I ordered my wedding invitations from Zazzle and was very disappointed. First off, they don't look like wedding invitations, they look more like post card. For the price of the invitations, I was expecting something that actually looked decent. If I wanted my invitations to look like post cards, I could have went to Staples and printed them for less than half the cost of what I paid. To be honest, the quality looks extremely cheap, but the invitations were not cheap, they were quite costly.
Secondly, the invitations were sent through Canada post, so on top of paying the original delivery fee, I had to pay the cost of picking it up through Canada post.
Thirdly, when I open up the invitations to fold them, there was a gross looking stain on one of the invitations, so I couldn't even send it off.
Will not be ordering off of Zazzle ever again
Beautiful customized cards delivered on time. Short turn around time from Oder to delivery. One mistake on printing. A little tricky to edit customized cards The main cost was standard postal delivery cost. Great price on cards
I ordered my wedding invites a few months back and loved them so much that I circled back to order my thank you notes from the same designer. I love the quality & cost of Zazzle products, AND that I can customize / play with my design all I want. LOVE LOVE LOVE Zazzle.

The Zazzle website is user friendly & customer centric. Easy to see personalization immediately.
We ordered some casual party invites that we designed ourselves. It was easy to upload our design and preview it. This was one of the few sites where we had an option of a paper color other than white. (Yay, Kraft paper!) The only thing I would change would be to order fewer invites - we had to order 50, and now we have like 20 extra cards sitting around. And possibly have a different price for just one sided printing vs front/back printing.

I was no happy with the condition of the invitations when they arrived. The corners of the invitations were bend and some crushed
