I ordered prostate cancer address labels, as my husband is a cancer survivor. I have ordered numerous times from Zazzle in the past always with great results. Till this order. When I received them the print was so small you couldn't read it. I called customer service and they were less than helpful. All I wanted was the correct order to be sent. I was told you can't do that so she sent me a refund. I paid $28.64 as I wanted fast shipping and I was refunded only $13.46 and told to reorder if I wanted to. I will never order from this company again. So much for loyalty.
I ordered a custom Apple Watch band which is a cool and meaningful gift. However when it arrived the colours appeared VERY faded. Not even close to what it looked like in pictures. Still, turned out to be a great gift that she loved. Just a bit disappointed in the quality

I ordered some pieces to come in the mail. Even though I made the order for seven items (which was confirmed in the invoice) only 1 arrived.
I will not be recommending Zazzle to any friends or family until this problem is resolved

I ordered for the first time on zazzle.com. I'm happy with my purchase. The clock was $40 and wasn't sure what to expect, but I really like it. I seems to be good quality and I got is several days earlier than they said it would come. I haven't seen good reviews of this company, but I'm happy with what I got. I've never done a return with them.
My shirt didn't turn out the way the preview pic showed-- I wanted a refund-- the customer service turned out to be very helpful and happily remedied my issue. Good business (in my experience)!
My second time ordering from this company and both times they forgot to put my unit number. It's been almost a month now from ordering and still no product. They refunded my money, but I'm still annoyed that I keep getting notices that my order is on its way. Still have not seen, they were supposed to be holiday items. Thank goodness I also order from Photo Affections as well. WILL NEVER WVER USE ZAZZLE AGAIN. Please save your time and money. You will never see your product. When I called customer services, they made no effort to contact the delivery company. Big waste of time.

I ordered a personalized mug on 12/2/20 which was to be a birthday gift on 12/16/20. When I ordered, estimated delivery was 12/10. Here we are on 12/17/20 and it hasn't even shipped yet. The first time I contacted customer service, they said it would be delivered between 12/11-12/14. Then I get a message today saying production is delayed and it takes 10-12 days from ordering to be shipped. Well 10-12 days from 12/2 has already passed and the mug isn't even done yet. If you want to take chances ordering from here, go for it but don't expect to receive your item by their posted delivery date. Very disappointed and the only reason they got 2 stars is their customer service responds pretty timely.

Zazzle's right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I ordered a 16" pillow. They sent me a 12" one. So I contacted them. They would only give me a Zazzle credit. So I ordered another 16" pillow AND they MADE ME PAY SHIPPING AGAIN! Then they sent me ANOTHER 12" pillow!. Then I called customer service. I was on the phone for 40 minutes! I explained that they sent me the wrong sized pillow twice! The woman made me upload pictures to prove it to her so I did. She said "no worries. We will send you the right sized 16" pillow". Well, I almost fell over when I got ANOTHER 12" PILLOW! I couldn't believe it! After the third wrong sized pillow AND PAYING TWO SHIPPING COSTS, Zazzle FINALLY agreed to give me back a credit on my credit card. Never again! Don't trust them! They will aggravate and frustrate the heck out of you!

Placed an order on 11/20 for a Dec 5th birthday, ship to CA. Order showed shipped on 11/24, and as of Dec 5th, still not arrived. Contacted Zazzle CS, was told they are not sure and offered me for a replacement. As of today (Dec 15th) I still dont know when my replacement order will ship. This is all domestic shipping.
Very disappointing and will not order from them again.
Update on Dec 23,2020: after long wait, Zazzle finally delivered the replaced item to its destination. 20 days late. But its better than not arriving at all.

I bought a card from them, but the card I received was not the right card. I contacted them about it and they said I could just get a credit for a different card. I didn't need a different card, and in the meantime, I had found the card I needed from a different vendor. I told them I prefered to return the item for a refund since I had no use for it. I returned the card unopened in the original sleeve and envelope, mailed with a tracking number in the original envelope. The card was delivered three days later. It is now six weeks since I returned it and they have still not refunded my credit card as requested. Despite several emails to them, I have not received any response. This company has extremely bad customer service. I would not order from them again nor recommend them to anyone.

The products themselves are not very sturdily made. Post it's don't stick and stickers are thin... I'm led to believe that other products are the same. They also have a weird policy.
I took an image of my partner's face and a still from a project and put it on a product as a gift. My order was cancelled without any questions towards me and the reason was because I used someone's image with his name. Kinda dumb if you ask me.
I used another personalization site — personalization mall — and they have more products with better quality with no "copyright" issues.
I received a custom photo plaque. Both text and photo were crooked. When I requested it to be corrected, Zazzle support claimed I was requesting an "alteration." Their customer support is a joke and they even suggested that I should send back the defective item (a personalized item with a picture of my husband and I... what would they even do with that?).
I fully get the initial human error. I do not understand why they chose to handle THEIR error in this way. Disappointed and will not shop there again.

Last week we ordered from Zazzle for the first time. We ordered Christmas cards through them. This weekend I checked the order to see delivery date or if it had been sent-it stated my order was cancelled. By who? I didn't cancel it. My money was already taken. What the actual hell? We had to wait until Monday to speak to someone and it took over a 1/2 hr on hold to reach a person. To find out Zazzle cancelled the order and didn't send an email or anything (or return our money) due to the use of the word ''Lysol'' on the card (violating their company ''policy''). As if this isn't enough to swear me off of them for life. My husband wasted an entire morning (yes-over 3 hrs on the phone) trying to re-order since we'd already paid for the cards -we removed the offending word and they couldn't figure out how to give us the same price as when we ordered on the 3rd. Do Not Trust this Company!

Ordered a poster for christmas on November 25th. Said it was supposed to be delivered two days ago and now my package has no status. Not impressed at all, tried contacting the team but no response.

First of all, I don't understand the $10 shipping charge to mail a sheet of paper. I ordered 2 sheets of stickers ($25 with a coupon!) with my business name and phone number. When I made them online they looked cute. In person, they are illegible. The print is so tiny and light you would need a magnifying glass to read it. Nope!

I just received my 4th order from Zazzle and the quality and customer service is impeccable! I had my order sent to my old address and when I reached out to zazzle, they re-made my order and sent it via express when I had originally paid for standard postage. I've been soo happy with every order and believe me I'm a hard person to impress! Can't wait to order again and again!
Placed an order and was asked if I wanted to sign up for PayPal so I did. Within 24 hours my credit card was used 4 different times at a cost of over $ 1000. 00 dollars. Had to call and have my credit card stopped and took all day calling my other creditors who every month use that card. Called zazzle and they would not retake my order over the phone, said I have to go on the web site to order. NO Thanks. What a joke

Zazzle contacted me after my first review and followed up with the tracking. It really was lost in transit. They redid my order and the product was delivered within 10 days. Very pleased with the product I ordered.

Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
