Designed a custom mug for a friend and couldn't be happier with the outcome. The designer interface takes a moment to understand, but provides a lot of options. The quality of the mug came out better than I expected!
The pricing was great, the shipping was great, but the end product did not end up, looking like the preview that was provided. The color was off, and the images were slightly distorted and overblown with highlights. Also, the background color did not extend to the edges of the card, they were white edges which were not present in the preview. Overall, however, they were good enough, and I will be keeping them.
I needed a specific thank you card and was able to locate one on Zazzle's site easily. It arrived quickly and on time. I'm thrilled!

I ordered my 2 t-shirts on Aug. 18th for my family reunion Labor Day Weekend. I submitted payment and rec'd an email with confirmation # stating my order would arrive Aug 28th today. Between this two weeks I have attempted numerous times to inquire in the Zazzle website about my order through Chat with no luck. Then, I finally called, (which the Website states Eastern Standard Time, but the recorded message announces Pacific Standard Time). The Customer Svc rep stated that the "Security Dept" cancelled my order the same day I paid for my shirts on Aug 8th! Not a single attempt to communicate me was made. NO Email, NO Phone Call, No Text! And yet they have all my CC # and info form the purchase. It's 4 days before my family reunion and NO shirts! Now I am in a bind to find the correct color and family last name. Avoid Zazzle...my sorority organization will no longer order 300 shirts for conference because, if they cant get 2 reunion shirts right. Then, we can't take a chance on 300 shirts no getting ordered.

Ordered two specially designed decals and when they arrived today the last letter of the top row was cut off. Very poor QC. It is a pain to try and get through their return policy and system so I finally gave up and just bit the bullet and sucked of the loss as another lesson in dealing with online companies that promise the world but are poor on delivery.

Bought a shot glass personalized, looks nothing like what was ordered! Tried sending pictures of both! Ordered And Received items! It won't let you send!

They blocked an order with the Trump mug shot on it. "Thug life" caption, nothing else. Said it violated content guidelines. This woke company deserves nothing. Give them the budlight treatment.

DO NOT USE. They were five days late with my Holiday order. I foolishly used them again and paid $25.00 for expedited shipping and the items were five days late. These were items for a first birthday. Customer service is useless and difficult to reach. My items were made on time, they dropped the ball on the shipping and did not offer a refund. I had to call and complain!

Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
