Zazzle canceled our graduation photo card because my son was wearing a sweatshirt from the university he will be attending. The cancellation email stated that it was in conflict with their content guidelines... But then offered to sell me some of their officially licensed Zazzle merchandise. Ha! I gave my order to minted.com. I will not waste my time with Zazzle again. So disappointed. Happy there are other options out there!

Placed a banner order on 5/10/2021 for a 5/21/2021 event. On 5/19/2021, I received someone else's graduation banner which now you have 2 dissatisfied customers. I called & the rep tried to blame the courier for me not receiving it which I told him "the courier has nothing to do with the production & labeling"). I asked for a supv & was connected to Mariel, she made an exception to expedite my order & overnight it to me. Of course, I never received the banner & had no banner for my function. I called again on 5/24/2021 since they are closed on the weekend to get my refund. I will never do business with them again especially for a major event.

I ordered the Decoupage tissue paper from Zazzle. The paper was well made and easy to work with. The variety of designs were fantastic. The paper made my project look great. Fast delivery.

Absolutely hate Zazzle. I ordered a number of things for my wedding for them to not show up despite saying they were mailed and delivered. Reached out for replacements to just be told later that they take 5 business days to produce and the still will need to wait for them to be shipped. Customer service does not care about your frustration and while they say their going to expedited things they expedited nothing! I requested a refund and going to order from Etsy.

I found this website for a personalized balloon for my mom. I couldn't believe that it was a site that sold these types of things. I was so excited to attach this personalized balloon to my presents. To ensure that I would receive the balloon by Mother's Day, I ordered the balloon on April 30,2021 and even paid a little extra to have it arrive on time. My order had the balloon to be delivered on May 6,2021. Today is Mother's Day 2021 and no balloon, update or anything. Of course, I tried to call Zazzle to inquire and they were closed. Now in all honesty, I will not act like this is my first online purchase mishap. However, the balloon was for my dead mother and for this being my first time ordering with Zazzle, the first impression has been compromised with the failure to deliver on time and permanently damaged because of communication or lack there of. This was my first, last and Never Again with this site.

I ordered a gift for a friend. Shipping was as promised. The order came- great quality but a little damaged so I called customer service. They were the sweetest most pleasent people to work with! They sent me a new product FREE of any charge, including expedited shipping. I am really really impressed!

I ordered a red and gold mask for my daughter's prom. We received a redish brown and green mask, which won't work with her dress. Now it's too late to try ordering a replacement and I can't get a refund because it was personalized with her initials. How can you send something I didn't order and not give a refund?

Very Diappointed

My experience with Zazzle has been terrible. They held my invitations up in "review" for so long I could not use them. I called twice before they were printed and mailed and asked what in the world could take over a week to review but was forced to cancel the order. The customer service was the best part of my experience. They were all extremely nice. I cancelled the order while they were still "in review"- After I had printed them locally and after they were all mailed - I was shocked to see Zazzle had charged them to my account and mailed them! They took the charge off my account when I called a third time but what a terrible experience.
The invitations were very pretty but do not order unless you have weeks to wait.

Could not fix my order!

Item came the wrong color and it took another week to get the second one from them and still wrong! How do you send two items wrong! No answer why it happened again, and couldn't guarantee it would be fixed or if I would get it on time for the shower. On a positive note, I did receive a full refund. I would never take a chance again with them unfortunately. Thank god for Etsy! Got my order with the right colors in 3 days!

Garbage Business Cards
April 30, 2021

I was really looking forward to receiving these cards, but when they arrived they were in garbage condition. Terrible print job. They look like they're all damaged. Completely unusable and I will have to pay another company to make these again for me. Complete disappointment.

Zazzle typed the wrong shipping address and got stuck at FedEx since 4/19 and I still can't retrieve it. They sent a replacement order 4/23 and promised me it would be a Saturday delivery. I just tracked it and they sent it for next business day UPS arriving on Monday. I paid extra shipping to have it delivered for 4/19/21. It was a stressful week with Zazzle and now I had to use Staples to print out invitations. Horrible customer service and Zazzle did not care. They put me to tears and high blood pressure. Buyers be aware. Do not believe what Zazzle tells you. I only wish the Robert Beaver will read this post and is aware on how how is company is running.

Waste of time
April 20, 2021

Spotted a t-shirt I liked, bookmarked it. 2 months later when money was better, ordered it. They then immediately cancelled the order and refunded my money with some nonsense about not being licensed for the product which they HAD BEEN SELLING FOR MONTHS.

Total waste of time, and the losers won't even delete my unwanted account- just keep insulting my intelligence with garbage about "looking forward to delighting me with great products in the future." Yeah, not gonna happen. Fool me once, shame on you- fool me twice, shame on me. You only get one chance to make a first impression, and they made theirs by cancelling my first and only order.

IT'S A TRAP!

I recently purchased a mug from Zazzle. They induced me into trying a 30-day Free trial of somethi9ng they call "Zazzle Black". Whatever it is, it apparently has a $9.95 annual fee. As an unemployed 71-year-old veteran, $9.95 comes out of my meager Social Security check. I protested but they did not see any benefit in refunding my $9.95 as I had missed the 30-day deadline to cancel the membership by the time I was notified by PayPal that Zazzle had charged my account for $9.95. Not only did they lose a customer, but I am recommending anyone who reads this to not only not "purchase" the Zazzle Black gimmick but to not do business with them at all!

Zazzle Racial Bias

We order employee badges for 4 of my businesses. Zazzle canceled my order and wanted documented proof that we owned our businesses. Like a black man can't own a few different businesses. Anyway I was insulted and wouldn't recommend using them for anything.

Update: Received email stating cards were delivered on 3/28/21. I have no cards. Nothing delivered yesterday. Called Zazzle Customer Support, spoke with Gail, whom advised cards are to be delivered today between 9:15 and 1:15. She also put in a replacement request, just in case they aren't delivered. I checked outside again, and the cards were on the porch at the front door. Sent Gail an email, advising, I have the cards. All is well, I received great customer service. I would recommend purchasing from Zazzle.

Buyer beware

First off, I didn't think their product was all that great.
The problem was the cost of their shipping. They rope you in with a shipping membership, and they renew it automatically every year.
I never used Zazzle again. Their emails fell into the junk folder. A year after the one time I purchased from them I saw a charge for $9.99.It was Zazzle, I completely forgot about this company. I contact them, ask for them to cancel membership and refund my money. No can do. They emailed a copy of their policy etc. Seriously? Who reads policies? I was rushing through an order and was annoyed about their shipping charges. What a fool I was. Seriously. Watch out. There are enough companies out there that ship for free and dont trick you into a yearly shipping fee.

School Badge... Nope not gonna happen

I wanted to make a better designed copy of my school badge so that my name and picture are clear for upcoming clinical. I inadvertently included the school name and logo and the first design was rejected. I removed the school logo and just included the school name but that too was rejected. I ordered many times work badges with the company logo with no problem. Very frustrating and annoying. I will no longer refer friends to this site unless you want to be super frustrated. Look elsewhere.

Unless you have money to throw away, I would advise you not to order from Zazzle. There is ABSOLUTELY NO customer service whatsoever. Delivery is horrible if you get it at all. They offer a canned delivery date prompt that changes everyday. If indeed I ever get my order it will most certainly be my last order from them.
