I received my order and the box was destroyed. One side of the box was completely torn off and it looked like someone had opened it and taped it back. Thankfully there were only miner issues with the corner of my cards. Besides that I am very pleased.

I needed baby shower invites ASAP and paid to receive them in like 2 days and I was super skeptical, but Zazzle came through with the shipping! I loved the fast service and the invites for my upcoming shower are so pretty

I created and ordered a custom sweatshirt on Black Friday. I received it yesterday. I was SO disappointed. The photo, taken with my new iPhone, was pixilated and so light it was hard to even see it on the light grey color. Since it was a custom order, I cannot return it. I re-ordered from another company today. The cost was $27.57 plus tax and shipping for a total cost of $39.03

Quick and easy, freedom with creativity and variety
Order wine label's with my daughters name on them, suppose to be, I thought, glitter and sparkle but was just a sticker with various colours to simulate sparkles. They arrived quite quickly which was a bonus but really I could have bought stickers and printer pretty much the same thing at less cost.

Oh man, it just doesn't get any better. I love designs! And here, on Zazzle, I have almost unlimited options! Over 7,000 postcards with coffee as the theme. And that's just one love language for the woman in my life! Only 36 more to go. So hundreds of thousands of options to keep the mail people in business. And all because of Zazzle. It's like a miracle. Thank you for existing! I didn't know my life was so incomplete before I found this site. It will never be the same!
I love that you can get items personalized, but I wish that the company could have adjusted something that no matter what I did I couldn't adjusted it, my date on my sticker run into the other line, but it is what it is. Thank you

Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
