I placed an order for a coffee mug that was $11 and paid for priority shipping that was $16 to ensure that I would receive the order timely. Unfortunately when the order was not received, I called to find out the status. The customer service representative was unprofessional and repeatedly spoke over me with "uh huh". He informed me that the order has not yet been processed. I asked why I did not receive an email to inform me of the delay and he had no answer. I will make a note not to order from them again. He did offer a refund for the $16 shipping, however I still do not have the item.
I am very impressed with the service from Zazzle. I made a mistake with my invitations and they were replaced with no hassle. My product was perfect. I definitely recommend Zazzle.

The color was lighter than presented online and the gold lettering was blotchy with white showing through. Not sure if this was intentional to try and make it look glittery but the result looks like the printer was running out of ink. Paper quality was good hence the 2 star revoew vs 1 star. In addition the delivery date was later than promised. Unfortunately I do not have time to return them and reorder so I used them.

Went to Zazzle for first time for birthday invitations. Designs are good for a variety of themes. It was somewhat difficult for this first-timer to make some artistic changes to fit my needs. My complaint is about shipping charges. $10 for a smashed up bubble envelope or $17 for expedited bubble envelope. I ordered 40 invites! When I inquired with customer service via chat if there were pick up options (they show an address in my city) they were less than interested. Doubt I will ever use them again.
Received stickers that are a stock item they offer. They were badly cropped. No offer to replace; wanted me to make changes on their graphics so they could get it right. I repeat they are a stock item.
They'll give me credit on other stuff but I wanted these stickers. I guess I'll go to a local shop and get them to run them; an inconvenience as I live in a small town that is fairly remote. I will not do business with these people again and you should think twice before you do
Zazzle is a horrible discriminatory company that refuses business based on egregious misconceptions put forth by Marxist Social Justice Warriors. They have flat out refused my business because of my political leanings, which is in direct violation of the Unruh Act (see Harris v. Capital Growth Investors XIV, 52 Cal. 3d 1142 (1991)). Then they proceeded to hide beyond their "User Agreement", which after reading in its entirety, did not back their decision. When I asked them to specifically cite which portion of the Agreement I violated I was gove a response "we will not work with you". Please, I implore you, take your business elsewhere to companies who do not act like Brown shirt facists.

I ordered invitations, thank yous, a sign and a guest book. Ive had invites several weeks, as having so much to do... finally mailed them with everyone asking time. I neglectedto put it on. Wish theywould have said, do you want a time? Apparently they proof read nothing. Too much on my mind to even notice. Make certain YOU proof read everything. They do not.

Years ago I've ordered a few decals from zazzle and I was always pleased with my orders. But I decided to try them again and what a disappointment. The new decal dont stick to my laptop and I'm having a hard time getting a replacement. At this point I just want my money back, I'll order elsewhere.

Update: After seeing this review, customer service did reach out to me quickly and offered me a couple options to make up for the late gift. I do appreciate that a lot so I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars.
While looking for a Father's Day gift for my son to give his Daddy, I searched long and hard for something that would arrive in time. By paying $26 dollars for 1 day shipping, the Zazzle's website assured me it would arrive at least a few days before, if not sooner. A day before the latest day it was supposed to arrive, I was getting concerned so I sent customer service an email. They wrote back saying they were working to produce my order and ship it as quickly as possible. The status then changed to delayed. I called a couple days later and they said there was no response from the production team on the status of my order. They were kind enough to refund my shipping cost since it didn't come when it was supposed to and they informed me they would reach out directly and try to get it out in time. Sadly, it's the day after Father's Day and it still hasn't shipped. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed that my son didn't have the awesome gift to give his Daddy on his special day. It's unfortunate that the company doesn't seem to care about following through with their delivery dates and how important those dates can be for people. Had I known it wouldn't come in time, I would have never ordered it.

The worst experience I have EVERRRR HAD ordering from ANY COMPANY ever in my life. Literally Shein has better customer service and buying experience than this company.
I ordered invitations and they sent me someone else's. They sent that person someone else's. Someone else received ours, and they received someone else's as well. So they literally sent 30 people the wrong invites.
They said they would send a replacement and sent those to the wrong address as well.
The third batch they never even ordered so we sat another week waiting for them to arrive and they never even placed the order.
DOOOO NOTTTT ORDER HERE!

I ordered custom design coaster with or logo on them The artwork I supplied with accurate and centered up. The coasters they gave me the artwork is crooked and off centered. I tried reaching out to them and No One responded to me. I will fight the charge on my credit card now.

UPDATED & REVIEW CHANGED TO 5 STAR BASED ON THEIR RESPONSE TO ASSIST MY CLAIM: I discovered a vendor called ARTUBBLE (owned by Liz Krawczyk from Toronto, Ontario) selling on Zazzle who was offering the option to have various items printed with a photo that I own. Unfortunately, the vendor is using this picture without my permission and I did not license it to her. I contacted Zazzle explaining the situation and they promptly pulled the picture. In addition, they have provided contact information for the vendor who stole my photo and I can now pursue a claim against her. Zazzle takes Intellectual Property Rights seriously and handled it as well as I could have wished.
I ordered a shirt that had a picture of my airplane on it. I received a shirt that looked like a kid colored it with a crayon. I sent them a picture of the shirt and a request for a refund and they told me no. I'm disputing with cc company.

I purchased 2 items 20 days before I needed them, one item arrived on the 18th day and I am still waiting for the other item. I paid extra to have it delivered earlier to ensure I met the required date, however they were unable to meet either date with the delivery of my items. I have tried to reach out to them, however No one has responded to my email. I tried calling, however, due to the call volume and Covid -19, they are unable to take your call and suggest you leave a message.
Even trying to write this review, i am going through a third party, with the hopes, someone else wont make the same mistake I did.
I will never recommend this site and I suggest all Veteran's avoid it like the plaque.

Zazzle canceled our graduation photo card because my son was wearing a sweatshirt from the university he will be attending. The cancellation email stated that it was in conflict with their content guidelines... But then offered to sell me some of their officially licensed Zazzle merchandise. Ha! I gave my order to minted.com. I will not waste my time with Zazzle again. So disappointed. Happy there are other options out there!

Placed a banner order on 5/10/2021 for a 5/21/2021 event. On 5/19/2021, I received someone else's graduation banner which now you have 2 dissatisfied customers. I called & the rep tried to blame the courier for me not receiving it which I told him "the courier has nothing to do with the production & labeling"). I asked for a supv & was connected to Mariel, she made an exception to expedite my order & overnight it to me. Of course, I never received the banner & had no banner for my function. I called again on 5/24/2021 since they are closed on the weekend to get my refund. I will never do business with them again especially for a major event.

Answer: Typically 24 hours. This is not counting weekends, unfortunately. Can you please message us if you need assistance on an inquiry?
Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
