I ordered a plain blue facemask and received a comical mask with a bright red on it! I can't return it, and don't plan on wearing it.
I never received the item I ordered. This was a gift for my wife. Her 1st mothers day. Very disappointed! I would not recommend this company to anyone. Poor communication and you basically get your item for the next year. Stay away!

I placed an order for 14 masks on 04/21/2020, charged my credit card on 04/22/20 for $230. Should arrive between May 9th and 11th. As of today May 26th, no masks and when I track my order they haven't even been shipped. I emailed support team on 05/18/2020 - advised 2 to 3 business day response... they don't respond. Called today 05/26/2020 during their 3 hour window and sat on hold for 28 minutes to receive a message they were having technical difficulties and disconnected my call. Called back and received a busy signal. I officially reached my snapping point and called my credit card company and I am disputing the charge! I will NEVER order from them again and I actually liked some of their things but they completely let their customers during a difficult time. You can keep the masks now I had to go purchase other ones from Mother Bee Maternity and they were GREAT quality, $5 per mask and I received them very quickly.

I've ordered with zazzle 3 times. Each time my order took 2 - 3.5 weeks to ship. I'm currently waiting for the second half of my order to ship from 3 weeks ago; mind you I ordered this with express shipping. Customer service takes several days to respond and is not helpful either. I think the most frustrating part of shopping with zazzle is they will send out your order in several shipments - if you're like me, you will need all the components of your order at one time. I ordered invitations. I will not be ordering from zazzle again.

I ordered two 1000 piece puzzles for during this pandemic and not only received them after 2 months after ordering but I received one puzzle with 30 oversized piece and one puzzle with 200 pieces. The worst part is the box it came in. A poor quality box with the smallest picture on the front as a reference photo. Extremely disappointed with this purchase and will never purchase from this website again.

On April 10th I placed an order for puzzles. I thought they would be great gifts because of the stay at home mandate. It's now May 25th and when I go to the site it reads "Still Making". I wasn't aware it would take so long, I think that they need to put that in somewhere. Explain that the personalization process takes some time and that would give us the option as to whether to order or not. The shipping says 4 to 7 business days after manufacturing. It doesn't explain how long manufacturing takes

I Ordered a Blanket for my son's Graduation Gift and they sent me some stupid blanket with a guy on it! This is not what I ordered and their customer service sucks! Cant get ahold of no one. I need this by June 6,2020! So very mad right now!

Beware Zazzle. Waited a month to hear from them that they couldn't produce my entire order. They tried to partially fulfill it but I decided to cancel the whole thing because I was so disgusted they made me sit around for a month with no word on my order. (After saying the ETA would be arriving to me within a week)

I RECEIVED SOMEONE ELSES ORDER!
I live in Missouri and received someone's order form Oregon. I had ordered TWO custom pandemic face masks.
And the one mask of the Two, the stitching was all unraveling and terrible quality!
I contacted customer service over a week ago. All I received was a generic response. I provided pictures of EVERYTHING. ALSO, the masks took wayyyyy longer than the estimated shipping said it would take. I originally reached out to customer service when I was waiting and waiting for them to arrive for weeks. All I got was some generic email about "Your order will be there in blah blah blah."
Now that I reached out again because I got the wrong order, I still have yet to receive anything about them solving this and giving me a refund. It's says 2-3 days. 2-3 days my $#*!. Even if it was business days, it has been well over the time! I emailed again today. I am so furious. Waste of $20. Don't even bother with this company. Don't buy from them, go somewhere else with your money and business.

I ordered personalized masks over a month ago and paid extra for expedited shipping. Masks have still not arrived and their support can't give me an arrival date. They said I would receive them May 15 at latest. It's now May 21 and still not here

It is now May 20 and I have yet to receive my banner that I have ordered May 13. I specifically paid MORE for the shipment to be expedited because I needed it for a SURPRISE graduation party that I am now somewhat worried about because my order has not even been processed or "made" yet. I would appreciate it if you could at least respond back to me telling me how backed up you guys are just so I know that all the comments people left are false and that you guys are a legit company. If I don't get this by Friday May 22 the graduation party will be ruined, I will make sure you guys have the correct comments representing your company for future business and last but not least I will make sure I get every penny back. Ordered prayer cards for my grandmas funeral and paid for overnight shipping. Said online I would get the cards by 5/13-5/14 it is now 5/20 and nothing. Only way I got them to respond is by writing a bad review. Then their "customer service" department says there going to give me a faster shipping at no charge when I already paid for the fastest shipping. If you can't deliver or make simple prayer cards don't sell them! Don't depend on this company. You will be disappointed.

Delivery time frame sucks! They lie on how long it will take.
So quick to take your money but not as quick to ship your items.

Excellent products and services. I just got my personalized mug and it is beautiful. High picture quality and material. I received it within the expected time. I will definitely use zazzle again for all my gifts
I ordered 6 masks from Zazzle. It took longer than originally promised. When they finally came, they were not as expected. Several of the masks were different sizes from one end to the other and the stitching was loose and coming apart. One elastic end snapped off the first time i tried one on. Not a professional mask by any means. I was very disappointed with all of them.

I placed an order over 1 month ago for face masks and have still not received them. For the pricey bill that I paid i would expect to receive them asap but it has been over 1 month now and still no update on my shipment tracking! Waste of money and time. I will never again order from this website.

We ordered a puzzle for our daughter's birthday back on April 3,2020. Our credit card was immediately charged for the purchase. We were told that processing would take a couple of weeks, but it was implied that it would ship out about the first of May and be delivered soon thereafter. Today is the 12th of May and no product has been received. The company web site states that the order is still "In Processing" whatever that means. I emailed the company two days ago inquiring on the status of the order and have had no reply other than an acknowledgement of the inquiry. Today we attempted to contact them by telephone and heard a recorded message that their phone system was out of order. THERE APPEARS TO BE MORE THAN THE PHONE SYSTEM THAT IS OUT OF ORDER AT ZAZZLE!

Answer: Typically 24 hours. This is not counting weekends, unfortunately. Can you please message us if you need assistance on an inquiry?
Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
