Very disappointed! The writing was so small on the charm you couldn't read it. The number 25th was also small and it's very cheap looking. Would definitely not recommend. Really wanted it for my sons anniversary

I wanted to get some. BLACULA lives matter shirts for Halloween and they refused to make them. I'm going as a black Dracula Every single color of my friends think it was a hilarious costume. DO NOT ORDER CARDS FROM THIS COMPANY. They made two errors from the original baby shower cards I wanted. After emailing them, they said "they can't help me and I have to order them again." Even though THEY made the mistakes. I highly recommend ordering cards from another company. I would not trust them to deliver the cards you wanted.

I ordered monogrammed golf balls, which came loose is a box, the golf balls were rolling around dinging other golf balls. There was no wrapping, no protective measures were put in place. THis is the second Zazzle order that was substandard. I will not be ordering from the site again.

Ordered a political sign on 9/18/2020, Didn't get it until October 9.2020. I do accept some responsibility as they are made after the order. Had I realized it would take 23 days to receive the sign I would have gone with someone else. Checking on the order, the sign was not even made until a few day before delivery on October 9,2020. No response on an inquiry. Tracking was via USPS although the sign arrived via UPS. I did get a second sign, even though I ordered only one the following day via USPS. No wire included to install the sign though. At least I wasn't charged for it.

I give it 2 stars only because I got my mugs on time but I was missing part of my order. I sent an inquiry and got a rude reply 72 hours. I sent the original request because my packing slip and email said 3 items shipped and I only received 2. I should have read the reviews here first...

Very, very disappointed on the face masks received. The masks (Fun Dog Face, Vintage American Flag Patriotic, MAGA and TRUMP 2020) were made from heavy weight polyester, making the mask quite stiff and rigid. Also, the sewing was poor, e.g., sewing stitches were not straight on all the masks especially, when using white thread against dark color (red and black) background. It was NOT representative of the picture shown on your site! The masks shown on your site used red thread against red background, and black thread against black background. If it was poorly sewn, it would not stand out as much as using the white thread! Additionally, it was stated that the product will be made by Zazzle Apparel various locations in the United States. This statement was very misleading. The main reason why I made this purchase was that the products will be made in the United States. These face masks were not made in the United States, but were made in Mexico and in China! If I had known these masks were made in Mexico and China, I would not have made this purchase! The quality of the masks was poor and expensive. More than disappointed... I am annoyed by the sloppiness of the products.

All I wanted was a simple clock for my garage. I'm a retired police office and totally support my brothers and sisters in Law Enforcement. I requested the clock face have "Blue Lives Matter" on it with a American Flag and the letters USA in red white and blue. This company refused to make it on the basis that it was racist. They are obviously Anti-Law Enforcement, Anti-American Flag and and Anti-American. They also support an organization BLM that supports the overthrow of the American Government (Look at the BLM website) and our way of life. Because this is American and we our free (at least for now) I support their right to deny my order but I also have the right to complain and boycott such a disgusting, anti-American company. Please do not purchase anything from this company. Attached is the ridiculous reason I was given for not making my clock. So much for Zazzle's "We promise 100% satisfaction" promise.
Ordered five items received 5 items but only 3/5 of what we ordered. Order received contained 2/5 of what we did not order or paid for. We complained and were told we'd get the order corrected. Never happened. Tried to contact company to correct but to no avail. What company sends items not ordered in place of items that were originally ordered? ZAZZLE.COM. Zazzle said they would correct, 2 months later, nothing. $12.95 per mask, they chose two other masks to send us. Do not order anything from this vendor. You will not get what you ordered.

A few years ago, Zazzle put some of my original artwork onto a wrist watch and it came out absolutely beautiful. The only thing was the watch face was tiny, so it wasn't the easiest to read the time on, but still I loved it. It kept the time well, however the watch band was a bit small for my fat wrist and had to get a larger band for it. A friend now owns the watch and loves owning a unique piece of my art.
I ordered Baby Shower invites twice. Neither time came to me. The first batch had the wrong date on them so no harm really it just would have been nice to receive what I paid for since... I paid for it. The second time I ordered 25 with the correct date on them and still never received them...
Also they take about 2 days to process your order once you place it and if you do basic shipping it will take about 2 weeks on top of that. DON'T DO BASIC SHIPPING. Will never recommend anyone use Zazzle. They're a scam.

For the past 15 or more years, I have been giving zazzle a 5 star review... My last set of cards were cut at a weird size 4 3/4 inch x 6 3/4 inch... Instead of 5 inch x 7 inch... I'm very disappointed and if it isn't corrected, I will use a different printer, in the future. Customer Service said they were sending new cards from a different maker... I got an email, but don't see anything on my order list... I am so disappointed as I have always loved zazzle and always raving about zazzle to my friends...

It was just 2 weeks before my birthday and I ordered some personalized items but I didn't read the reviews until after my order was placed. I read so many bad reviews and I started praying. All I can say is zazzle came all the way through fast and efficient and the quality was on point I will definitely use them again! I ordered personalized wine bottle labels, handheld fans, paper plates and napkin bands.
Ordered a maskj for a birthday gift maybe it will b xmas present. I guess the products going to b good. Order Aug 5, now it's Sept 1 still waiting!

Happy! I have had 3 orders from Zazzle, one pending; - quality is Very High. Speed of processing/ shipment is awesome. Contact with company is positive. I wish the other reviewers have my same experience

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
