I ordered something for Mother's Day and paid for shipping so it'd be rushed. As of today's date, I have not received my order and it's well past Mother's Day. I've tried to get in contact with customer service for a refund and nothing... I wouldn't order anything else from this site
I can't express how upset I am. I placed my order on 5/1 for a product that supposedly takes 1-2 days to produce (based on their website) and then ships after production. I contacted customer service on 5/7 and they told me yes it's still in 'making' status ( yea thanks I can see that on my order page) and they upgraded my shipping to 2 day at no charge. So now it's 5/11 and it still hasn't shipped! I called again today and they apologized and said they would make my order today and ship today via overnight at no additional charge, and I should have it tomorrow. Well, they've now closed for the day and my order never shipped. Not a good partner to have if you're a business owner because they're not reliable. I'm now losing sales thanks to Zazzle dropping the ball. You can't get a hold of anyone during regular business hours (supposed to be 9am-5pm) because they close early and take 3 business days to respond to emails. Buy at your own risk business owners... you've been warned.

I ordered a sign which included a drop down list to order the stand for the sign as well. I did do that, but I think that part of the order failed. I received the sign which was fine but not the stand. They refused to send me a stand without another sign order. Surely I am not the only one this has happened to; very disappointed they could not make a customer happy.

WORST Company to deal with. Order a puzzle they billed my CC and it takes 8 weeks to get. After 7 weeks I called on hold for 62 mins. Chatted with a rep who couldn't answer the question on when my puzzled that they billed 7 weeks ago was. Ask for a supervisor who also couldn't answer the question. The only thing she could say was HOW BUSY they are... WOW... Glad they are busy but when needed answers I expect a supervisor to help... BTW customer service was so non pro-active. Skip this company and move on to a company who care about there customers!

If I could give this company a zero, I would. They don't answer their customer care phone line. I was promised my product either May 6th or 7th. It is now the 8th and no product. Pathetic. I ordered this product for the surprise Prom I'm doing at home for my senior who is missing prom because of this virus. I am very thankful, I didn't order anything for graduation as most likely it wouldn't arrive. Never dealing with this company again. It's a complete scam. DON'T THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY. I am so upset.

The site promises personalized gifts and stuff, but it doesn't actually deliver it. I wanted to order personalized masks, but the design I wanted wasn't available (which is strange, since personalization is the specialty of the site).
I placed an order in December 2019 for a phone case and received it in 5 days. Since I received my last order so fast I decided to use them again. I placed another order On April 24,2020 for another phone case. I paid extra for shipping to receive it April, 29 or April 30,2020. Today is May 4,2020 and it still shows that it is "making". That phone case was not cheap. I emailed Zazzle and someone responded and said they would refund the shipping cost. On that phone case they are still advertising that the phone case takes 2-3 business days to make and then it ships. They are obviously not telling the truth.

They advertise a delivery date. When the delivery date is not met the response is oh well, sorry. In fact my merchandise still shows in production AFTER the alleged delivery date. No remedy is offered, no expected completion of merchandise, no refund, nothing. Once you order you are stuck and at their mercy. Very disingenuous and deceitful. FOLLOW UP REVIEW: Gave them another chance, still poor communication, inferior quality printing on merchandise. Too many other good options to waste more money and time on Zazzle. You give a second chance and get a second disappointment- not going for a third.

I ordered an item 3 times and each time the item was canceled days later. The first issue that was told to me after I called the company was a copyright issue, which I could have provided a letter at the time of purchase if that was an option. However, I changed my order twice with no copyright issues and still was canceled. Why offer personalization and not allow the item to be processed. I will not consider them for your purchasing needs and I have already informed my friends and family.

They are still advertising a "China Sucks" t-shirt on their website, with pics and all. Very appropriate considering today's state of affairs. I ordered it and a few hours later, I get a E-Mail stating " Unfortunately, we are unable to process part of your order which contains designs that are in conflict with our content guidelines." Why would they advertise and take an order for something they don't want to sell? They were still going to ship the $10 worth of masks for the original $7.95 fee. I told them to forget it. Got the shirt elsewhere too!

However, if an order comes through with something that goes against our User Agreement, we maintain the right to cancel the order and remove the products from our market place.

I canceled auto renewal of membership TWICE and they still continue to bill me every year & refuse to refund/credit. They state they won't bill for next year but I'm sure they will. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP! Ever!

Not only did they take my payment and failed to send the item I ordered, they won't refund my money or even attempt to send the item. They claimed that they issued a refund but they didn't and then they changed their minds and are just going to keep my money.

Zazzle is one stop shopping for products the artist wants to use to market their images on functional items that have great prices to pass along to their customers.
Ordered invitations, received them but they appeared NOTHING like my online design. Returned and demanded a refund. Followed instructions on how to return them all. Got an email from customer support saying they received the package with "no product inside". I have my UPS receipt proving how heavy my package was since it contained quite a few invitations, so how did they receive a 4lb package with "no product"!? MAKES NO SENSE! They are trying to scam me!
BEWARE! STAY AWAY! DO NOT USE ZAZZLE! Print quality was also TRASH!

The business cards were unusable, unprofessional and poor quality. Poor cutting and they did not print my design correctly. I will never use them again.

I am so pleased with my purchase from Zazzle. This will not be my last order. The paper quality is fantastic, the printing is perfect, and their website shows just what you will get... only, the products are even better in person!
Answer: Typically 24 hours. This is not counting weekends, unfortunately. Can you please message us if you need assistance on an inquiry?
Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
