I ordered a pack of cards, a stone, a magnetic photo, and 2 tshirts for what I thought was a good deal. I was very excited about the tshirts I designed for Christmas until they came in. The ink looked as if it faded the farther down the shirt it went. So disapointing. I checked into the return policy and sent a request. They then started emailing me to an old account I had to fight tooth and nails to get into. The response I got was that they cant refund me because I wanted to change the design I never said that I said quality was very poor. So I dont have time now to go thru snother company without paying an arm and a leg in time for Christmas. I did give this company 2 stars because all my other stuff turned out ok hiwever I will not be using Zazzle ever again!
I ordered bridal shower invitations over the summer and after 2 weeks of waiting and constantly contacting the customer service I was told at the end I can cancel my order! At this point I had no time to order new ones with a different company so I had to run to CVS and print out some plain invitation. Then I decided to give it a second try and created Christmas cards. After 7 days i contacted customer service and was told my order is lost and they can prepare a new one but will arrive on Dec 21st. Why would I want to mail Christmas cards after Christmas?!?! Thank you Zazzle for ruining 2 events for me! Never Again!

I can't buy holiday cards that look as good as the ones I get from Zazzle. The posters and photo wall hangings have all been top notch. The clothing is bright colored and holds up well in the wash. No one has business cards that look as good as the ones I've gotten from Zazzle. I've contacted them several times when my account got split into two accounts and they went out of their way to resolve the issues.
My only complaint is when they have informed me that something could not be printed because of copywrite violation. The email is always vague and late. I have modified cards without knowing what was wrong only to have the modified card rejected. I was told that a card with a photo of my daughter holding a soda can was rejected because they did not promote alcohol use with a child.
Great prices, large selection of quality posters with customization options, and timely shipping. Would definitely recommend!
LOVE the customization opportunity, very cool. I made three totes for teachers (to give as gifts) with their names on them, but the colors on them didn't look bright when I received them in the mail. This might be because I bought the "budget totes." The black image looked like a light grey. But they're still readable and customized, so I'm still looking forward to giving the totes as gifts!
The buttons I bought were bright and PERFECT! Exactly as pictured. AND on sale! It was fun to create the font style, add names to personalize, and see the finished product arrived well before expected.
In March, I plan on ordering a different tote for myself (I'm a teacher) for my birthday. Not the budget tote.
Beautiful Business Cards! Great quality! I get so many compliments on my business cards because they are unique, they are of great quality and feel and they stand out. I liked that Zazzle had many options when it came to choosing my business card.
I cant get a hold of customer service neither by phone or online chat to cancel my subscription. Stupid idiots. Buyers be aware when purchasing on this site. If something goes wrong with your order there will be no one available to assist you

My experience with Zazzle was easy from ordering through delivery. The product turned out exactly as I expected. Exceptional value.
I ordered Christmas Cards and Envelopes from this company but only received the Cards. When I sent them an email questions this they replied and stated the following:
" As we have recently changed our available paper offerings on the marketplace, some Invitations and Cards now allow you to select Envelopes to be included with your order, rather than all Invitations and Cards include Envelopes as standard."
I know for a fact I clicked that yes I wanted envelopes. They also gave me a link where I could purchase 25 Envelope for $15. I told them no thank you and ordered 110 envelopes off Amazon for $17. I love the cards but the deviousness of this company with the envelopes will prevent me from making another purchase with this company for any of my stationary needs in the future.

I placed an order for an extra large shirt and noticed right away their site glitches and rang me up for a small. I messaged them right away and they would not fix the order. Instead, they were super rude to me when I simply asked to send me the correct size so I can take it on vacation. Three rude emails in a row and I guarantee they are just going to steal my money at this point. I can not believe this.

I've ordered custom invitations and envelope seals from Zazzle for the past two years; and both years, I've received absolutely amazing results!
Their professional, high-quality invitations have put the perfect finishing touch on important Christmas gifts to family. Please see attached image of invitation to family cruise.
Last but not least, they keep you informed throughout the quick process, and my orders arrived early both years!

Awful quality, and looked as if they were made from a cornflakes packet, with a nasty thin cardboard application

I signed up for the trial zazzle black then wanted to cancel before the 30 day period was up. There is nothing on their site map to cancel plus I called "customer no service" and could not cancel because I didn't have an order number on a previous product.
Once they have your credit card number they charge you. I simply want a credit back of $9.95. The worst site I ever dealt with.

I wish I would have read reviews on this site before ordering as I have the same problem as many of you. I found an item I wanted that was out of stock. I asked to be notified when the product is available. A couple of weeks after that, I received a notice that the item was available so I ordered it. My credit card was charged IMMEDIATELY. I received a notice that the item was shipped on 11/27 and received a tracking number. A week later, I checked the tracking status and it said that the shipping label was created and they were waiting for USPS pick up. As there was no forward progress in a week, I contacted Zazzle. I was told that they were going to put In another shipping request and send it to me via expedited delivery at no extra cost since they didn't ship on time and they would send a tracking number once shipped. A couple of days later, nothing I contacted Zazzle again and was told that the item was in production, meaning that it was being custom made. So I asked, why does it need to be made if it was ready to ship? The response was that they would check with production to see if the item is in stock. I am getting the complete run around I asked them to call me, but they are just sending me cryptic emails. I am so mad. They have my money and I have no product. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ZAZZLE. They absolutely suck!

One order says shipped on Sunday, the second order says shipped on Monday, but BOTH orders under tracking still say "waiting for pickup", still in the original state of production, Furious as this will most likely be NOT be here on time for shower this Saturday

I designed an itinerary that I wanted to email. There was an option to email the intinerary to myself to make sure it was sent accurately. However, it just showed the first page and directed me back to the site. VERY misleading and the customer service agent was not helpful. I would not recommend using them for anything!

Zazzle sent me someone else's business cards. After I attached the proof via an attachment rather than a faster loaded imbedded image, I received an e-mail saying they would expedite the corrected order. I waited and waited and I am still waiting. Apparently, my time line on a screw up is different than theirs. The other two boxes of cards were correct and beautiful. However, doing business with this company is not worth it. I have three invoices without line items showing which order is whose for the CEO, President and Vice President. I find this to be a very shoddy business practice. I want my catds and then to have nothing to do with them. There is no resolution. They don't need to waste even more of my time. DONE.

... though I don't do it very often because it's pricey. But the quality is always stellar. I guess you could say that I run hot and cold on Zazzle.
I've done a couple t-shirts, some buttons, a bunch of magnets, and a tie. Usually not without a good coupon, though.
I read the reviews where customers complained about paying $22 for 1 day shipping and still not receiving the items on time. I paid for an express order(overnight shipping) on Sunday I received an email saying both items were shipped on Wednesday and i would receive them on Friday in time for my party on Saturday. I was so furious to discover on Friday evening that one item was still being produced and would not ship till the next monday.
I was offered a refund but who cares when you have to host your party without the items you ordered. I wish i just went to Vista Print!

Ordered custom ornaments and the picture quality was awful. I carefully positioned the picture and text but it wasn't printed properly, so the text is cut off and looks messy. Was supposed to be gifts for family but most are unusable. Picture attached is what I ordered vs. what I got

Answer: Typically 24 hours. This is not counting weekends, unfortunately. Can you please message us if you need assistance on an inquiry?
Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
