ordered business cards. I was not aware they were going to be plastic, but I love them. Kinda threw me, but they look so modern and since I was able to design them myself, they turned out wonderful and I am so very happy with them. This is the first time I ordered, I will order again.
I tried to order player cards for a funeral and they rejected them because it had a San Diego Padre logo on it... So I removed the logo and they still rejected because " In this instance, your order contained an unlicensed San Diego Padres and United
States Army content content. - Zazzle is not licensed to sell / produce unofficial San Diego Padres merchandise and Zazzle is no longer licensed to sell / produce unofficial merchandise with the United States Army name or other marks." I asked them to clarify this cause the picture is not trademarked and US Army is not a trade mark... No answer...

Customer service was extremely there, helpful and there for me every single time for one incident that I was having troubles with.
They gave me back credit to re order my 2 binders that had a misspelling on them, told me to just keep them, and will give u store credit to re order! That saved me so much time and stress! Then I ordered on my phone again. Twice. To try to use that store credit. It wouldnt work. So then customer service deleted my order and I just tried it on a computer this Tim and finally I found the account balance. Now I have money left over to use and they gave me a 50% discount to use to. They were so amazing. You would never find a company to have patience with you for this long and actually care to help you. I will always forever use zazzle! For all my stuff. Thank you

Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
