I placed an order for 4 face masks on 6/16/2020. It promised delivery by 7/17/2020. They did not arrive. After reading all these reviews I wish I hadn't ordered with this company. I realize things are a little different with shipping and getting items ordered, but I think this is a little ridiculous.
I ordered face masks May 1st after things started opening up again, recognizing that I don't have the skill to make my own. On June 5th I sent a question asking where my order was. On June 9th I got a response that they're working on it, but they can't tell me when it will be ready. On July 11th I received shipping notification. On July 15th I received delivery notification. Today, July 16th, I opened the order of 9 masks to find exactly 1 mask, and my entire order listed as delivered on the site. I've requested a refund of my entire order, and will willingly send back this mask. I don't expect any kind of response for at least a week. I don't recommend working with these charlatans.

Bad! What a rip-off. Trying to contact you through your "contact us" was impossible. I did not receive my entire order. I only received one mask. I'd appreciate it if you would fulfill the complete order.

Masks were shoddily sewn, ear strings were way too short and hurt my ears and the ears of all the folks I shared them with, material was polyester instead off CDC recommended cotton, and they took forever to arrive. Very poor customer service. Won't deal with this company again.

An order on May 5, with an expected delivery date of May 23. On June 9, I sent a message to customer service about the late delivery. After four days inrecieved a response that they would let the production line know, but no information to n regarding my expected deliver date. About six weeks after the expected delivery date my INCORRECT order arrived- missing one of the five items. I have again reached out to customer service but since the policy is 3-4 days reaction time, I don't expect prompt attention to the matter. I do NOT recommend this company!

Absolute disgusting service. Placed an order for business cards, & paid via pay pal. Money taken. No order confirmation. Website denies any order placed. Cannot contact via phone to resolve. Complaint now with PayPal
Received a well thought out present of custom printed playing cards. Majority of the cards arrived defective (red splotches from dodgy printing). Tried to go through customer support and never got an email back! 100% customer satisfaction is a joke!

Ordered face masks on April 9 and after repeated delays sent half the order. Customer service is non exsistent.
After reading the reviews, I am nervous that my order won't be here on time. I never ordered from Zazzle but it seemed to be a good place to purchase. I ordered on June 13th and the estimated delivery is on July 14. I was hoping to get it a day or 2 before July 13 and thats why I paid for premium shipping. As of now, I haven't had any issues. We will see if I receive my order on time. I'll be back with an update.
2 months and no t-shirt still. I know you guys play at the artist thing so I allowed some space for that level of incompetence but this is somthing else.
Should I check the shores for large bottles addressed to me?

ZAZZLE accepts anything sent to them in the "BLACK LIVES MATTER" movement and I mean everything and anything like "MAKE RACISTS AFRAID AGAIN" "WILL THROW PEE AT WHITE SUPREMACISTS" "I SCARE WHITE PEOPLE" "DEFUND THE POLICE" "AMERICA WAS NEVER GREAT" "MAKE AMERICA RACIST AGAIN" just to name a few and hundreds of others which is fine, that' s their right BUT they take a customer's order and money to have printed on T-shirts and other items the statement "IT'S OK TO BE WHITE" and what do you think happens, she gets an EMAIL that says they were unable to process and fill the order because the design was in conflict with their content guidelines. I guess ZAZZLE doesn't walk the middle of the road, they see this current world as choosing sides and that's sad. So why is it against ZAZZLE policy to print a T-shirt that says "IT'S OK TO BE WHITE" BUT it's ok to accept and fill an order for a T-shirt that says "I THROW PEE AT WHITE SUPREMACISTS" I GUESS THEY ARE JUST RACIST, WHAT DO YOU THINK?

My order supposedly shipped, but per the tracking has not left Reno in 12 days. I got a form response, to just wait. Not confidence building.
I ordered something during the pandemic and it took longer than expected. Customer service was so wonderful and prompt. Even though my order took longer than usual I will always use this company because of their amazing personal customer assistance! Thank you for the beautiful shirts commemorating my recently deceased father! They're perfert!
This company is a fraud I order face masks in April and they said they shipped them in early June and even the tracking of the shipment isn't moving stay away from this company.
Zazzle's regular shipping is ridiculously slow. It is taking at least 7 business days to ship from Kansas to Michigan. It uses UPS Ground Mail and then switches to USPS to make the final delivery. Even USPS could deliver this package faster. Zazzle offers faster shipping but it is exorbitantly priced over actual delivery cost... Zazzle is price gouging it's customers. I'm not sure how they will stay in business with this shipping approach.
I was finally able to get Zazzle customer service on the phone and wow their resolution was stellar. Refunded my $ and reordered my masks. So why only three stars the order was only 50% right. Lots of good reviews but doubt if I will use them again.
Placed an order for two masks on 5/5/2020. Site advised would not deliver until early June, given the circumstances I was fine with that time frame. The outside Date of the delivery window was 6/11/2020. Obviously come and gone. Have requested info from PayPal as Zazzle phones were not working for a week, and no response to my "customer service" email contact. Had to order from an Etsy vender and received within a week. Will not do business with this company again. (FYI - there was no provision on their website to leave a review for item I have been charged for.). As I write this I have been on hold for customer service for 40 minutes.
I ordered a gift for Father's Day on the later side. I was expecting it to come anywhere from Friday, June 26th-Tuesday, June 30th as was the expected arrival time. I was constantly tracking the package as Zazzle made it so easy and convenient to do so. When I got the notification that the gift had arrived on June 20th, the day before Father's Day, I was shocked and extremely happy. I will definitely use Zazzle in the future! The gift came double wrapped, in perfect condition and looking incredible. Everything was so easy and my dad loved it!
I ordered a simple puzzle for my husband for Father's Day I ordered it May 14th never received any type of letter telling me that it was not going to be sent here we are June 23rd and still no puzzle I call these people up and ask him what happened to my puzzle they said they closed down the factory and cancelled all the orders what a shoddy way of doing business worst place to shop at funny thing is they decided to make me up an account that I never applied for and took the money that I paid for the puzzle which was $71 and put it into a Zazzle account instead of giving me back my money and telling me what was going on go figure this is the worst place I have ever seen in my life very very dissatisfied as this was a Father's Day present for my husband

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
