I had a great experiance ordering through Zazzle. I did have to expidite my order and I felt the shipping charges were very high, but it was my fault waiting till last minute. If I can suggest one thing is offer a less expensive shipping option for last minute orders, especially to loyal customers.

Zazzle processed my order and took my money, approved of my design, then emailed me after the fact stating that the photo used contained copyrighted material that neither us or Zazzle owns the rights to. The photo in question was fanart from the game, Monster Hunter World, neither of which have any sort of copyrighted material associated with it. Very disappointed and currently fighting to get my money back. Absolutely ridiculous that I can create custom t-shirts and other garments from other video game franchises with no issues, yet when I want to get a custom cat collar for my cat named Kirin, I'm ripped off. You can expect to hear from me if my money is not returned, and I will never even attempt to use Zazzle's services again. Enjoy losing out on not just this purchase, but all other future revenue that could be brought in from myself or my friends. Abysmal site. Abysmal service. Truly an unbelievably upsetting experience.

They were adorable. I wished these cards would come with envelops but you can get those separate. They are perfect for the occasion in celebrating a new life! They shipped in about a week.
