After two phones and two emails my Christmas Cards were nowhere to be found. I ordered them at the end of November and expected them at the end of the first week in December. I was given four different destinations from Zazzle customer service and told they were on their way. When I tracked the number myself it was different from what they were saying and after Dec. 5 it stopped updating the tracking information. No one knew where they were. Zazzle finally said they were delivered. Sadly, I did not have them. A few days later, after arguing with two customer service agents, I received "almost" a full refund. Then… they arrived! Now the second issue. The cards only came in one color...Christmas Green. Why were my cards black and white? There was also a huge red/orange spot on the back of some cards. I was so disappointed. It would be helpful for Zazzle if they listened to its customers and took care of them. If you don't know where they are, admit it and reprint them for free and expedite them. The company offered to reprint the lost cards, but I had to pay an expediting fee of $40. ( I did order a cube ornament with pictures on it. The edges are a little rough but it shipped when scheduled.)
So disappointed with the logo of the shirt! Waste of money. Did some in the past with someone else it was better. Just wanted to try zazzle

When ordering goods from China, I do not pay for the shipment, after a while the package is at home and I can track the shipment all the time. Zazzle? Big disappointment. First, they prepare the shipment for a long time, then they make you wait 20 working days for the shipment, without being able to check at what stage the delivery is. If the package is lost after shipping, you are out of luck, because there is not even a shipping number to file a complaint. Medieval standards. Shame on you, I will not buy any more in this place.
Quick and easy to use! Love that could customize every bit. I would recommend ordering a sample first. While my save the dates came out wonderful, they may have looked better had I made the photo a bit larger. I could not tell that until I saw it in person.

The napkins came and they are completely blurry. If there was an issue with printing what we submitted that should be stated instead of sending a poor quality napkin.
I received a supposedly corrected order of cards. Surprise - SAME uneven scoring so one side of the card is wider than the other, sticks out vs. being the same size. Granted it is a small difference but MY GOD there should be NO difference. When you see such sloppy uncaring production, it's time to go elsewhere. AVOID. Not worth the sick feelng you'll get when you see how lazy and uncaring they are.
I was so excited to see all the creative stuff that was family oriented and other things I know my daughter in law would have loved. After designing the phone cases, banners, family photo pics etc, I was determined to pay whatever amount came to pass. With that said, I cancelled my HUGE order bc I came across an add for zazzle.com offering satanic merchandise. Stickers, banners, cards, posters, banners etc. I REFUSE to give a penny, let alone a bigger amount to a company who offers anything evil. Especially in the darkest period of the world's history we are fighting now. Priorities are definitely flipped in this country and across the world. Taking a stand and knowing the truth, needs to be a priority over money and a materialistic world. PRAISE OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST for discernment!

It was so easy to customize our invitations. As soon as they were finalized, we ordered them and had them at our doorstep in less than a week. The invitations are beautiful, they're exactly as we designed, the colors are perfect, exactly as on the screen. Will use Zazzle again.

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
