I was attempting to pay for a personalized rubber stamp of my tripawed kitty's front paw print, we lost to cancer this month. I had such a hard time with just the check out process. The shipping charges were not applying correctly and then to find that the PayPal option was not working. I was not willing to put my CC info. On their site.
Not to mention there is no way to contact them directly. Well not at 7 P.M. PST.
So I jumped on the information superhighway and with just the tip of my claws typed in the search bar ZAZZLE Reviews.
I want to Thank All of You for saving me from making a mistake by placing an order with ZAZZLE Shmazzle!
They took my money for a custom watch. I realised i made an error on design, they said fine, we will refund. Then i resubmitted correct, paid again, and they said
'we cannot process this symbol its 'hate' based, i politely demonstrated that its not, then they say, 'sorry its copyrighted' another bull$#*! argument i told them - for the same reason you cannot copyright the crucifix.
Still no money, its been over a week, now its foul abuse continuously forever. I will not be stopped except by a judge. Death images. Swearing. Any unpleasantness i can dream up. Third ripoff in 6months the internet is a disaster, back to shops methinks

As your order was placed, the funds were only placed on hold. Due to the content of the order, we had to reject it I'm afraid. As there is no order placed, no charge was processed and the held funds released. You should see the charges disappearing depending on your banks processing time.

I'm a stay at home mom of 2 kids under 2. I ordered Christmas stickers for our Xmas cards. They were Disney - adorable. The stickers arrived poor quality and faded. I had brought the stickers over to my moms house because that's where we do our Christmas card tradition.
Long story short, I called customer service - Edward. He was unable to help me in anyway. He told me that if I couldn't send a photo of the stickers right now then he could not help with the order! I asked to speak to a supervisor - still got nowhere. Wasted 45 minutes of my time and have horrible stickers. I'm frustrated. And annoyed. I was a FIRST time customer and LAST!
All I can say, the products look adorable. The customer service was absolutely terrible. Refused to just help me out. I didn't have access to take pics of the photos so they refused to help me or send out new ones.

The majority of my orders have been for labels, envelope seals, or stationery products. They have always arrived before the expected date, and all have been exactly what I wanted.
Good luck getting anything approved for printing with their terms. I spent 3 hours designing and ordering stickers for a child's birthday party just to find out a week later that my order was cancelled due to a violation with their terms. I was literally ordering 3 sheets of large stickers and 3 sheets of small with the childs name on them, clearly not for commercial use. I disputed the cancellation and they couldn't do anything for me.
For smaller jobs, buy the materials and print yourself. You will save a lot of money this way, or take to a print shop so you don't have to wait for shipping.
For larger jobs I would suggest going somewhere else completely. Don't waste a second of your time with this company.
If you're an artist looking to sell your designs, don't use Zazzle.
I've had a Zazzle Pro Designer account for nearly 10 years now. In the beginning, I used to make a few bucks from royalties. Today, they removed over a dozen of my designs that have been online for nearly a year. Subsequently, I removed all 500+ of my designs and removed all the products from my store. During the time that I've had my account, I've had over 100 designs removed and royalties cancelled for no apparent reason and with no appeals process or recourse. When I questioned it, I was told that something violated their terms of service, but never was informed of the specifics of this violation. All this happens even though I see a never-ending stream of blatant copyright and trademark infringing designs daily. All my designs are original. Creating designs is time consuming. Posting them on their site, adding descriptions, and determining pricing took a lot of time, only to have them removed. Only ten percent of what I posted on Zazzle has ever sold. I make more royalties from other similar sites in a week than I make with Zazzle all year. It's just not worth the headache.

Zazzle offered great products with great customer service. I highly recommend them. I have ordered several phone cases off of them it they are all great.
Ordered 2 keyrings in august never recieved them emailing back and forth apparently they have been shipped twice! I was offered shipping refund didnt happen i was offered full refund didnt happen. I fully belive them to be a scam website the only good reviews are clearly robots or fake the company should be closed down ripping people off
Trusted them to provide something that was important for an upcoming event. They cancelled the order because they assumed there was a copyright issue with my icon. If they contacted me I could have shown them that the icon was legally purchased. Now it is too late to go through a different company. Complete waste of time.
If you can dream it you can make it with zazzle and it's affordable. I have ordered everything from Christmas cards to custom blankets and advertising banners. Absolutely love it.
The cards that I ordered were said to be small, but I understood that the cards themselves would be 3 1/2 x 4 when folded - not BEFORE folding. They are TINY. The price seemed doable when I thought they were going to be actual note cards with envelopes, but they didn't come with envelopes. What on earth am I supposed to do with this many miniature cards?! They're business-sized cards. I can't use them for anything. Waste of money, unfortunately.

I absolutely loved how it turned out! It far exceeded my expectations and I live in Canada and it arrived in less than a week! The picture I took doesn't do it justice for how good it looks in person!
My one purchase order was made 9/28/2019 in the amount of $92.58. That night they charged my bank account 5 times for that amount. It was very difficult to get any customer service assistance and when I finally reached a real person, he said it would take a few days to "look into it". Meanwhile, I sent him a screenshot of the bank transactions via email and almost $400 is being held up while they "look into it". I will never do business with them again.
First time I ever used Zazzle and I am more than pleased with my product. Way more beautiful and satisfying than I ever thought it would be.
I got to design a large, self-inking stamper w/my business logo and tag line, real estate lic. # and phone number - to place on all things - labels, envelopes bearing my biz postcard - small gift items. Love it!
I really like the quality of the items. Invites and Delites custom designed some items for me and they turned out perfect.
I ordered my wedding seating chart/table numbers from Zazzle recently. I realized immediately after placing the order that there was two errors. Well, the first one was a glitch with their website, at no fault of my own. I followed the appropriate steps and contacted support without 1 hour of placing the order to modify it. I never heard back. They were shipped and delivered with the mistakes on them. When i contacted them AGAIN, they gave me a 'credit' to order the new ones, i only needed 2 re-done but i had to select expedited shipping. The 'credit' was $4.85 - i ended up having to shell out another $23.00 on top of my original order. They did not offer any other compensation and refused to take any responsibility for what happen. I'll never order from them again. Horrible customer service.

If you are in the UK I would avoid ordering.
Paid over £11 for the 2-4 business day delivery (the website is a. co.uk address implying I should be fine to order with this option and receive in the allotted time)
After complaining to multiple people I'm met with sarcasm and a brush off. It's laughable.
To say that it's clear' this is 2-4 business days after manufacturing, and that it will be arriving in just over a week rather than in the 2-4 day delivery I paid for - days after I needed the order for anyway - is disgusting.
Any refund or apology or partial refund... or concern at all? Nope.
Now this is being blamed on me, for not assuming this. co.uk websites delivery estimates were completely false for people within the uk.
Really poor customer service, cheers for nothing Cora.
Definitely won't be ordering again, just don't be fooled and use a reputable company instead.

Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
