I ordered a one inch binder. They sent me the wrong size. When I tried to reorder, I was charged shipping cost. As the problem was made on Zazzle I don't feel I should have to pay for shipping again.

I needed invitations fast and good quality - and I got both! The wedding fiesta shower invitations looked amazing and I was able to customize them with an engagement picture too! I will definitely be using Zazzle again.
