I had a blanket made for my grandson, it was his first bday. I designed the blanket with mostly sleeping pics of him. Added Sweet Dreams in the middle. I received the blanket and it was so cheaply made and NO Sweet Dreams on it. Customer service is useless and sends you an automatic reply.
I called them and still no response. It ruined my grandsons first birthday. Horrible product and Horrible company

I have odered from Zazzle 3 years in a row but this year, they doubled my shipping charges from what the USPS would have charged me!? Why would your bussines do that, especially when you advertise FREE shipping?

I'm so angry, if zazzle cannot deliver quality and a product exactly as the one in the picture they should not do that. My card look like I printed my self. Not metallic, not relief logo. Instead of rose Gold, I got ugly pink with gray shadows. BEWARE THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE. Plus their website doesn't even allow costumers to write real reviews. I order the best silk paper but not even that was true. And the Gold logo only looks ok in the picture from ur camara phone, in real is totally flat not Gold and bad printed

They set their default option for shipping to be signing up for their yearly membership. I realized my mistake and immediately contacted customer service. According to the terms of their membership which I had no intent of signing up for, there are no refunds.
Stay away from this company. There are better options.

This company is no more than a drop ship third party order taker. They have no control over anything except taking your order and money, After that occurs you may see your order in 3 to 4 weeks or maybe never. Find another outlet to order from! This is a family run business basically out of their house!

In all fairness, I am happy with our wedding invitations design from zazzle... but... My recent order of labels has been extremely frustrating. We paid extra to receive the labels sooner and zazzle gave us last Wed or Thurs as the arrival date with Fri the latest. Fri and Sat come and go--no labels, therefore a huge delay in sending out the invitations. Why did I pay extra then? After 2 emails and days after asking about the labels, somoene finally gets back telling us the labels will arrive Tuesday of next week!:-((( I wish I had read zazzle's reviews (numerous negative comments about shipping costs, etc. You can't make this up) before ordering, and also the fact that you can get SAME DAY pick up for labels from Walgreen's... with lots of designs to choose from. Do yourself a favor, save your time and money and DO NOT deal with this company.

Don't order from zazzle. I ordered memorial cards for a family member's funeral and paid for expedited shipping. When I checked the order I saw a comment that it was delayed. It took multiple calls before I got someone to promise to expedite the order and have it shipped to me in time for the service. I was told they would email me as soon as they had updates but I never heard from them. A death in the family is stressful enough without adding failed orders, lies and bad customer service to the experience. Disgraceful.

This company pretends to be locally based by using country specific domains. Don't trust their delivery times. I was promised 2-5 days for delivery of a birthday card and it's been over a month and I'm still waiting. Maybe it will arrive for their next birthday.

I ordered WEDDING invitations and after opening them, saw they left out he envelopes. After speaking with someone, I was told they were not included and would have to order them separately, for an additional cost. How does a company sell wedding invites without envelopes.?! I placed yet, another order, to find out, they cancelled my order. What kind of company does not contact their customer and or provide updates on the item progress. THE ONLY REASON FOR THE 3 STARS, IS DUE TO THEIR SELECTION. Customer service and the lack of ability to make things right are deplorable. I ordered a Burgundy Floral backdrop for my future DIL shower on Sept. 8th. Today I received a Happy 1st Birthday Sonte' backdrop! Thank goodness I ordered so far in advance because I won't get the replacement until the end of next week which will be Oct 8th. I just hope Sonte's family ordered in advance as well! Ordered a cup with pictures of Confederate generals and the order was rejected because of there standards. Just lost a customer for life.
Ordered SugarSparkle Checkbook cover. Price including shipping and tax over $30. What a disappointment! Blah… NO SPARKLE, cover not designed to permit writing checks one at a time. I cut plastic with scissors to somewhat permit writing checks. Added my own "sparkle" as you a see In the picI attached( glitter nail polish) Which makes it sooo much better! The FREE one that banks give with a check order are far superior.

I ordered 4 sweaters after the shipping arrived I had to pay extra duty of 60$. It costed me 260$ everything. Anyway the sweaters are in terrible quality made in Honduras& Nicaragua.The printing is not even stitched( but a cheep printing that will was away after2,3 washes) The point is 260$ Is not worth it. Better spend 100$ at winners and get good quality work then print it locally.My advice don't order clothes from them

Awesome site to get my Army loving son some cool designs on shirts, till I get to the shipping charge… $17 shipping for 1 kids t-shirt and 1 kids sweatshirt. That's crazy. No way will I pay that for 2 shirts. So sad cuz I would have purchased multiple times.
I ordered 600 dollars worth of shirts for a family picnic. What I designed on the website looks nothing like the product I received! The black letters are very ashy and dull. There are white lines going through the image in the front and the back. The picture was suppose to cover the back of the shirt and end up being a little square in the middle of the shirt. I am expecting a full refund because the poor image quality of the lettering and the picture I will not be able to use these shirts. The picnic is next Saturday and I will just order some shirts locally so we can have them by next week! I reached out to customer service for a full refund and will update this review with the results.
Ok here's an update! I received an email from zazzle stating that I will receive a full refund. After submitting the photos zazzle handled the issue with great customer service. I am very satisfied with the customer service that I received. This shows that they put customer satisfaction first. Thank you zazzle!
I just wrote a 3* (out of 5) review at Zazzle and this is what they responded: "We appreciate your feedback! Zazzle is currently working on improving your shopping experience with customer reviews. Your review may be displayed at a later date. Thank you for your patience!" - My review MAY be displayed? Excuse me! My review stated that the sizing was very small - they warned about this - so I sized up. It looks like a child size shirt for adult women, A size medium should certainly fit a woman who is under 90 pounds but I do have my doubts. The printing is also crooked. I also ordered the higher quality t-shirt with a v-neck since it was a gift and what was received was the lower quality shirt with a crew neck. It was meant for a present - not sure what to do.

Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
