Ordered a small poster. Shipping time good, but image is blurry and dark, and poster was improperly packaged so it arrived with 3 out of 4 corners dented. Definitely not worth the money. Will not order from Zazzle again.
On July 28,2020, I ordered a "Keep Calm and Be Merry" dog bowl. Their website shows individual artisans, yada yada, but a friend called to my attention just recently that on the bottom of the bowl it shows "Orca Coating/Made in China". I am livid that their website is so "professional" in appearance listings some of their "Makers" as though they use individual artisans and I then get a bowl from China which I would not use to feed a goldfish. As we all know, products made in China have no regulations and toxins and chemicals are freely used in products produced there. I found no easy way to contact the company and I am not going to use my time and money to attempt to return it to what could very easily be outer space. I will eat the cost of the bowl. I would definitely stay away from this company. I now see, in once again looking at their website, that there would have been no way to contact them originally to see where their products are made because they have no contact information listed--email or otherwise.
Ordering with the expedited delivery - which states it can move your order up in the production schedule - is not true. My order with expedited delivery, which cost more than the order itself, wasn't made and shipped until AFTER the original estimated delivery date to me with the expedited method.

I had referred a couple of friends and they had ordered some items in which I was to receive $25.00 from each person in rewards and they get 25% their first order. I did receive 2 totaling $50.00. I tried to use the codes that were sent to me and it says it expired. Nowhere in the terms and conditions does it state that the reward code expires. The only thing that does expire is the 25% off for the reffed friend. I will never do business with them again and I will be taking this to social media. This has to STOP!

Ordered a personalized birthday card allowing plenty of time for it to arrive - 4 weeks! Never arrived. Contacted Zazzle told to be patient that it would arrive! Had to panic buy a standard card locally instead or miss my nephews birthday! 6 weeks later still no card. Contacted again. Was refunded straight away but without explanation or apology about why my card was never dispatched to me! Will never use again and they keep sending me constant emails asking for a review but unable to give an honest one as order is marked as "RETURNED"!

The invitations were very high quality and arrived quickly. I would recommend zazzle for wedding invitation needs.
I ordered some face masks, value $48.52. I was told they would arrive in approx two weeks. A month later they had nor arrived. I emailed Zazzle, as instructed in my order confirmation, to enquire about them. No reply, so I emailed again. No reply. I called the company, who said my wait time would be 5 minutes. It was half an hour. The agent told me that someone had replied to my email - but I did not received it, and the masks had been shipped 10 days ago, and I have not received them either. They said they thought my order had been "lost". I told them to refund my money. They said they would and I would receive a confirmation email. Of course I have not received that either. I had to contact my credit card company. Don't do business with this company - they are a scam.

I will NEVER order anything else from this company ever again! I ordered face masks with my business logo on them to be used on a local news station for an event that I am promoting. I log into my account to see that it says no orders have been placed. That's not right. Because I have been charged $50.44 for these masks that I paid for with express shipping so that they will be here for the local news segment. I call customer service and was told that there were no orders placed from my account and that I would have to call my financial institution to get a refund. That's not even the question that I asked. The customer service rep never said I'm sorry that this happened to you nor did he offer to help me in sending the product that I already paid for. This is a scam and they are taking money from folks and getting their orders "lost" or saying that the order was never placed. Will NEVER purchase from here again and I would advise you all not to as well.

I ordered 3 shirts. All of them much larger than stated in the listings. I got a refund for one of them but not for the other two. Customer service told me that they refunded me for the other shorts but I never saw it on my credit card and it's been over a week. Also, the print and the colors are often not as clear and vibrant as seen the photos. I would think they are made in China in a low quality warehouse. Lots of other people have complained about not getting a refund when they said they did. Beware.

I ordered a custom stamp that never came. I called customer service multiple times and never got in touch with them. I finally got a call back and it was a phising scam that got my information directly from Zazzle attempting to take my credit card information. Will never order from this site again as it is a scamming site.

I recently purchased 1 gold and black trivet and 4 gold and black coasters personalized for our friends' 50th anniversary. They are well made and the couple loves them. However, they are tan and black instead of gold like the photo online and in my order shows them. I am quite disappointed and won't order them again for 2 other couples celebrating their 50th anniversary next year. I thought it was a great gift idea but not satisfied with the color results.
I placed 2 orders. One in 4/29/2020 and one on 5/5/2020. As of today, I have not received the entire order even though my bank account was charged when I ordered the items instead of when they ship! I have tried calling and emails many times and their response, to say the least, is extremely underwhelming! I would not recommend ordering from this company even though the products (face masks) I have received are adequate.

We had a problem with receiving an order. It was all the fault of the shipping companies not zazzle. Zazzle actually sent order out day after we ordered. After about 12 days of waiting on shipment, I called zazzle to reorder. They on their own offered to resend the order express with no charges for second order or the express shipping. Plus offered to reimburse the shipping for the order that had not arrived, original order. Even though they did their part in a very timely manner they immediately took the blame for my not getting package. I never had to ask them to do so. That is great customer service.
I ordered a lampshade that was printed upside down and not glued together. I wanted to return it but was told to just throw it away and was given store credit. So I shopped around and didn't see any thing I liked, so I reluctantly ordered another lampshade. It was also upside down. I was told to throw it away and I was GUARANTEED a full refund but got a credit and was told that they "cannot" give me a refund. Yes they could. They sent me BAD products. I didn't just change my mind. They saw the pictures and told me to throw them away and still will not give me my money back. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM #ZAZZLE

The WORST service ever! The people on the phone are awesome and it's not their fault. I have spent way too much time trying to get orders corrected. The shipping is terrible, the tracking system is horrible. The items come incorrect. Would never use again.

I think this site is a scam, very disappointed.
I placed an order for masks on 5/2, after the lengthy delay of the items shipping on 6/11, I still have not received my items. I am not able to contact customer support. By email, I've only received boiler plate response. Can not contact by phone either after many attempts. After seeing responses from this site - I think the only response will be the same generic boiler plate apologies with no action being taken.

I ordered my wedding invitations from Zazzle because I loved the amount of customization they allowed and I was able to create an invite and extra cards for the luncheon and reception that I loved. BUT, first, I ordered 350 invites and only received 250 envelopes. As soon as I called them they said they would send more, but that was early last week and I still haven't gotten even an email saying they were sent. And, second, even though my miniature luncheon/reception cards were supposed to come, at the latest, 4 days ago and I STILL don't have them. And there's no sign of them coming. I called Zazzle support about this and they were completely unhelpful and unconcerned. They use a combined UPS/USPS delivery that takes extra time to process between carriers, it seems like. I wouldn't even know who to call at this point. I know that sometimes things fall behind, especially now, but this had way too many issues for one order. I'll probably never use them again.

Zazzle is by far the WORST company I have ever ordered from. I placed an order 50 days ago and have YET to receive it. They have taken my money and successfully ruined my gift for Father's Day. I have emailed this company well over 60 times and the responses I have received are a COMPLETE JOKE! They provide no ACTUAL information and absolutely NO HELP in resolving my missing order. I have called them daily for the past 20 days during their hours of operation and no one answers the phones. I have been on hold for upto 2 hours with still no one answering the call. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! DO NOT ORDER FROM ZAZZLE, THEY ARE A SCAM!

Answer: Typically 24 hours. This is not counting weekends, unfortunately. Can you please message us if you need assistance on an inquiry?
Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
